We loved our 3-night stay. Our room was small and comfortable. The bed was comfortable and the shower had good water pressure. Everything was clean and orderly. Our TV stopped working and was immediately replaced. The breakfast was great - the absolutely best scrambled eggs we have eaten at a hotel breakfast! Lots of fresh food choices. The hotel was near the locations we wanted to visit. Underground parking worked fine. Thank you for a great stay!

Good stay, but expensive for what you get

Clean rooms, small size, and the rooms do not have a safe box. The location is great, and the car parking is very good and clean. Air Conditioning is poor, as the room was warm and i could not cool it down. The area has good restaurants nearby. The Breakfast selection is also the same everyday and little variety. The price I paid was over priced - very expensive

Cost cutting withn the environment as the excuse..

Had one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. I stayed for two nights and upon returning the second evening, I saw that the room wasn’t cleaned, bed done and no soap or face tissues in the bath. Checked at the reception and I was told that it was now company policy not to clean the rooms daily. Only once in 3 days and if I need it sooner, I had to ask beforehand. Apparently, I was to be told this while checking in but the receptionist had forgotten to do so. With a very average breakfast, small 20sqm rooms and a price of Euro 100-150 a night, this place is daylight robbery….

Nice overall with great free breakfast.

Rooms were nice and modern. Free breakfast was the highlight.WiFi was ok. Parking is little hard to locate if you are new in town. Check in was easy. Going to parking lot from hotel in Elevators was little challenging as only one of them went there and you had to wait longer to get to your vehicle.

The property is new and nice. But the problem is that it has no parking. GPS directs you to the middle of a busy intersection with trolleys near the hotel, tells you to find a parking space and “walk to the hotel.” Since we couldn’t park in the middle of a dangerous intersection we drove around for 20 minutes looking for a save space. In frustration we finally parked somewhere and walked to the hotel, not knowing whether we would still have a car the next morning.

Das einzige, was ich zu bemängeln habe, ist, dass der Fahrstuhl, der auch ins Parkhaus führt, ständig durch den Service blockiert wird, so dass man bis zu 20 Minuten braucht um dort anzukommen.

Leider wurde bei der Grund-Reinigung die Toilettenbürste nicht eingesetzt. Das sollte der Standard sein bei Übergabe eines Zimmers bzw. Bei Einzug vom neuen Gast.
Die ein oder andere Stelle im Zimmer war staubig und die Fliegen im Bad nicht richtig sauber.

The hotel and breakfast was nice as was the staff. However, my friend had to cancel the trip so I needed to cancel the second night of my two night stay. As I had prepaid my accomodation through hotels.com, I was told I couldn’t get a reimbursement for my cancelled night. As such now I know not to book my stays through hotels.com nor stay at Holiday Inn in the future as when plans change, there is no leeway to get a reimbursement unless you cancel your whole stay before travelling so if something happens last minute, you end up paying for your reservation even if you don’t use it.

Ein gutes Hotel für einen Kurzaufenthalt. Gute Lage, Parkmöglichkeit ( 24h rabattierter Preis von 12€!), Zimmer Ok( Bad sehr klein aber ausreichend und sauber),keine Minibar, Stellenweise kein Staub gewischt, Matratze komplett durchgelegen ( es wurde uns mitgeteilt das die Matratzen ausgetauscht werden, jedoch sei man noch nicht im 5 Stock angekommen)und die Klimaanlage hat nicht richtig gearbeitet ( unsere Nase war komplett zu und unser Kopf dröhnte beim aufstehen, trotz offenem Fenster, dementsprechend war der Lärm der ÖVM wahrzunehmen). Das Frühstück war wirklich gut. Eine ausreichende Auswahl an Speisen und Getränken auch für Veganer und Lactose intolerante. Wenn mir Mühlheim an der Ruhr gefallen hätte, wäre ich für einen Kurzaufenthalt wieder gekommen. Preislich sind 89€ inkl. Frühstück für eine Nacht/2Pers.vollig in Ordnung.

Unser Aufenthalt war top!

Das Frühstück war inklusive, was wir sehr gut fanden. Die Auswahl war groß und alles sehr lecker.

Der Check-in war fast problemlos. Wir hatten zwei Zimmer gebucht, allerdings bekamen wir beim Check-in vorerst nur ein Zimmer und mussten für das 2. Zimmer das ganze Prozedere erneuert durchlaufen, was sich etwas gezogen hat. Hier wäre schön gewesen, direkt darauf hingewiesen zu werden, dass für das 2. gebuchte Zimmer ebenfalls etwas ausgefüllt werden muss.

Die Zimmer waren schön eingerichtet und recht sauber. Die Dusche war schön geräumig. Der ausgelegte Teppichboden im Zimmer wies allerdings ein paar Flecken auf.

Parkmöglichkeiten waren auch vorhanden, leider nicht kostenlos (12€ pro Tag mit Hotel-Rabatt )

Der Aufenthalt war an und für sich super.

Gerade an den heißen Tagen wäre ein Minikühlschrank herzlich willkommen, da der An-/Abreisende, sich dann auch ein kaltes Getränk holen kann.

Die Position des Toilettenpapierhalters war etwas merkwürdig, klar bei den kleinen Bädern fehlt es an Platz, eine kreativere Lösung wäre hier, unter dem Waschbecken.

Ansonsten ist es ein super Hotel, es ist sehr sauber, die Betten sind sehr bequem und man bekommt auch eine Auswahl an Kissen gestellt (hart und weich).
Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hat auch vor Anreise schon Fragen telefonisch beantworten können.
