Very nice hotel with great access and location. Nice reception area and pool. Beds were great and things were quiet at night. Great walk in shower in the guest bathroom. Didn’t eat there but breakfast was available. Would recommend this hotel and would stay there again

Parking is good, location is good. I give it a 3 star because the pool had clumps of hair in it. And large bandages. I walked into the pool. Saw the stuff in it and got out immediately. I showered and notified who i thought was a staff member. And a family entering the pool area of the condition and they didnt seem to mind.

Parking was easy. Centrally located. Decent price, but felt slightly over priced. Likely due to last minute booking/demand, so buyers fault there (me). Breakfast was lovely with lots of options. We wouldve loved to see some other gluten free options but there was a gluten free cereal as well as fruit, eggs and yogurts so it wasn’t lack of options to eat, just more so if a gluten free or celiac person wanted to have toast, muffin or waffle they couldn’t. However, for free breakfast included we can’t *really* complain. Overall we will always come back to hotel feng. They continue to always work to improve and make our stays comfortable. The staff is always kind and willing to go above and beyond. We arrived in town late and they kindly left the pool open an additional 30 minutes so we could enjoy it, which was not expected and extremely appreciated.

Close to restaurants and a fun park; we ate at Kalvas restaurant for dinner and had great food and the service was amazing. Overall I would definitely go back.

All the signs say they are closed for scheduled maintenance. The signs all say for a few hours as well. I have pictures of the signs. Last night they were closed and this morning.
We SPECIFICALLY booked this hotel because it advertises for a pool and hot tub. I can't imagine the disappointment for all the children there right now.
When we asked to speak to a manager, we were informed that regretfully there was no management available.
We are waiting for a call from management at this moment in regards to this.

The room was good sized, clean and comfortable, and seemed quote recently renovated. Location is an easy walk to restaurants, shops and the beach. One downside - the windows on the ground level rooms (such as the one I stayed in) face the parking lot so very exposed and unpleasant to look out the window.

We stayed here for a romantic weekend and honestly it was pretty disappointing for the price.
The room itself was clean and breakfast being included was nice, but that’s kind of where the positives end. We were on the ground floor facing the parking lot, so we had to keep the blinds closed the whole time for privacy — not great, especially since it was the first sunny weekend in a while.
We were also hoping for a quiet, kid-free getaway, but there were kids running up and down the halls screaming the whole time. It’s also dog-friendly, which is fine, but there was a dog barking nonstop across from our room.
Service wasn’t great either. The front desk seemed pretty inexperienced and didn’t know how to process a debit card. Our room didn’t have towels, which I only realized once I was already in the shower. My husband called the front desk and they said they’d bring some right away… 10 minutes later he went down and they said they forgot.
The pool/hot tub was another letdown. Even at 9:30pm it felt like a rainy Sunday crowded rec center. An adults-only time would make a big difference.
Breakfast was included but super crowded with long lines, so not really enjoyable.
Overall, not worth what we paid. We should’ve just spent a bit more and stayed at one of the resorts nearby. Wouldn’t come back unless the price was much lower.

If you want any sound insulation, this is not the hotel for you. There children screaming and running laps up and down the halls starting at 7:30am and until 9:30pm, making the room shake. I don’t know what the people upstairs were doing, but we could also hear every footstep.

The staff couldn’t keep up with the volume of people, so there clothes strewn everywhere, bandaids on the floor, and a mask in the bathroom of the pool area. The hot tub is small, so be ready to get cozy with your 10 new best friends.

Breakfast was impossible to get to, with a hoard of children clamouring over the small food area with no seats in sight.

The hotel room itself was fine, but not worth almost $200/night with taxes.
