Hotel was ok. But was very warm. Weather to blame but could not get the air con to work. Also no milk for the tea, and not enough sugar. Yes i could have gone down and got some, but it should have been there to start. And some hair in shower that didn't belong to us. But for a budget hotel it was good.

I wasn’t happy about two things:

1) the internet connection in the room was very poor, i couldn’t even do any work on my laptop or watch anything because the interview was terrible. i stayed in room 200 with my partner and we kept complaining for the 2 days of our stay about the poor quality of the internet in rooms. it doesn’t connect or work at all.

2) our shower had worms crawling near the side of the shower, it was very unhygienic and disgusting. i had to inform the housekeeper to clean the shower properly and around the outside area of the shower because there were worms crawling around, so disgusting.

The hotel needs to provide a deep cleansing service in the showers and fix the internet connections for rooms otherwise you will keep on having complaints made by different customers everyday.

A good finde for a regular stop over

Late night arrival, no problem at check in, easy to find on site parking, hotell clean, early morning departure, no problems, no complaints. Will defiantly use it again on both legs of the trip 3 times a year and this time will include breakfast.

Would be nice if the hotel had a restaurant and bar. Location is great for the airport. Breakfast is good but 14 Euros is a lot. Parking is expensive 11 Euros per day.
There are restaurants within walking distance but on a Monday night in January very few are open.
Cologne is a beautiful city.

We book the hotel including breakfast and parking free, the hotel changed we had to pay extra 48 euro. When you expect the hotel price is settled and paid. More worse it can’t be. I can not agree that the hotel change the policy 7 days ago to have breakfast not included in the rate. We feel that this is a common trap now. Hotel blame Expedia for this issue. Isn’t it. Not more. Bad Experience

I booked this hotel for 4 rooms and paid for all the rooms and overnight parking for everyone. All of us had to leave at different times so all was good, but when my three friends went to leave, they were asked to pay for the parking token again to leave the property. This really is a bad situation as I explained this to the front desk clerk and left the names of the other guests in my group with him. I guess he couldn't remember this information for one hour until the others checked out. Very bad and parking should be included if you are staying at the hotel as a guest! We will choose another hotel next time because of this.

The Room and the staff were fine. The breakfast was good. My main gripe was the the signage for the hotel particularly the entrance and the process of getting into the car park. Its impossible to see any signage for the hotel from the autobahn. There is no clear signage for the entrance to the hotel. There is no signage for knowing how to enter the car park. Exiting the car park required a token, not sure why. Otherwise ok

Overall stay was fine, best thing about the hotel is that it is very close to the motor way. What I did not like is the parking at the hotel, it gets full early in the evening and First night I reached hotel 10:30pm, there was no parking space, asked at reception to give any idea about where can I park and the receptionist literally said I don’t know just go. I end up parking in the drive way at a place where it was out of the way without creating any problem then I the morning I found a warning letter on my car screen. Following evening came back to hotel about 6pm and barrier did not open I had to walk through the parking and there were 5 empty spaces I went to reception and got similar answer as I had previous night. Told him that there are many empty spaces the he agreed to open the barrier from inside, I wonder probably it was the same case previous night. The staff is helpful but when it comes to parking they don’t really care to help.

This is a very nice hotel, fairly close to the airport. It is very modern and well kept. The staff was very friendly and bi-lingual and ordered us a large capacity cab for an early morning pickup without a hitch. The pillows are big, lumpy and were not my thing, but the bed was very comfy. Good security with gates, and a little bar / restaurant, too. We had to get up too early to check out the breakfast.
You will see some reviews stating that they don't have air conditioning and that it's very loud. Neither of those are true. The rooms do have air conditioning, but it is off by default. It is not the world's most intuitive interface to turn it on, but you don't need to be an HVAC tech to figure it out. And the windows are excellent - if you shut them , it is very quiet. We'd stay there again

Hotel conveniently close to the motorway.

Staff in general were underlining and seemed disinterested in offering any service beyond the basic booking in and out.
The hotel was 15 minutes from the airport just off the motorway which was convenient, but could not understand why the hotels parking incurred an additional fee, particularly as the hotel was in the middle of nowhere and you needed a car to get to it!
Breakfast could have been nice if the staff had been more attentive and refilled items as they were eaten. Seemed it was on a first come basis, staff told us twice (only there four days) that breakfast items were finished up to an hour before breakfast was due to end.
Room was comfortable and kept clean throughout our stay.
Would recommend the facilities to anyone passing through Cologne for a few days but don't expect anything but basic service.

Advertised on the website that there was an airport shuttle, there wasn’t. Charged 30 Euro for each trip. They say there is a discount for hotel guests but there isn’t. Lift wasn’t working. No room service. Got to the hotel after a long flight and there was no way to get any meal or drinks without crossing the street to the petrol station. People running through the hallway and shouting in the middle of the night

Good, Clean and well maintained hygiene in the hotel.
Location very close the business place where I was suppose to visit as well as to the Airport.
Excellent breakfast (Good for Vegetarians as well).
Cooperative Hotel staff and good service offered.
I was in the Hotel form almost 5 nights and extremely happy with the stay.
Everyday I leave early in the morning and arrive in the evening and the room looked as if like I am checking in again.

