Everything! Not at all what its advertised. Its a ghost motel. I was the only resident for 3 days. Nob and tube wiring, bathroom door showing signs of damand and would not close. The coded door knob that did not always respond, no daily trash pick up or dirty towel pickup. Half the sign was fenced off. Spotty internet access. I got to watch squatters being removed and had to worry about my safety while the squatters stuff lay 50 steps from my door.
Owners not on the premises only saw one worker on the last day. All the reviews are lies.

They were unavailable by phone, text and email when we were trying to check in. We filled out their form, we’re told what room we were booked in, then never received the passcode. We have to stay now in a cot in our friends hotel room because we are literally stranded in a city with no housing.
We expect a full refund.
We have communicated that to them and expect Travelocity to support us in getting the full refund.
Absolutely unacceptable that they book rooms and can not be bothered to answer any communication over a 3 hour time period at check in time.

SCAM- place is closed- DO NOT MAKE A RESERVATION

This place is a scam. After confirming on Friday Sept 5th, I arrived at 4:45 pm. No cars in the entire place, fencing around most of it. Note on the door stating to call this number- no one answered, no way to leave a message. Text was not returned. SOO- we had no place to stay! Disputing this with hotels.com. When they call the motel- the motel reports \" an emergency \" happened and will be closed until Sept 10th. Why wasn't this explained that night? I call BS- I think this place is closed and scammed us.

Close to racetrack. Bed comfortable,
BUT, NO toilet paper at all. Empty roll! No box of tissues! No staff present for any issues. Sticky floor. Rotten fruit in the fridge. Shower would not drain. Old sludgy soap in the soap holder.
Way overpriced for this gross room #110 . Worst experience in many, many years, and I travel most of the year for work. Should be shut down . Would rate below 1 star if I could .

Horrible - save yourself.

I didn’t even end up staying here because I couldn’t get into my room. The stay code I was given didn’t work.

Would never ever stay anywhere near this part of Saratoga again. Half of the motel was under construction with doors wide open and lights on at 11 o’clock at night.

I ended up driving 2 1/2 hours home after a concert because I couldn’t get into my room, couldn’t reach anyone for help and felt totally unsafe there.

The photo is not close to the actual state of the room. The place looks like it is barely holding itself together. Its old and needs a full renovation. If you just need a place to flop for a night it is fine, but if you are looking for comfort, style, class, or beyond basic accommodations, look somewhere else.

This is a pretty rundown old motel. Looks like they are trying to renovate part of it, but our room certainly was not one of the renovated rooms. Bathroom door does not shut. Gritty feeling on the floor. Air conditioning absolutely insufficient to cool the room. when we called the Front Desk we were told there was no Front Desk and everything was remotely managed. I just asked for a floor fan and was told she lived 45 minutes away and wasn't driving 45 minutes to bring me a floor fan. We don't need anything fancy, but the bathroom door needs to shut the place needs to be clean and either cool or warm enough.

Booked this property for a stay on June 12th after booking the room I proceeded to go to the property to checkin upon arrival I received a text thanking me for booking the room and how they look forward to seeing me I showed up within 15 min of booking and when I got there there was nobody at the front desk or on the property to allow me access to my room so I had no choice but to go down the road and obtain another hotel room at a different property after falling asleep there I received a text message at 4:38am giving me an access code to the room at this time I had already been fast asleep in another room elsewhere. I have tried since to reach out to the property as well as Expedia for a refund on the room since I didn’t stay and hadn’t been able to get in contact via phone around July 8th I was in contact with someone at the property via Expedia messages who said they would reach out to me that day to discuss the situation I haven’t heard from them since I just want to have this matter resolved and taken care of very disappointed with this situation and hope others do not encounter the same situation as I have.

