Need some improvement

Breakfast was not great. For the price they are charging, it can be much, much better. Wifi was really bad. You have to sit in a cornor of the room to get all bars.

Hotel Friederike

The Hotel Friederike was very nice. Nice breakfast. The only negative thing I would say is there is no elevator. So, if carrying your luggage up stairs is a problem for you, might want to ask for a first floor room. I plan to stay there again.

Nice and super clean

Good location. Quiet room thanks to literally perfect sound-proofing (note: we were not in the main building, as they called it). Room and bathroom were spacious, and super clean, as they should be. The buffet breakfast is nothing too interesting but was definitely not lacking anything in quality or quantity either, quite satisfactory. Overall, a very pleasant stay, be it slightly pricey. Will aim to stay there again, even if it's a bit out of my way.

A good place to lay your head

We were visiting family in the area so all we needed was a place to sleep and wash at a reasonable cost. The rooms were fairly basic but reasonably clean and comfortable. There had been a mix-up in our booking but the final price was reduced to reflect the fact that we had one single and one double room rather than two doubles. The bill also took account of our choice to eat breakfast out every day. The temperature outside was minus 3 most nights but the rooms were warm - apart from the bathroom in the single bedroom which had no heating. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful and were happy to speak English. I would stay there again.

Good hotel close to town centre

Wir hatten ein Doppelzimmer für eine Nacht auf unserer Radtour gebucht. Leider wurde uns erschreckenderweise ein Kellerzimmer im Untergeschoss vom Nebengebäude zugewiesen, das dunkel, spartanisch und unangenehm wirkte. Auf unsere Beschwerde und Nachfrage hin erfuhren wir, daß das Zimmer auch an Monteure vermietet wird! Der Garten und der „verwahrloste Pool“ waren ungepflegt, unaufgeräumt, dreckig und vermüllt. Es lagen halbleere PET Flaschen rum und umfunktionierte Dosen wurden als Aschenbechern genutzt. Nach unserer Beschwerde bekamen wir ein anderes Zimmer. Doch die ursprüngliche Zuweisung ist für uns unverständlich und den Angaben der Buchungsplattform (Angebotsbilder/Beschreibung und dem gezahlten Preis) nicht angemessen. Das Frühstücksangebot am nächsten Morgen war schlicht und simpel, deutlich unter dem, was anhand der Ankündigung als „gutes, köstliches Frühstück“ anzunehmen war. Insgesamt: sehr enttäuschend; eine Rückkehr schließen wir mit Sicherheit aus! Fazit: die Bewertungen und auch die Beschreibung und Bilder auf den Buchungsplattformen und auf der eigenen Internetseite entsprechen nicht unserer Erfahrung.

Værelset var ikke ordentlig rengjort, gardinerne hang og var i stykker… terrassen var beskidt og fyldt af ukrudt.

Zentrale, verkehrsgünstige Lage. Einige kostenfreie Parkplätze am Hotel. Freundliches Personal. Frühstück vielfältig und lecker.
Das Haus ist halt alt, aber charmant hergerichtet.
Unser Zimmer war etwas verwinkelt zu erreichen, aber es riesig groß auf 2 Etagen als Maisonnette und in gepflegtem Zustand.

Insgesamt kann ich das Hotel klar empfehlen.
Es war auch ruhiger als die Lage und das Krankenhaus gegenüber vermuten ließen.

Nett, aber auch recht hellhöriges Hotel

Das Haus ist sehr hellhörig und mein Zimmer war am Anfang des Ganges. Mit einer teenager-mädchen Hockey Mannschaft im Hotel die überall hingerannt sind war es dann schon sehr laut. Auch über mir waren Leute sehr früh schon sehr aktive was extrem laut war.

Da ich nur eine Nacht hatte war es eine kurze Nacht :)

Rummet var stort och det var lugnt. Vacker trädgård utanför fönstret. Frukosten bra. Stället ligger bra till, nära centrum, men det finns inte så mycket att göra i Mulheim. Man kommer snabbt till Essen, Duisburg och Düsseldorf med allmänna kommunikationer.