Staff was not the friendliest nor did most seem like they had knowledge on things such as having extra towels, if there was ice. Minimal parking spaces available. Room was clean and comfortable. If I would stay in the area again this would not be a hotel I would choose

Haben eine Nacht vor dem Abflug vom Flughafen Köln dort übernachtet. Das Haus liegt verkehrsgünstig gelegen. Die Mitarbeiterin und Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich. Das Zimmer war gut ausgestattet. Lediglich das Bett, beziehungsweise die Matratze hätte besser sein können.

Preis-Leistung passt auf jeden Fall. Für einen Besuch im Phantasialand war es der beste Preis im Umkreis 50km. Saubere und ruhige Zimmer.
Frühstück haben wir nicht genommen, daher nicht zu bewerten. Hotelbar hatte beide Abende geschlossen es gibt Getränke und Snacks per self-Scan-Bezahlstation.
Zimmer geräumige und für Wochenendtrip zum Übernachten vollkommen ausreichend. Genügend kostenlose Parkplätze in direkt angrenzenden Wohngebiet.

The room was spacious. The shower cabine was also bigger then normal, i like that. The toilet area in the bathroom was too small, it should be much bigger. The shower head was not situated in the right place. The water was continously changing from warm to cold, very irritating. The parking was good. They had aslo free fresh lemon water. The room itself was good. The TV should have more english channels.

Man hätte zumindest antworten können

Leider hat sich ein Termin zerschlagen, sodass die kostenfreie Stornierung nicht mehr möglich war. Enttäuschend und Grund für die negative Bewertung ist die Tatsache, dass ich das Hotel zwei Tage vor dem Reisetermin kontaktiert und um eine evtl. Verschiebung/Umbuchung gebeten habe. Man hat noch nicht mal für nötig befunden zu antworte...

Ho trascorso una notte durante un viaggio di lavoro. Hotel discreto, abbastanza comodo, a 10 minuti dall' aeroporto. Segnalo nelle vicinanze il ristorante Ash, davvero una bella struttura con carne e bevande di ottima qualità.

Bei Ankunft lag meine Buchung nicht vor, war jedoch im System. Deshalb erhielten wir das letzte freie Zimmer, Zi für Behinderte. Es war dunkel, draussen Busch vorm Fenster, und am Ende des Ganges Aussenzimmer, das kalt war, Heizung wurde nicht warm. Im Bad auch kalt, Heizstrahler über der Tür, der nur kurz nach Einstellen wärmte, vom Fussboden blieb es kalt. Wände sind schlecht isoliert, über uns wurden morgens und abends Möbel (Sessel?) verschoben.
Frühstück war soweit gut.
Personal an Reception war nett und hilfsbereit.
Ringsherum laute Umgebung durch Hauptstrasse, viele Fahrten zum Krankenhaus im Stadtteil Sieglar mit Blaulicht, und Auffahrt zur Autobahn A59.
Wenn man sich auskennt, gibt es hinterm Hotel eine Strasse, in der man kostenlos parken kann.

Das Hotel wurde als Zwischenstopp gebucht und genau dafür ist es wohl auch am Besten zu nutzen. Trotz nur einer Übernachtung hatte ich mich auf die 3 Sterne Superior gefreut. Schlussendlich kann ich diese aber nicht bestätigen.

Die Zimmer sind leider etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Diese sind zwar weitestgehend sauber, aber man findet doch in der ein oder anderen Ecke etwas Dreck oder dunkle Stellen. Ebenso ist deutlich zu erkennen, dass an den Zimmern schon das ein oder andere repariert werden musste oder noch müsste.

Leider besitzen die Zimmer keine Klimaanlage, was bei meiner Übernachtung sehr zum Nachteil war. Da sich das Hotel an einer stark befahrenen Straße befindet, könnte man auch nicht wirklich das Fenster zum Lüften offen lassen.

Positiv hervorzuheben ist das Frühstück. Dieses hatte eine reichhaltige Auswahl und war auch komplett frisch zubereitet. Ebenso musste ich keine Parkgebühr zahlen, wie ursprünglich angegeben und konnte mein Fahrzeug dazu auch noch zu regulären Gebühren laden.

Zusammenfassend kann ich daher sagen, dass der Aufenthalt durchschnittlich war und für die Durchreise genutzt werden kann.

Es war ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt, sehr freundliches Personal. Das Frühstück war sehr gut, jedoch viel zu überteuert. Also 14€ für ein Frühstück ist schon sehr viel, wenn man bedenkt, dass wir am Abend für 16€ eine Portion Schnitzel überbacken, mit Bratkartoffeln und Salat gegessen haben. Und für 14€ kann doch niemand frühstücken! Das Bett war etwas unbequem. Aber außer diesen 2 Punkten gab es wirklich nichts zu bemängeln.
