The hotel was off the beaten path from the hustle & bustle of downtown Ft. Lauderdale — staff was welcoming, truly accomodating when we needed to extend our checkout due to a late flight! The pool and hot tub were morning glories before going to the beach!

Room was nice enough. We booked pretty last minute just a few days before, for $450 I would not say this hotel was great. Pool was largely out of the sun except for peak day, otherwise in the shadows most of the day. Thankfully beach was close by. Not allowed to bring food/drink to the pool, nor was there any food offerings from the hotel at the pool. Didn't see a single person eating at their restaurant aside from breakfast. Room was nice enough, however AC was horrible. Room would never cool down and my wife and I definitely struggled with how hot it was (from up North so maybe fine for those used to warmer rooms). Lowest the AC would set to was 66, but it would kick off at 69 degrees and never actually stay on for more than 3-5 minutes at a time. Considerably cooler at night outside so this was frustrating and made for not the best sleep and very \"stuffy\" air. No rental car for us so we walked everywhere which is fine, we're active, strip of restaurants starts about a mile away, Target was about 1.5 miles away, Whole Foods 2 miles, Publix a little under a mile. We walked about 60 miles in the 5 days we were there. Would stay here again for the right price, felt more like a $250 dollar hotel, not $450.

I had a generally pleasant stay at the Kenmore Village Hotel. The facilities are modern and well-maintained, and I was especially impressed by the convenience and accessibility of the parking, which is a rare find in Miami Beach. The location is also perfect for exploring the area.

I contacted the front desk immediately, and the staff promised to follow up with me after checking with the housekeeping team.

What is more frustrating is that I also sent a formal inquiry to the hotel’s main information email address, but I have not received any response to that as well. The room was in great condition and the staff seemed well. They sent text messages checking on you and responded very fast on everything. However, they never executed on none of the requests.

They sat down next to us and ordered drinks and started to get out of control and loud and obnoxious and ruined my dinner experience and continually bothered me while I was on a call. Isnt it against the law to serve patrons that obviously intoxicated???

Nicely updated hotel- huge rooms, even tho oddly configured. Our room had a fridge & Kuerig coffee machine. Close to the beach, had a lovely pool/whirlpool & exercise area. We arrived very early after getting off a cruise ship & they allowed early check in - 5 hrs early for a $25 charge. So worth it! Very nice surrounding area & about a 20 min walk to a grocery store. Would stay here again if cruising out of Port Lauderdale- was about a 15 min rideshare away.

Overall clean, modern and comfortable. We checked in late and had to move rooms due to a weird smell and hair all over the room, especially bathroom. The staff was not friendly, on more than occasion. Bring your own towels, the ones provided are not much larger than hand towel size. The rooms are not even close to sound proof, we could hear everything in the hall and next door to us. There were very limited options within walking distance but their valet service was quick and easy to use. It was a fine stay but I wouldnt choose this hotel again.

We arrived early and the check in person told us if we wanted a room then it would be a $25 charge. Finally we got into our room. The shower was not hot. Luke warm at best. The maintenance guy came up but no difference. The hot tub wasn’t hot either. The location was terrible. No restaurant without walking 30 min. Bad coffee. Room maintenance was “if requested” not a great experience

First the reservation was not complete. I had reserved and paid for 2 rooms and they only showed 1. After showing my confirmation e-mail. There was a long delay to find another room.
Second- I had to request to have my room cleaned. Nobody showed up for 2 days.
Third- Site did not provide coffee in the room or lobby. I don't think that is too much to ask when I am paying 250 dollars a night.

Unfortunately, we were very disappointed with our stay at the Cambria.
The only positive aspect of our experience was the front desk staff. The woman who welcomed us was extremely kind, welcoming, and professional, and we truly appreciated her attitude and efforts.
Aside from that, the stay was quite underwhelming. While the bathroom appears renovated, the overall comfort was lacking. The mattress was of poor quality and uncomfortable. Additionally, we did not have proper hot water in the shower, and the water pressure was extremely weak. We reported the issue to the front desk, but unfortunately, nothing changed during our stay.
For a hotel in this category, we expected a basic level of comfort, especially when it comes to the bed and the shower. These are essential elements for a pleasant stay, and they were unfortunately not up to standard.
In summary, despite a friendly and professional front desk, we would not recommend this hotel and would not stay here again.

Let first start with how wonderful and helpful the staff were right down to the end!!! I will say there was like 2 staff that weren't not to nice very rude but me and my family realized just to not deal with them. Our room was very cozy and very clean we loved that a lot! The pool was very clean as well as the lobby!!! We also loved that the beach was right there. The parking was not the greatest but we dealt with it.... Our bed sheets hadn’t been changed and don’t notice till the next morning. My wife asked for the room to be cleaned and sheets still weren’t changed. So she asked for new sheets and she would change. She took fitted sheet off and mattress topper was stained and couldn’t tell if it was clean and was covered in hair on the bottom side and dirt under it. Instead of giving us the stuff to change the bedding. They moved us to a different room two floors down. It’s $39 a day for parking which is pointless since the parking garage isn’t very big. Our car was at the most a 50ft walk at the most every time we got our car. Garage was maybe half full the whole time we was there.

Burst pipes and broken boilers ruined my stay. The staff was AMAZING but the water was cold, freezing cold. Cold in the shower, the pool and even the hot tub. I called the hotel BEFORE BOOKING asking if everything was in working order. Confirmed the pool was heated and the hot tub was working only to arrive and find it was NOT. I was pissed.
