Great hotel except our washroom door was broken. I was hoping it would get fixed or we’d be swapped to another room but yet that wasn’t the case. Otherwise super friendly and helpful especially as they were able to speak English. Also very clean and the staff came daily to clean the rooms.

I was in the midst of the Covid-19 Pandemic and needed a hotel before my flight home to the US. It was cheap and looked clean. Upon arrival, the hotel was very hospitable. The room was clean. Breakfast is available at a price as is parking. The area around is great as there are two restaurants next door a Lidl grocery store and a Home Depot like business too. Unfortunately since I was there in during the pandemic, everything except the grocery store and Home Depot like store was closed.

Hotel is very new and clean. Location feels odd at first but hotel met our needs well. Staff was very pleasant and helpful. Gated parking is limited, so be prepared to park outside the hotel’s small lot. The semi-transparent glass wall separating the bathroom/shower and the bedroom was the only thing I would change. It needs a curtain that can be pulled shut for more privacy. When the bathroom light is on, you can see in. Not a problem if you are traveling alone, or with someone you feel very comfortable with, I suppose.

Sauberes Zimmer, moderne Einrichtung und freundliches Personal, das Frühstück bietet alles was man braucht. Fußläufig zum Einkaufszentrum Centro Oberhausen gelegen. Leider sind die Parkplätze direkt am Hotelgebäude viel zu teuer und für den daran angrenzenden, kostenfreien, Parkplatz (der trotzdem noch direkt am Hotel liegt) benötigt man fast einen Geländewagen.

Für unseren Besuch unserer Freunde im Ruhrgebiet hat es gereicht. Wir wollten nur ein sauberes Bett und ein Dach über dem Kopf zu einem erschwinglichen Preis. Das gesparte geld haben wir dann im Centro ausgegeben.

Wir hatten 2 Einzelzimmer gebucht ohne Frühstück. Die Zimmer waren sauber, schön eingerichtet und die Zimmer sehr gut schallisoliert. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Wir waren dort für eine Veranstaltung in der Arena und es war alles perfekt fußläufig bzw. mit E-Scootern zu erreichen. Es gibt mehrere Restaurants im direkten Umfeld und das Centro ist direkt auf der anderen Straßenseite. Das Frühstück haben wir morgens spontan dazugebucht (16€), da die Auswahl wirklich toll war.

Hele nette en vooral schone kamers. Goed bed en kamers zijn geluidsdicht. Mooi uitzicht op theater dat in de avond mooi verlicht is. Wij hebben 2x 2 persoonskamers op de hoogste (6e) etage. Absoluut een aanrader voor 1 of meer dagen shoppen in CentrO. Ook service is heel goed. Mijn vrouw wilde extra dekbed en dat werd binnen 10 minuten gebracht.

Ansonsten war es ganz ok für den Preis.

Der Empfang war sehr freundlich und man hat sich gleich wohl gefühlt.Wir hatten ein Zimmer im 6.Stock und es war schön ruhig.Die Ausstattung war wie erwartet und hat unsere Erwartungen erfüllt.Das Bad ist sehr geräumig und hat sogar Fußbodenheizung.Nur eine Ablage fehlt und man muss alles auf dem Boden abstellen.Aber ansonsten hat das hotel alles was man für einen Kurzaufenthalt braucht.

In brackets the word \"Adjoining\" is mentioned. When googling that, the definition from Oxford Languages writes “next to or joined with”.
Since the booking states ONE room and not TWO adjoining I think it’s safe to assume that we are talking about some version of connecting doors so we would not be separated.
It turns out that is not the case because according to the receptionist the hotel does not have any type of connecting doors and can only offer us two rooms next to each other.
Had that been clear when booking the hotel I would never have chosen that hotel! I think I have not reviewed the product that I was sold.
Please note that I am looking at the Danish version of Hotels and you (hotels.com) are communicating (mails etc.) with me in Danish. So when receiving this: “Du har booket 1 værelse. Der er gratis p plads lige indenfor hotellet, hvor man fint kan holde - ellers 10 euro pr døgn, på hotellets lille indhegnede område. Ladestander tæt på (IONITY). Derudover restauranter man kan gå til. Super beliggenhed. Vi havde en overnatning på vej til Frankrig.
