No hot water it’s my biggest complaint. It is hard to shower with lukewarm water. We stayed from Wednesday to Sunday and no hot water at any given time was very disappointing. Other than that the hotel was good.

My only tiny criticism is that although I set the thermostat at 66 F (the lowest setting), I could never get it below 70 and sometimes 72. That would be fine for almost anyone, but I tend to like my room chilly. However, that’s a tiny criticism

Room was nice and big. Location was nice and peaceful with friendly staff, only a block from beach. The food at the restaurant was also good. I had a salmon Caesar salad that was really fresh and so was the breakfast. Looking to go back by summers end with my niece.

While the valet staff provided good service, the $40 nightly fee is steep. My issue with the room —specifically, the shower water took around 10 minutes just to become warm and never got truly hot. Be aware that breakfast is not complimentary and is fairly expensive.

My first trip to Fort Lauderdale began at a Cambria hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and I met some interesting people at the bar. The pool furniture, however, was old, dirty, and in desperate need of replacement. While the actual pool area was pleasant, the furniture’s condition was quite unappealing. The rooftop offered stunning views of the city, which was a highlight of my stay.

The room I had was decent in size and had a balcony, which I would definitely recommend. However, the water pressure in the shower was extremely weak, which was quite disappointing. To add to the unpleasantness, I found an insect on top of the fridge and later discovered it dead inside. It was quite gross and I couldn’t help but wonder how it had gotten there.

Overall, the hotel was decent, with friendly staff. However, it definitely needed some upgrades to improve the overall experience.

It was an ok experience. After multiple calls to clean our room they never did in 3 days. Had to call for towels. The beach was not as close as described, and the amenities for the beach were not readily accessible for everyone at the hotel. We had people who weren’t from the hotel try to jump the fence into the pool area, because of the low gate.

I’m really big on comfort when it comes to a hotel. The beds were very uncomfortable. My back was hurting and i tossed and turned all night. That’s the biggest negative for us. There was also a large crack in the window that I thought was pretty tacky. The staff was great, very friendly. The location was nice and close to everything. Being so close to the beach and it being a holiday weekend i thought it would’ve been crowded but not here. We used valet and never had to wait after requesting the car from the room.

This was an absolutely beautiful hotel. The hotel was gorgeous, spacious rooms, the bathroom lighting was fantastic with an added bonus of a Bluetooth mirror for music, and balcony has pretty views. The staff was very kind and helpful with storing my luggage and giving ideas for food. This hotel is a little ways from the main strip of the Ft. Lauderdale beach area but is a very quiet area with beach access just across the street. It took about 40 minutes to walk back to the hotel from the main strip, but the walk along the beach was wonderful. There are quite a few restaurants within a 15 minute walk along with convenience stores for any forgotten items.

The beds were super comfortable. The TV was great there were many outlets. The room was well lit. They don't do housekeeping unless you ask and the only thing that I did not like was I end up losing my charger and when I call the front desk, they said they had no chargers in the whole entire hotel. I think that as a hotel, you should have as a spare for a guest because emergencies happen and he didn't sound like he wanted to find a solution for me either other than that I had a comfortable stay and it's about 10 minutes drive from local bars and strips.

Liked area, too bad those large Condos across the street are obstructing the view... I had one fellow stay in the area and 25 years ago the view of the water was much better. No Condos.
Nice to have valet parking, no chasing down the vehicle when in a rush...little high cost though. Tipping was always done. I'm a disabled Vet. and just had a back operation in February and less walking to find the car was appreciated.
Our room 218 was ok, just the tv was to the left of the bed and we didn't use the tv much. The pool needed a cleanup some Alge present... water warm... on a great day everything was enjoyable.
We have stayed outside Orlando for convenient distant from Sebing when flying out of Orlando A.P.

Our stay did not meet basic cleanliness or safety expectations. The room had visible hair on the floor and in the shower, suggesting it was not thoroughly cleaned. The pool area, which was the main reason we booked this hotel, was very disappointing. Cushions were torn and moldy, chairs had mold, and there were rust spots on the floor, making it unsafe. The photos of the property looked great online, but the reality was very disappointing.

Hotel was new and well maintained. It is quiet and far from the busier part of the beach area. Not alot to do and no life guards on beach. Loungers are not provided and there is no vendor on the beach to purchase. Also I had 30% tip added to my restaurant bill and was told thats is if you make any purchases??? Overall nice property

The staff I encountered with was very nice and Courteous. The breakfast was mediocre for the prices and there is no complimentary breakfast. The parking is valet only and there is a flat rate per day even though it was 40.00 day I can say whenever we where ready to leave our car was ready with no waiting by using the link. The roof top was very nice it could use a little more lighting for the night time and the pool is not that big. The beach it literally right across the street. The balcony had not chair it’s not that big.i love the bathroom mirror has a Bluetooth option to play music. As well the hotel is very secure as you do need your keycard to enter most areas.

Didn’t really have a view of the ocean… hotel promoted that they rented beach chairs and umbrellas but it was only what other people have left after their stay. The beach access wasn’t really “exclusive” it was just across the street. They offered “beach towels” but they were practically hand towels, that’s how small they were.

