I have stayed at the Ramada several times over the years due to this hotel being the only centrally located in town . It has deteriorated quite a bit. Elevator to the 3rd floor ends in an untidy, dirty broom and supplies closet. (All 3 nights we were there.) The bar is no longer in operation. Dust in one of our rooms and the fridge is missing leaving a hole. No coffee in rooms. Bottrop should be able to do better.

Decent Hotel with a Nice Breakfast Buffet

The hotel is decent for the price, and has a nice breakfast buffet for a fair price. My one complaint was that I booked (and paid for) a business double room, but was given a normal single room by mistake. When I brought the mistake to the front desk's attention, the staff member provided me two adjoining rooms, which was a nice gesture - but not what I wanted (or paid for). It's not a big deal for me, but it just didn't feel like it was an adequate replacement for what I paid for.

Nice clean hotel

We stayed there for a weekend for a wedding. The hotel was very clean, the bed was comfortable. They have a gym there too which we didn't have time to use due to the nature of our visit. Breakfast was varied, the hot food was hot, and apart from the fact that I am fussy with my English tea, a variation was supplied and it was ok. I would stay there again if I ever found myself in that area and would recommend.

Nice basic hotel in a great location

We had a very pleasant stay here and had only minor negative issues. There is no microwave nor fridge in the rooms (they aren't listed as featuring them, but just a heads up). The TV's are in fact tube TV's with NO English channels (unsurprisingly, this is Germany we are talking about). We stayed five nights and had issues parking only once, and so parked in the garage to the right of the front door. The concierge gave us a token to get out in the morning and so was free. There is a grocery store literally across the street (for you Americans, a tip: weigh your produce before going to check out, they are no scales). The concierge all spoke English, there were extra towels hanging on our door if the \"do not disturb\" sign was up, the room was VERY quiet despite facing a fairly busy street, and we were very pleased with our stay overall for the price.

Very nice hotel with good servicelevel. Only issue was that the gate from the basement parking wouldn't open and I had to wait about twenty minutes before i could get my car out, but such things can happen everywhere. Really lovely stay and nice and quiet Hotel all in all.

Apart from an unfriendly (quite rude) hotel employee when I first arrived (it was her last day) the hotel staff was very accommodating. Kind-size bed was comfortable. Central location, walking distance to town hall and center. Nice fitness center and sauna. We did not have breakfast in the hotel, but it looked good. Free coffee and apples in the reception. All together a very pleasant stay.

Das Hotel liegt ideal in der Innenstadt von Bottrop. Die Einrichtung der Zimmer ist schon in die Jahre gekommen und benötigt dringend eine Sanierung. Die Sauberkeit lässt sehr zu Wünschen übrig. Das ganze Bett war voller Haare die man beim Putzen nicht übersehen kann! Das Personal hat mir sofort ein neues Zimmer gegeben, wo man den Service hervorheben muss. Bei dem zweiten Zimmer war der Mülleimer nicht gelehrt und die Duschvorhänge müssten dringend mal ausgetauscht werden! Fazit: Für eine Nacht akzeptabel, mehr als eine Nacht aber nicht. Personal sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Sauberkeit sehr sehr schlecht! Lage top.

Das Hotel ist vom Standard her mit drei Sternen bewertet.
Die Zimmer sind sauber!
Ich habe schon öfter hier übernachtet. Ich würde mir allerdings wünschen, dass in den Zimmern abwaschbare Böden, wie zum Beispiel Vinyl verlegt würden.
Was mich gefreut hat, ist das die Bar wieder geöffnet hatte.

Ob wohl etwas mehr Park Möglichkeiten geben soll die auch für Hotel Gäste sind.
Dort waren zwar Parkplätze die kostenlos waren.
Aber in Der Reservierung wurde nichts gesagt das man doch zuzahlen muss um spät Nachts woanders in den Seiten Strassen Parken muss.
Trotzdem bin ich voll zufrieden gewesen.

Es hat mir gut gefallen. Lediglich das Kopfkissen ist mit der synthetischen Füllung viel zu dick und darum nicht zu gebrauchen. Zum anderen empfehle ich Ihnen die Duschköpfe gegen wassersparende Duschköpfe auszutauschen. Das spart Kosten und so viel Wasser ist nicht nötig. Alles in allem ein angenehmes Hotel.

Leider gab es auch nur Zimmer mit Wanne und keine Duschkabine (welche ich bevorzuge). Zum Dusche gab es einen Vorhang, nicht ganz mein Ding. WLAN war gut. Parkmöglichkeiten gibt es auch. Kaufland gleich um die Ecke, sowie Bus und Bahn.

Gutes Hotel im Zentrum Botropps

Das Hotel befindet sich sehr zentral in Bottrop und man gelangt in nur sehr wenigen gehminuten in die Fußgängerzone ist aber sehr ruhig. Das zimmer ist sauber und gut ausgestattet. Das WLAN war sehr gut und ohne lästige Passwörter. Das Frühstück können wir nicht beurteilen da dass wir es nicht gebucht gaben.

Der Aufenthalt hat uns gut gefallen. Hab das Hotel kurzfristig gebucht, für den Besuch in den Movie Park. War mit meinem Kind da. Die Öffis waren nicht weit weg ca 3 Minuten zu der Bushaltestelle. Die zu den Movie Park führte. Das Hotelzimmer war sehr schön und freundlich eingerichtet. Badezimmer mit Badewanne, sauber und gepflegt. Haben Frühstück gebucht. Große Auswahl! Das Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Gutes Hotel mit Atmosphäre und leckerem Frühstück. Die Zimmer haben viel Flair. Allerdings finden wir es immer wieder aufs Neue ätzend, dass in einem 4 Sterne Hotel schlichtweg kein Kühlschrank auf dem Zimmer ist. Wir haben Medikamente, die kühl gelagert werden müssen und gerne mal einen kalten Weißwein. WLAN so gerade noch schnell genug.

Mir hat nicht gefallen, dass ich mir gleich beim Einchecken sagen lassen haben müssen, es wäre noch nicht bezahlt, bzw. meine Kreditkarte wäre nicht gedeckt gewesen. Besonders positiv aus ökologischer Sicht ist die Möglichkeit, anzugeben, ob das Zimmer gereinigt werden soll (man kann eine Karte raushängen, um die entsprechende Angabe zu machen). Das Personal am Empfang und im Frühstücksraum ist sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend!

Parkplätze und Tiefgarage sind sehr praktisch. Wem das wichtig ist, der ist hier richtig. Die Matratze des Doppelbettes war nicht mehr zeitgemäß. Dreht sich der Partner um, schaukelt man mit. Die Beleuchtung im Zimmer ist gerade so ausreichend.
