Good location just a few minutes walk from the Westfield shopping centre and Promenade. Good public transport links. The staff were mostly helpful and friendly except for the Monday morning checkout which despite catching two different peoples attention nobody would come to help us check out. We just left our keys on the counter and walked out in the end as we had a train to catch.

This is a nice modern hotel with all modern facilities. If you like shopping it is ideal for the biggest mall in Europe right across the street. It is also very easy to get to and from the motorway.

Have to say this ia the nicest Holiday Inn Express I have ever been t / stayed at. Rooms so modern and confortable. Sockets / usb both sides of the bed. Great large shower. Breakfast plentiful and freah. Fabulous.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are tidy and the soundproofing is great, you can't hear any outside noise when the windows are closed. Each morning the breakfast is simple yet very good. I cannot say one bad thing about this hotel and will definitely return here next year.

Convenient Location

This hotel was conveniently located for business I was doing that revolved around the Konigpilsner Arena. The hotel is a 10 minute walk tot he Arena. The CentrO shopping Mall (the biggest in Germany) is about 200 metres from the hotel. There is a promenade with multiple restaurants between the shopping mall and the arena so everything is you need is very easily accessible. The area is a bit sterile and there are no notable cultural attractions in the area but it is quiet in the evenings and the hotel was comfortable and still smells like brand new carpet. The bed was extremely comfortable. I'd completely recommend this to a business traveller, someone going to a concert at the arena, or someone that wants to enjoy the shopping mall. The staff we friendly and helpful.

Bei Anreise wurden wir von einer freundlichen Dame an der Rezeption empfangen, das Einchecken war problemlos. Das Zimmer war Sauber und gepflegt, die Matrazen waren sehr bequem. Die Dusche war Sauber und Duschgel und Shampoo waren auch voll (hier wird Dove verwendet). Das Frühstücksbuffet hat für jeden was zu bieten. Service und Ambiente 100%

Prima hotel nabij winkelcentrum en niet ver van de snelweg. Parkeren is wel bijzonder omdat je op het terrein zelf moet betalen en weinig plekken zijn, terwijl het advies is om tegenover het hotel in de gratis garage van het winkelcentrum te staan. Directe omgeving oogt wel wat kil met ook bouwwerkzaamheden direct naast het hotel, maar daar verder geen last van.

Vriendelijk personeel, kleine gezellige bar in de lobby en een ruim ontbijtassortiment. Kamers schoon: Zien er vrij nieuw uit maar met wel al vlekken op tapijt, muren, hoekjes douche, etc.
Enige ergernis was dat de schoonmaak al rond 08:15u hoorbaar startte waardoor je wakker werd. Totaal gezien wel prima prijs/kwaliteit.

Unerträglich warm im Hotelzimmer

Es war schrecklich heiß im Zimmer- über 27 Grad! Konnten kaum schlafen. Aus der Klimaanlage kam nur warme Luft und das Fenster konnte lediglich gekippt werden, wodurch kaum kühle Luft nach innen gelangt ist. Laut Rezeption lag es an der Heizungsanlage, die noch im Winterbetrieb lief. Eine Kompensation für diese sehr unangenehme Erfahrung konnte man uns vom Hotel angeblich nicht anbieten, da wir über Hotels.com gebucht hatten.

Das Pin code Konzept finde ich praktisch. Die Zimmer sind modern und sehr sauber. Bett war sehr bequem und es ist Nachts sehr ruhig. Verdunklung im Zimmer war auch top. Snacks und Getränke kann man in der Lobby kaufen, hier fand ich die Preise teuer. Mir hat auf dem Zimmer ein Wasserkocher gefehlt. Frühstück kann ich nicht bewerten, da nicht gebucht. Parkplätze und Anbindung sind top. Ich würde wieder buchen.

Pratique, mais sans charme.

Lors de l'enregistrement, la personne chargée de l'accueil s'est empressée de nous préciser, avec insistance (\"c'est annoncé sur le site internet de l’hôtel\") que la possibilité de parking devant l’hôtel nécessitait de régler 10 euros par jours... sans garantie de place (peu de place en fait)...pour un hôtel situé dans une zone où le seul accès ne peut se faire qu'en voiture... C'est un peu cher pour, au final, une prestation qui n'en n'est pas une. En dehors de cela, séjour convenable pour ce type d'hôtel à fort débit.

Das Hotel ist super: sehr sauber, sehr zuvorkommendes Personal, beim Frühstück hatte man eine große Auswahl, jedoch gibt es sehr wenig Parkplätze direkt am Hotel. Es stand ein (ebenfalls voller) Schotter-Parkplatz nebenan zur Verfügung oder alternativ die kostenlosen Parkplätze am Centro. Schön wäre da dann ein Kurzzeit-Parkplatz, so dass man wenigstens schnell sein Gepäck im Hotel hätte abgeben können.