Place was clean, close to the beach. When I got there the computers were down so couldn’t check in but staff took my bags so I could head to the beach. Would have been nice to offer some chairs or larger towels for the beach area as the pool towel I got was very small and thin. Not much for restaurants close by but the price was decent would stay again.

The rooms AC unit was super loud. I shared the note with the front desk so the Hotel can fix it because there’s no sleeping in the room. I wasn’t expecting it but they gave me a $28 refund which I thought that was nice. I wasn’t expecting anything back. I mentioned this so they could fix the issue that was nice.

The staff is very friendly and the rooms were very clean. Because of the tall buildings around it, you only get sun from around 11-4 at the pool in March. That worked out good though because as soon as the sun disappeared it was time to figure out dinner.

There were not enough chairs at the pool, our room was serviced only once in 6 days, we had to request new coffee and cups daily, and the coffee cup tops did not fit on the bottoms. There was one front desk worker who was very rude when I requested our room to be cleaned. And then it never was.

Front desk staff was great. Room was clean and comfortable. The rooftop that was advertised was not functional. I think it’s still being built out so that was disappointing. In the morning I wanted more coffee before heading out. There was no self serve coffee and the service for the lobby was not good and took a half hour just to get coffee. Wry disappointed in that service.

The hotel was off the beaten path from the hustle & bustle of downtown Ft. Lauderdale — staff was welcoming, truly accomodating when we needed to extend our checkout due to a late flight! The pool and hot tub were morning glories before going to the beach!

There are no chairs of umbrellas ordered at the beach — head to the Sandbar!

Room was nice enough. We booked pretty last minute just a few days before, for $450 I would not say this hotel was great. Pool was largely out of the sun except for peak day, otherwise in the shadows most of the day. Thankfully beach was close by. Not allowed to bring food/drink to the pool, nor was there any food offerings from the hotel at the pool. Didn't see a single person eating at their restaurant aside from breakfast. Room was nice enough, however AC was horrible. Room would never cool down and my wife and I definitely struggled with how hot it was (from up North so maybe fine for those used to warmer rooms). Lowest the AC would set to was 66, but it would kick off at 69 degrees and never actually stay on for more than 3-5 minutes at a time. Considerably cooler at night outside so this was frustrating and made for not the best sleep and very \"stuffy\" air. No rental car for us so we walked everywhere which is fine, we're active, strip of restaurants starts about a mile away, Target was about 1.5 miles away, Whole Foods 2 miles, Publix a little under a mile. We walked about 60 miles in the 5 days we were there. Would stay here again for the right price, felt more like a $250 dollar hotel, not $450.

I had a generally pleasant stay at the Kenmore Village Hotel. The facilities are modern and well-maintained, and I was especially impressed by the convenience and accessibility of the parking, which is a rare find in Miami Beach. The location is also perfect for exploring the area.

However, the post-checkout service regarding a lost item was quite disappointing. After checking out on February 13, my wife realized she had left her white light down jacket on a hanger in our room. I contacted the front desk immediately, and the staff promised to follow up with me after checking with the housekeeping team.

Despite this, I received no updates. I had to call the front desk several times myself to eventually be told the item had not been found. What is more frustrating is that I also sent a formal inquiry to the hotel’s main information email address, but I have not received any response to that as well. I even reached out via the Expedia app on the day of checkout, but that too remains unanswered.

While we enjoyed the hotel’s physical amenities and convenience, the lack of communication and proactive service regarding this matter has been a letdown.

The room was in great condition and the staff seemed well. They sent text messages checking on you and responded very fast on everything. However, they never executed on none of the requests.

My shower was very cold and my room never got cleaned. Never got towels or wash cloths. I had to go to the front desk to get them, even though I requested room service and towels. I loved the hotel though, but that was my only issue.

Room spotless.Pool and Spa were clean. Staff was friendly. The only thing I had a problem with was there were two couples that arrived at the bar fully intoxicated. They sat down next to us and ordered drinks and started to get out of control and loud and obnoxious and ruined my dinner experience and continually bothered me while I was on a call. Isnt it against the law to serve patrons that obviously intoxicated???

Nicely updated hotel- huge rooms, even tho oddly configured. Our room had a fridge & Kuerig coffee machine. Close to the beach, had a lovely pool/whirlpool & exercise area. We arrived very early after getting off a cruise ship & they allowed early check in - 5 hrs early for a $25 charge. So worth it! Very nice surrounding area & about a 20 min walk to a grocery store. Would stay here again if cruising out of Port Lauderdale- was about a 15 min rideshare away.

Overall clean, modern and comfortable. We checked in late and had to move rooms due to a weird smell and hair all over the room, especially bathroom. The staff was not friendly, on more than occasion. Bring your own towels, the ones provided are not much larger than hand towel size. The rooms are not even close to sound proof, we could hear everything in the hall and next door to us. There were very limited options within walking distance but their valet service was quick and easy to use. It was a fine stay but I wouldnt choose this hotel again.
