Our stay was last minute and they found us a perfect room. Everyone was gracious and well mannered. Unfortunately the breakfast and lunch room staff were slow and confused; especially confused was the lunch room staff, but still very gracious. The pool area was divine even though the pool water was as warm as bath water. I cannot say enough about the graciousness of the staff.

Staff was wonderful. Disappointed their Michelin restaurant and the rooftop was closed for renovations. That was the big reason we chose this hotel. Pools were nice. Turkish bath was nice to use after a long day of exploring Rome. Overall it was good. The restaurant at the hotel was overpriced and not a great meal. Better to go out for dinner.

We had a fabulous stay! The front staff went above. We had a wonderful dinner reservation made by the front desk and they even arranged a car to take us. The morning of check out a cab was unavailable so they personally took us to the train station. Amazing customer service will definitely be staying here again if we’re back in the area.

They have a terrific property with an amazing pool and restaurant but they need to remodel the entire hotel inside to bring it up to the 5-starts client's expectations.

Great 5 star hotel but be aware they do not have irons because apparently they are too dangerous. You can however get your clothes pressed there for an exhorbitant price, ie 16 euros for a shirt!
Employees are very helpful especially the front desk and employees at the pool. I did feel a bit of an attitude from some servers at breakfast who acted sometimes like you were “putting them out” when you asked for something.

Stayed 3 nights and was very impressed with the beauty, location, services, and overall charm of this grand hotel. We had 2 side by side rooms overlooking the beautiful garden. The balconies have a small seating area which was enjoyable and the breakfast each morning outdoors was very nice. Just across the street is the beach with lounges, changing rooms etc. but we didn’t use it due to the beautiful pool on the property. You can walk the entire town from this hotel.

The Miramare really is a grand hotel with large rooms, a fabulous seafront location and beautiful gardens, friendly staff who provide excellent service, fine dining and an excellent pool and spa. We love going back there.

The salon was a little bizarre. It is in a hotel room and the wash bowl was uncomfortable, just a makeshift shampoo bowl. The property itself is spectacular and the staff was perfect..friendly and helpful!

This is a beautiful hotel with fantastic views and great hospitality. I would definitely come again. Everything in town is walking distance. We were a little to early in the season to use the pool but it looked great. The staff was very friendly, attentive and helpful. Our room had a great view of the harbor, some rooms have balconies which I would like to try next time. My only complaint was minor in that the chef can't cook a scrambled egg, it was like soup, but everything else at breakfast was awesome so no big deal. I would recommend taking the ferry to Portofino for the day.

The hotel was impeccable. From the friendly staff, to the layout and furnishings of our room, the location, the views from our balcony, the garden and the sumptuous breakfast, we had nothing but compliments for our experience. The only issue, which was totally unrelated to the hotel itself, was the extensive damages in the vincinity caused by the storm two months ago, which cutoff the main road to Portofino, our final destination, making the town almost ghostlike, with pretty much all restaurants and shops closed down. So bad timing on our side-we were told that things wouldn’t be back normal until Dec 2019.
