The hotel is very close to train and bus stops which made it easy for us to get to using public transportation. We came after hours, but we were given a code ahead of our stay by email. We simply entered the code at the door and retrieved our key. The room was immaculate. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Fantastic family-run hotel.

Fantastic family-run hotel - extremely friendly and helpful staff. We stayed in the junior suite and it was perfect for our family of three - room was modern, clean and had everything we might need. Good breakfast and we reserved parking too. Location was ideal and only a few minutes walk from the city centre (a number of very good restaurants and bars were recommended to us by the hotel staff) and half an hour drive from Phantasialand (well worth a visit). Would recommend.

Nice hotel, be wary of check-in procedure

Hotel was pleasant and comfortable, with friendly staff and a nice breakfast each morning. Room was a reasonable size. Air conditioning very welcome during 30-degree temperatures.

My only criticism is the requirement to contact the hotel 48 hours before arrival, as the reception desk is closed in the afternoon and evening, to receive information on how to collect the keys (you need a code for a lockbox at the main door). This led to a panicked phone call to the hotel the afternoon I was arriving as I had forgotten I would have to do this.

Nice city hotel

Nice small hotel, check in via email and key box which was new to me but actually very efficient. Nice rooms and reception staff in the morning were lovely.
Missed my bacon for breakfast but didn’t detract from a lovely overnight stay

Wonderful

I didn’t know what to expect but I was trusting the reviews. I was not disappointed. I loved the layout of the separate rooms which was perfect for the kids. It was close to the train and everything. It was so clean, the bed sheets actually smelled clean. The staff was great, it was quiet. The breakfast selection was amazing. I was pleasantly surprised. It’s not elegant but it was perfect for us.

The \"available\" parking is at a nearby parking garage and is paid for separately. There is no reception service after 1500 on weekends. The hotel is conveniently located, and breakfast is delicious.

Clean, well located for what we needed and really friendly helpful staff. The Breakfast was excellent and catered for all our party (vegetarian) which had been a struggle elsewhere. Close to the Hofgarten and the market square, also good value compared to the surrounding hotels.

The room was too small for a suite, although the bad was very comfortable and the bathroom was specious and clean.
The hotel management was nice and friendly and the breakfast is excellent.

Great hotel for quality, price and location! Modern interior, in very good condition and quality rooms. WiFi was good also. Breakfast was a little dissapointing but still it's good value when considering the price. The buffet is mostly continential breakfast and eggs can be ordered also, but the selection is not so great - this is probably the only small complaint. I normally stay only in 4* hotels but I would stay here again for sure.

Loved the hotel and staff. The room was clean. The staff was super accommodating for check-in and checkout times. Loved that breakfast was included. Didn't love the loud people outside our window each night or that the room was hot without air conditioning.

Good place to stay

It is located just a 2-minute walk from the tram station, the city centre market place and the river front. It is housed in two buildings just across a small alley opposite each other, but both facing the main road. The breakfast spread is quite reasonable, and even vegetarians can manage well. The single rooms are small, but good enough if one is on a budget. It has wifi in all areas.

This Hotel is located minutes from the City Centre and Public Transport in a quiet side street. The Hotel is in two parts. The reception and dinning room are located in the new part. Our room was in the what I presume was the original Hotel across the narrow street. The room was very basic but immaculately clean. There was tourist information in the room which was helpful. The room rate included an excellent breakfast in their nicely appointed new dinning room. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The free Wifi worked OK, but you had to go through the sign in process every time you returned to the Hotel. We would definitely stay there again.

