The property was very interesting, however when I had trouble getting my key out of the lockbox the staff and customer service was amazing. I called, they not only answered to help me but also sent a text immediately for instructions if I forgot anything. My space was clean and very well maintained/organized. Maybe they struggled in their past but as far as I’m concerned they proved otherwise for me. A magnificent and very inexpensive place to stay for holiday.

Everything was good. I had a good experience here. Some recommendations are: it would be much better to have lift. Painting on staircase are scary as hell. At the middle of the night if someone sees while holding his/her luggage they gonna fear out. Should be changed. Overall it is good and instructions are easy and clearly conveyed.

The staff is unreachable via e-mail. They can only be reachable via phone for a small 4h window during midday. While you cant exspect much from shared bathrooms and shared showers, the showers were clogged to an extend that it flooded the hallways. Any kind of food kr beverages (breakfast i.e.) were absent in the entire building.The accomidation of the room was the bare minimum and not much can be exspected from the duisburg train station area. Obviously. If I would have been left with any other choice, I would have booked differently and will certainly never book here again. Beware.

The property was pretty basic. Bed, bathroom, amd table. Thats all we were looking for so it was fine for us. Had a restaurant attached which was nice and convenient. The staff and people were very friendly. Only drawbacks: we could not receive the wifi signal in our room. Had to stand in the stairwell in order to get a strong signal. No free parking. Unfortunately there was an issue with the cook who performed breakfast so there was no breakfast provided even though the website states there is breakfast.

Das Schlüsselfach beim nicht persönlichen Check-In hat geklemmt. Dass man gegen 08:30 nicht persönlich auschecken kann, finde ich schade. Aber die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, perfekt gelegen und gemütlich und neu eingerichtet.

Das Hotel lag direkt in der City einpaar gehminuten zum Bahnhof. Ich hatte eine Einzelzimmer aber die Toiletten umd Duschen waren ausserhalb von dem Zimmer. Das Gebäude ist etwas älter. Die kommunikation ging schnell und unkompliziert über email.

Wenn die Matratze ausgetauscht würde, ansonsten keine hohen Ansprüche vorliegen, dann geht es für 1 Nacht in der wohl günstigen Preisklasse unweit vom Hauptbahnhof.

Nahe Hauptbahnhof und ÖPNV, der Check-In verlief sehr schnell und Personal war freundlich. Dafür, obwohl es sich um ein Nichtraucherhotel handelt und auf Zuwiderhandlung mit Übernahme der Kosten hingwiesen wird, roch das ganze Haus nach Qualm. Insbesondere das Zimmer roch nach jahrealtem Nikotin und wies Spuren auf, dass Zigaretten auf Ablsgen und Fernbedienung abgelegt wurden (Angebrannt/angeschmolzen). Selbst ausgiebiges Lüften blieb erfolglos

Günstiger Preis, das hat gepasst. Das Sicherheitskonzept ist allerdings völlig ungend: bei einem kleinen, steilen Treppenhaus führt der \"Notausgang\" im 3. Stock zu einem Fenster ohne Leiter. Der Rauchmelder in unserem Zimmer war ausgebaut.

Für einen Preis von 46€/Einzelzimmer will ich gar nicht meckern. Dafür war es komplett ok.

Das Hotel bzw die Gaststätte liegt nah am Bahnhof und Zentrum. Die Zimmer waren auf den ersten Blick sauber. Aber auf dem Boden lagen trotzdem Staub und Krümel. Zudem befinden sich Bad und Toilette auf dem Gang, was für eine Nacht ok ist. Aber eine der beiden Toiletten war nur bis zur Hälfte gefliest.

Det sto i annonsen at det var gratis frokost, men da vi kom for å spise, ble vi møtt av ei sur dame som sa at det måtte vi ha bestilt dagen før. Det luktet gammelt og toalettet og dusjene var lite hyggelige. Alt var i gangen, så det var ikke vask eller noe på rommet. Vi skulle være to netter, men sjekket ut etter første natten.

Utrolig dårlig oplevelse for hele familien! Vi blev snydt for pengene!
Vi var tre, som opholdte os en nat på hotellet. Vi endte alle med at sove ude i vores bil, eftersom det var så utrolig ulækkert inde på værelset og sengene var så beskidte. Hele opgangen og også bare selve værelset var utrolig beskidt, og der lugtede forfærdeligt!! Jeg ved sørme ikke hvad det var, men det stank så grimt, at vi måtte holde noget for næsen i den stykke tid, vi var på værelset.

Unter dem Bett, auf dem Teppich sehr stark Schimmel. An der Wand und an der Matratze war Blut Flecken. Keine Minibar, kein Wasser nichts zu trinken. Das Bett hat gequetscht, Kleider Schrank fast am auseinander fallen. Bett sehr unbequem. Kein Stern wert.
