Room was very clean. Staff outstanding . Especially the bar steward and Reception. Pool sauna and breakfast was amazing. The buffet dinner is a winner all round . Great choice and good value at €35 pp. You wont be disappointed

I was very impressed about how luck I was to end up here. I was worried whether I could find a place where I would be able to check in so late (Sunday 10pm) and if the staff would be able to speak any other language than German.

Hotel staff were very accommodating, especially since we arrived very late coming from a wedding. The breakfast was nice, if a little underwhelming considering the size of the hotel. The cost of the internal parking spaces was 6 euros for 24 hours and there was very little outside spaces so either get there early or be prepared to pay.

Der günstige Preis für die reine Unterkunft mit Wellnessbeteich lockt Gäste an, die erheblich überteuerten Preise für die gebotenen und gelieferten Leistungen bei Frühstück und Abendessen schrecken eher ab! Ich nenne das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis in Sachen Qualität und Auswahl für Frühstück und Restaurant unverhältnismäßig überteuert!
Die Zimmer sind in Ordnung aber auch zum Teil abgewohnt und unsauber, die Vorhänge müssten mal gewaschen werden und die Badezimmer von Schimmel und Kalk befreit!

Alles in allem würden wir das Hotel noch mal buchen würden wir noch mal in dieser Gegend Urlaub machen.

Ich bin schon sehr häufig in diesem Hotel gewesen. Dieses Mal wurde mir ein Zimmer zugewiesenen, dass sehr entfernt vom Aufzug und damit zu allen anderen Einrichtungen. Nach kurzem Gespräch mit dem Rezeptionisten bekam ich ein anderes Zimmer. Ich fahre bestimmt wieder ins TWH.

Goede accommodatie, maar let op. Een rustige omgeving is het niet. Geluid van het bestemmingsverkeer van de industrieterreinen is goed te horen. Maar het ergste is als je een kamer hebt in de buurt van laden en lossen, zoals wij. Dit wordt al gedaan vanaf 6 uur 's morgens. Alle zeven dagen van de week en dan doe je geen oog meer dicht. Dus geen nachtrust.

Ein wirklich empfehlenswertes Domizil für die kleine Auszeit zwischendurch oder auch für längere Aufenthalte. Sicher auch für Firmfb und Tagungen sehr interessant. Ein kompetentes und erfahrenes Team das immer freundlich und zuvorkommend handelt vermittelt das Gefühl als Gast sehr willkommen zu sein! Angebote wie der schöne Pool mit Außenanlagen (Sonnenliegen), der Fahrradverleih mit hochwertigen und gepflegten E-Bikes und die benachbarte Tennishalle lassen kaum Wünsche offen. Wer aber auch mal nur Natur, Vogelgezwitscher und eine herrliche Aussicht auf Felder, Wälder und Wiesen des schönen bergischen Lands in aller Ruhe genieseb möchte findet hier einen Platz zum Verweilen. Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig und lässt keine Wünsche offen, lediglich Brot und Brötchen vermittelten mir den Eindruck aus der Fabrik zu stammen, aber das ist ein persönlicher Eindruck auf meinem „Brotliebhaber-Niveau“!
In der Bar und der schönen Terrasse wirbelt ein guter Geist Namens David for den Gast herum und lässt keinen Getränkewunsch unerfüllt! Es gibt nur eine Kleinigkeit die Übergardinen könnten etwas besser schließen , für meinen Geschmack sind diese zu stark gerafft und somit ist ein frühes aufwachen vorprogrammiert 😉 Gut finde ich die Möglichkeit ob ich mein Zimmer reinigen lasse oder nicht , wenn nicht wir ein Baum gepflanzt so steht es weiß auf Grün 👍

Wir waren nur für 1 Nacht zum Schlafen dort ohne Frühstück. Genial, dass der Pool bis 23 Uhr offen hat. Wir haben auch ein wenig Volleyball gespielt. Es gibt einen schönen Beachvolleyballplatz. Ball kann ausgeliehen werden.

Im Großen und Ganzen ist das Hotel völlig okay. Wir waren für ein Wochenende dort.
Der Empfang war freundlich, aber wenig informell. Das Zimmer hatte eine ordentliche Größe, das Bett sehr bequem, im Bad gab es aber leider einige Minuspunkte:

Alles sehr karg und kahl, etwas Farbe und Deko und Grünzeug würden dem Ganzen guttun.
Im Saunabereich gibt es zwei Saunen und ein Dampfbad, ausreichend Duschmöglichkeiten, einen Ruhebereich mit Teezubereitung und einen Balkon. Alles gut.
Im Außenbereich gibt es jede Menge Parkplätze, gegen Gebühr von 6 Euro pro Nacht auch bezahlbar. Es gibt aber auch Stellplätze an der Straße.
Man kann auch Fahrräder ausleihen und Abends in der Brasserie oder im Restaurant noch verweilen.
Alles in allem gut, zu sehr gut oder hervorragend fehlt doch noch hier und da ein bisschen.

Wir hatten nur für eine Nacht gebucht, wurden sehr nett empfangen. Es wurde auch direkt gefragt, ob wir Kaffee und Kuchen möchten. Auch die Snackkarte vom Bistro konnten wir gleich mitnehmen aufs Zimmer.
Im Zimmer war alles ok bis auf die Armatur am Waschtisch, die wäre ohne Spiegel umgefallen.
Der frühe Check out um 6.00 Uhr morgens war auch kein Problem

Das Hotel liegt außerhalb in einem Industriegebiet. Wir hatten einen tollen Ausblick auf ein Feld. Leider war das Bett für meine Begriffe durchgelegen und die WX Spülung war nicht gut. Aber ansonsten war alles in Ordnung..das Personal sehr freundlich.

Erholsamer Schlaf in top Betten im Bergischen Land
Ich habe beruflich in der Unterkunft übernachtet. Die Zimmer sind modernisiert und sauber- leider mit Teppichboden. Die Klimaanlage funktioniert einwandfrei. Die Betten sind klasse- ein erholsamer Schlaf ist auf jeden Fall gegeben. Der Wellnessbereich könnte modernisiert werden- es ist alles ein wenig lieblos gestaltet. Auch Schade finde ich es, wenn im FKK Bereich der Sauna etliche Gäste nicht textilfrei rumlaufen und die Saunen trotz verbotes mit Badehose oder Badeanzug nutzen. Dieses ist verboten und unhygienisch- es interessiert aber anscheinend niemand im Hotel- schade !! Das Restaurant ist top mit sehr aufmerksamen Kellnern. Das Frühstück könnte trotz Corona ein wenig üppiger sein- hier vermisse ich Spiegeleier oder Omeletts. Parken ist vor der Schranke kostenlos möglich. Die Lage des Hotels ist schon ein wenig seltsam- man muss durch ein Gewerbegebiet durch und am Ende des Gebietes liegt das Hotel
