We were greeted by friendly staff who got our room ready 2h before official check in. The rooms were warm and clean and the beds very comfortable. There was a good selection of cereals, cold meats, cheeses, pastries and breads at breakfast with fresh hot Coffee. Great value for the extra €5. Felt like a family run Hotel where the staff genuinely cared if you enjoyed your stay.

I was in Dusseldorf for a trade show. The hotel is half an hour from Dusseldorf main station by train. It was a great hotel for a couple days. A good value compared to the hotels in Dusseldorf.

We stayed here whilst attending a concert so just needed a base for the night. It is definitely 3 star only, it looks to have had a very superficial face lift but this couldn't disguise how old and tired the whole place was.
The worst thing was the room, corridors etc smelt terrible of cigarette smoke even though it should have been a non smoking room.

The beds were very comfortable and the hotel clean. The staff was friendly and happy you help. The breakfast was much better then we expected for the price and the location was good for were we wanted to be- not too far from the town center, the theater and the central station. All in all exactly what we were looking for.

We stayed one night in a twin room in an annex block just down the road from the main hotel, an it was spacious and well-equipped. Beds were comfortable and reasonably far apart. It was cold when we went in but once the radiators were turned on it heated up very quickly.

The hotel was very short on character or style and had a type of nursing home element to it. Also a very lifeless style about the whole place.Saying this, the front desk staff were very helpful and polite. Beds were way to soft and the pillows needed more than a few feathers in them. But guess its a cultural thing in Germany to have extra soft pillows anyway as so many other hotels are the same in the region. Its close to the main hub of shops but a good walk from the main station. If you have no other choice in the area it will do fine.

We like it, its nice, friendly staff, room has everything you want. Except tea and coffee, you need to buy your own, but it has microwave and you can make hot water. Free internet is also great, but its SLOW! and on and of many times, thats sad, hole they will fix it.

Stayed for 2 nights.Room nice and clean. Much better than usual chain hotels. Town is not so good and eating out choices are limited (unless you want Pizza). Grreat public transport service, good for travel to Essen and avoids excessive rates when shows are on.

Found it unusual that the hotel did not open its restaurant or bar on a Thursday night. They stated the hotel is quiet on Thursdays so we do not open them!! This did however force me to find a very good Italian restaurant about 250m walk away, would certainly recomend this even if the hotel restaurant was open!

We liked the hotel a lot - great price and helpful staff. We liked it so much we made it part of the journey back on the way home. We liked the fact that it had a proper fridge as we had lots of food for baby we had in cool bags in the car. Great value, comfy beds and not too far from the autobhan (5 mins drive) meant we will be going back again next year.

This is hotel surpassed all expectations we had before our arrival. The hotel is within walking distance of the main market area, train station, and bus stops. The hotel is a short cab ride to the Centro as well. The reception desk was staffed with knowledgeable and friendly people. We had an additional person in our group so for an additional * euro we were given a bigger room. The room was huge for european standards with hard wood floors two full beds two large sofas, two lounge chairs, flat screen TV, standing shower, bath tub, and small kitchen unit. For the price, location, and quality I challenge anyone to find a better hotel in Oberhausen, Germany.

We were extremely pleasantly surprised at the size of the room especially for the money we paid. The hotel staff were all very pleasant, very family friendly which was of great importance to us. Breakfast also was great value for money and the restaurant again, was very family friendly.
The location also was absolutely fantastic for what we wanted with the CentrO shopping centre and Sea Life Centre both a short bus ride/drive away.
All in all a great value for money hotel and one I can garuntee we'll be using again.

We stayed here purely as it is close to the motorway/autobahn half way between the two points we were travelling between.
It served its function for us very well. We found it easily - off the motorway we followed the main road into the centre and the road this hotel is on is off that. Parking was easy.

There is a kiosk directly opposite the hotel entrance that amongst other things sells wine - we bought a good bottle of Argentinian shiraz for €5. The room has a small self-catering area with a microwave etc. and wine glasses!!
The television could have benefitted from some non-German channels but perhaps they don't get enough foreign visitors to justify this.

Every staff is very kind. Good hospitality. Room is clean but needs more lights. The more the number of lights in a room, the better the experience of desk works. Need more maintenance of laundry machines in the basement. Some are not functional. No instruction to use.

Das Zimmer ist sehr groß, allein im Bad könnte man noch ein Bett aufstellen, endlich mal genügend Ablagefläche, allerdings hätte ich mich über ein/zwei Haken für die Handtücher gefreut. Alles sehr modern und sauber, ein großer Garderobenbereich mit ausreichend Platz für zwei, Schreibtisch, Kühlschrank, Wasserkocher (ohne Kalkspuren), sogar ein Luftreiniger war vorhanden. Matratzen im ersten Moment etwas weich, aber sehr bequem zum schlafen.

Das Hotel hat eine sehr gute Lage von Oberhausen Hauptbahnhof,mit dem Bus sind es nur 2 Stationen und das Hotel ist schnell gefunden.
Ich fand es richtig toll das man eine eigene Kaffeemaschine und Mikrowelle hat und einen richtigen Kühlschrank ohne Minibar. Das Bett ist sehr bequem gewesen. Das Bad war sauber und gepflegt und ohne nötigen schnick schnack, also seife für die Hände und zum duschen und einen Fön gibt es. Leider hat das Bad kein Fenster und das Zimmer besitzt keine Klimaanlage, ich war aber der Meinung das im internet stand das das hotel eine Klimaanlage besitzt, aber meine freundin und ich haben jetzt nicht weiter nachgefragt.Es wurde aber ein Ventilator bereit gestellt,aber man hätte vielleicht vorher die Fenster öffnen können, weil die Luft doch sehr stickig drinnen war.

Wir konnten für 15 Euro in die Tiefgarage fahren und an einer E-Ladesäule laden. Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Das Frühstück war auch in Ordnung, allerdings gibt es für Vegetarier nicht sehr viel Auswahl. Insgesamt hat es für unseren Aufenthalt und das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis gut gepasst.