Für Menschen mit Behinderungen ist dies Hotel nicht geeignet . Zu mein Zimmer waren es 60 Stufen. Fahrstuhl nicht vorhanden. Frühstück war ok. Wurde am Tisch gereicht ( Corona bedingt). Ebenso viel die Zimmerreinigung aus. Terrasse war sehr ungepflegt. Zimmer war Standard, für Komfort Zimmer zu wenig pep.Abendessen war nur außerhalb möglich. 10 Minuten in die City

Ein Hotel, das auf den Bildern mehr versprach! Auch wenn es preislich ok war, gab es nicht viel außer einem Zimmer mit Bett für eine Nacht. Als Vielhotelübernachter fallen da einem sofort viele Dinge ins Auge, die man verbessern sollte. Es ist eigentlich ein schönes Haus mit viel Potential. Schade. Frühstück ist wohl ortsüblich...
In Summe gut für eine Nacht. Gutes Internet. Schöner Frühstücksraum und schöner Blick in Garten. Leider sind keine Getränke erhältlich. Liegt an einer Hauptstraße, daher Zimmer nach hinten ein muss. Parken kann man mit Glück am Haus kostenlos.

Verrassend overnacht!

We werden blij verrast door de (speciale) twee kamers die we kennelijk hadden geboekt (nrs. 20 en 21). Deze kamers bieden een ruim zitgedeelte als je binnen komt en een zeer ruim slaapvertrek en badkamer op de verdieping! Ontbijt wordt keurig verzorgd (07.30 - 11.00 u). De tv's hadden moeite met de ontvangst, maar dat was dan ook het enige.

Hotel nedokonale přebudován ze skladu a obchodu s papírem. Nesmyslný vstup z parkoviště po nebezpečném schodišti. Schodiště uvnitř objektu jsou nebezpečná, rosměrově neodpovídají normám.

La chambre superbe en soi (malgré le manque de prises électrique). Déçu de n'avoir pas été côté jardin, le côté rue est beaucoup moins romantique ... et bruyant, impossible d'ouvrir la fenêtre, d'autant qu'il faisait beaucoup trop chaud pour cause de fin de canicule. Pas de climatisation, le petit ventilateur ne servait pas à grand chose et le personnel n'avait rien fait pour tenter de rafraîchir la chambre avant. Bref, un hôtel à éviter quand il fait chaud. J'aurais aimé pouvoir dormir...

Im Hauptgebäude funktionierte das WLAN. Im Nebengebäude, wo ich das Appartement hatte, wurde leider das Passwort nicht akzeptiert. Von der Straße her gibt es von einem anderen Gebäude her, das nicht zum Hotel gehört, Lärm. Klingt wie eine alte Klimaanlage. Mit offenem Fenster ist das nervig, wenn die Straße ansonsten ruhig ist. Mit geschlossenem Fenster wird es im Sommer warm. Beim Fernseher waren die privaten HD Programme gesperrt. Ich habe gut geschlafen und das Frühstück war sehr gut. Alles in allem empfehlenswert.

Wij werden ingedeeld op de 3e verdieping zonder lift of andere mogelijkheid. 72 jaar slechte conditie, na hartoperatie, moest zware koffer naar boven slepen. geen assisentie. die zou over kwartier komen.Ontbijt zouden wij met vrienden samen nuttigen, dus 4 personen totaal. Dat kon niet jammer, dus elders gedaan.

Top sauberes Hotel

Perfekte Lage, leider etwas laut weil das Zimmer zur Hautstrasse gelegen war und auch die Bahnstrasse praktisch durch Zimmer fuhr. Bei geschlossenem Fenster aber auszuhalten. Im Sommer wäre das bestimmt ein dickes Minus, aber im Herbst noch ok.

Een klein hotel met ruime kamers. (Tenminste mijn kamer was erg ruim.) Parkeren is gratis, maar aantal parkeerplaatsen is beperkt. Ondanks de beperkte aantal kamers, toch een uitgebreid ontbijt.
Tijdens het ontbijt uitzicht op een leuke stadse tuin. Diverse restaurants op loopafstand.Medewerkers zijn erg behulpzaam.

Komme gern wieder

Angenehmes und gepflegtes Hotel mit freundlichem Personal. Spätanreisende nach 22 Uhr erhalten einen Türcode. Leider gibt es laktosefreie Milch nur nach Vorbestellung. Das Zimmer war sehr warm durch die Sonneneinstrahlung, dazu gibt es keine Klimaanlage. Aber eine eigene Terrasse mit Stühlen. :-)