ベッドや洗面所、部屋は清潔感があった。ただ、初日チェックイン時、前の宿泊者のゴミ箱のゴミが捨てられて無かったのは、不快だった。
朝食は卵料理もあり、パンの種類もあり、ジュース、コーヒーも美味しかった。

No me gustó el servicio de limpieza, el control y racionamiento del desayuno cuando estaba incluido en el precio de la habitación. Éramos personas y ponían 3 croisant o no reponían leche, fruta, queso y controlaban lo que echábamos en el plato, bastante incómodo y podías o decir que tocaban varias veces a la puerta para que saliéramos de la habitación porque tenían que limpiar seguimos ellas

Das Hotel ist, klein aber fein. Saubere, neuwertige und helle Einrichtung. Bequeme Betten und eine großzügige Dusche. Gutes Frühstück. Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Es gibt leider keinen Aufzug und am Wochenende kann es von draußen schon mal etwas lauter werden. S-Bahnstation, ein Kino, ein Bioladen, das Rheinufer und etliche Restaurants sind binnen weniger Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Insgesamt sehr zu empfehlen.

Small room but relaxing

The hotel is well situated very near from the S-Bahn and bus stations of \"Bonn Bertha-von-Suttner-Platz\". Restaurants and shops are just across the street. Hotel doesn't have elevators. They serve breakfast with appropriate variety. The rooms are small but efficient. Be sure to check your arrival time because they don't man at the reception all the time.

Een prima verblijf gehad.

De kamer was schoon en alles was prima in orde. Het ontbijt was uitgebreid, goed en lekker. De medewerkers zijn vriendelijk. De ligging van het hotel is heel centraal. Je loopt zo het centrum in. De haltes van tram, metro en buslijnen liggen om de hoek en van daaruit kun alle kanten op kunt. Het is een fijn en goed hotel als je Bonn en omgeving wilt verkennen.

Goed hotel zonder pretenties midden in het centrum

Ligging in het centrum met heel veel op loopafstand is voortreffelijk. Vriendelijk personeel, goede matrassen, koelkast (we waren in een suite met zijn tweeën). Die wordt ook voor vier personen verhuurd en dan is het erg krap. Geen twee stoelen, maar slechts één. Daarnaast twee zitplaatsen op soort krukjes. Je moet apart vragen om nieuwe koffiecups, als je er gebruikt hebt. Lastig, dat de receptie na 15.00 uur gesloten is. Ontbijt is heel goed, maar wel net iets minder uitgebreid dan de foto's op de website aangeven. Inrichting van het hotel is sober.

Ein kleines Minus war die Wärme nachts im Zimmer , da der Standort der Klimaanlage unterhalb des Fensters nicht optimal war, da diese nachts durch Vorhang verdeckt wurde

Aangenaam verblijf in Bonn

We werden zeer vriendelijk onthaald en kregen steeds een duidelijk antwoord op onze vragen.
Nette , ruime kamer. Ondanks centrale ligging was het in het hotel stil( goed geïsoleerd )

Absolut begeistert war ich von der komfortablen Dusche und dem Wasserdruck. Meine bisherige Hotelerfahrung zeigte mir, dass die Hotels große Ängste haben was den Wasserverbrauch angeht und somit einen Sparknopf einbauen, so dass das Wasser sprichwörtlich nur noch aus dem Hahn tropft. Dies war in dem Hotel nicht der Fall, was mich sehr angenehm überraschte. Des Weiteren wurde mir ein Parkplatz in der Garage der Hotelanlage zugewiesen, was für mich auch ein Pluspunkt darstellt, da in der hoteleigenen Garage nur zwei Stellplätze vorhanden sind.
Das Personal war stets freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Den einzigen Minuspunkt vergebe ich aufgrund der übertriebenen Bürokratie wegen dem Coronavirus. Wenn doch das Hotel aufgrund meiner Buchung und meines CheckIn meine Daten bereits hat, muss man doch die Hotelgäste nicht noch zusätzlich mit einer weiteren Datenabfrage belästigen! Und das jeden Tag! Dass war für mich persönlich sehr lästig! Aber wie angedeutet, dass ist halt deutsche Bürokratie.

Ich komme auf jeden Fall gerne wieder!
