Breakfast was not available, check in takes ages as you have to fill loads of unnecessary details of every guest on a tablet.
The room was spacious and comfortable, but the lack of breakfast made us leave very early (and we had to buy expensive coffee from the petrol station)
Also no kettle in the room..

Check in was at the shell station and a little unorganized but fine. Super convenient location to stop for the night on our roadtrip. Room amenities were good but a little bare, and working AC was nice.

I wish i would have gotten 2 key cards. You need the key card in order to have the lights on. So if someone need ls to go outside, then have to take the key card to get back in and the room. While you are in a dark room, with nothing unless you have a flash ight. To avoid this i highly suggest getting 2 cards. Breakfast was good and staff was friendly, reception staff is also friendly. One think of mentioning the is note the hours for Breakfast and check out. Whats noted isnt correct. It was a decent stay as we where there for one night.

Room was clean, spacious and for out purposes convenient (right off the motorway). There was no wifi, air conditioning didn’t work so had to open windows despite the noise from the motorway. Checkin a bit unusual, we arrived late in the evening so had to walk to the gas station to collect room key.

For a single night was satisfying enough but not very happy for smell, bed sheets, bathroom cleaning and carpet cleaning, if you are looking at how much have you paid for.

Excellent value for the price paid. It may not be obvious to travellers not familiar with this brand that this is a hotel located within a motorway service station. On the upside this means 24 hour check-in and convenient for those travelling by car. Room had good sound insulation so it was a peaceful stay, but may not suit all.

Nice room close to the Autobahn.

Check-in was a bit of an issue as the receptionist could not fint our reservation and looked at multiple times our passport like we are suspicious. At the end, the booking was there she just did not look it properly. No sorry or anything, generally she was rude. The room was new, nice and comfortable along with the bed. Easly could find a parking space.

Quite new hotel, just by the autobahn. Expect a bit of traffic noise but not to bad. Plenty parking away from services and you can access other than from autobahn.

Great Hotel next to the Autobahn

surprisingly nice, clean, quiet hotel with immediate access to the Motorway in the morning. greta little town for beer and food just down the hill. Would definitely stay in one of these again.

The reception to my arrival was non existing, and I had to wait over an hour for the receptionist to check me in, with no apology. The room was neat and spacious after she had to check me into another room as my reserved room was not cleaned from the previous visitors.

Das Zimmer war sauber und für eine Nacht sehr zu empfehlen. Da wir ohne Frühstück gebucht haben kann dazu keine Aussage gemacht werden. Ein Stern Abzug da die Lüftung für das Bad nicht abgestellt werden konnte in der Nacht.

Gute Lage, zu Fuß ca. 20 Minuten bis Siegburg-Innenstadt, mit dem Auto gut erreichbar (Raststätte), dabei ruhiges Zimmer, gutes Bett, für eine Nacht auf jeden Fall gut. Frühstück in der Raststätte, hätte gerne so beschrieben sein können oder beim Check-In erwähnt werden.

Zwecks dem Frühstück, wären wir froh gewesen, wenn man es ausgeschrieben hätte, dass man es anmelden muss - da wir plötzlich vor einem leeren Frühstückssaal standen. Das war sehr schade.

Dieses Hotel liegt direkt an der Autobahnraststätte Siegburg West und Siegburg Ost (über eine Fußgängerbrückde bequem in 5 Min. zu erreichen), gleichzeitig kann man es sehr easy mit Bus und S-Bahn von Köln Hbf erreichen. -- Das sind die größten Pluspunkte überhaupt.
Die Zimmer sind gut eingerichtet (sogar Klimaanlage, WLAN fkt. gut), sauber und praktisch. -- Besonders noch am Rande zu erwähnen: die Beleuchtung im Zimmer ist modern und sehr gemütlich....

Ungünstig war/ist, trotz einer Flasche Wasser auf dem Zimmer, dass man direkt im Hotel in den Abendstunden nichts mehr zum Trinken kaufen kann, sondern direkt vor zur Tankstelle muss.

Sehr angenehme und moderne Unterkunft. Besonders dankbar waren wir für die Klimaanlage. Etwas ungünstig fanden wir, dass die Rezeption nie besetzt war. Trotzdem würden wir jederzeit wieder dort buchen.