I was so disappointed at the site and the conditions. Given the opportunity to TRY to cancel, was disappointed not to have access code sent to my CP. Tried numerous ways to cancel, no success. Told Mgr Ed, nice guy but told me to leave because of conditions, I did have info on my computer to cancel, but I dont travel with a computer.PLEASE cancel my charge on my AmEx card, If not I will report it as a SCAM. Site was somewhat under construction, the room I was assigned, was occupied at the time of arrival with a smoker present.Alternate room was not suitable as shown in pictures of site. Expedia should back off on this site. Good location downtown, not safe and a 'DUMP'

Main complaint is the fire/alarm smoke detector going off in my room at 3 am and again at 330. I don’t smoke and was asleep so I have no idea how it even triggered. This was after I had finally gotten to sleep at around 1 am when whoever was slamming doors on the property was just background noise. But on a plus side the shower gets very hot if you want and has enough pressure that you will feel the cleanest you ever have.

We only stayed one night so it was great. But for longer stays I would not recommend it as it doesn’t have amenities as other hotels do. No pool. No coffee in the room. It’s very convenient to walk to Broadway for dining and shopping. For another one night I’d consider it. For longer I’d definitely look somewhere else.

This property is an old motel in a nice area. Parts of the property were under construction. The room was spacious and the beds comfortable. We wanted to stay in the City close to downtown and this was pretty much all that was available. Definitely overpriced because of the Travers Stakes at the racetrack. However, it served our purpose, was safe, clean and easy to check in and out. All check in is done by text message with lock codes etc., parking was free and easy. One strange thing was there were no garbage cans in the room but there was a large can at the top of the stairs outside. No elevator, that I saw, so customers have to carry suitcases up stairs.

If the room was $50-$70, I wouldn’t be upset but I paid $150 to stay in this awful room.

This is an older rundown motel that is being marketed as something more. They are trying to upgrade but not equivalent to other properties in the area.
We decided to not stay at the property after our check in due to conditions. The pictures don’t match reality.
I wish the owners the best as it seems they are trying but I wouldn’t recommend to my friends.

There was no working ice machine, no soap whatsoever in the rooms not even hand soap, bugs in the room, spiders, and wood bugs. The tv didn’t work. No mattress covers, stained sheets and uncomfortable old beds. I understand that this is not an expensive motel but a lot is being overlooked here.

Where do I start as I was sitting outside my room listening to music about 5 pm when this old drunk looking lady approached me and ruly and nasty to turn off my music . I said who r u and she said she was the new owner. She stated that she and all the other tenants didn’t want to listen to that kind of music and she kept saying that kind of music meaning black music.i could tell she was prejudice just by her tone in the way, she act toward me that she told me if I didn’t like it I could get out and she will give me a refund. There’s only two cars in the parking lot. . Place is nasty and she was nasty and I’ll never go back.

Convenient location right on the park at the edge of downtown. It's an older motel building so everything is... older. But clean and in working condition. The shower floor had a lot of buildup- probably calcium from the spring water, but it would have been nice if there had been a rubber mat to use. They did not tell us the internet access code, which was frustrating after the office closed at 8 pm. The blanket was very light even though weather had turned cold, and there was no extra blanket. And no coffee maker in the room. Okay, but not great.

This is a tough call. - the host was amazing. Walked us down to our room and made sure the TV was working. BUT the room - eh - non functioning deadbolt, the bathroom door didn’t close completely, there was no chair to sit in so the bed was it…. the air conditioning unit was iffy, and as much as I like fresh air I was a little unnerved to discover the bathroom window behind the closed blinds was open -and we were on the first floor. Loved the flowers and flags on the exterior but more attention needs to be paid to the room. Did appreciate the new flooring and the wonderful old tile in the bathroom - and the TV work great!!!

We had never stayed at this property and decided to give it a try for a night after the races. We read that there were new owners and renovations had been made. The room pictures shown online looked nice and technically were accurate but you couldn't see that the furniture was not in new condition. (Some pieces are beat up.) The renovations that were done are not great and are basically patch jobs, covering things up here & there. No hair dryers are provided (you can ask for one). The room did look clean for the most part, which was important, but the shower stall looked like it had mildew in the corners. (We opted to wait until we got home to take showers.). We received a call from the office shortly after 3 pm, letting us know our rooms were ready. That was a nice touch. You have to check in by 8 pm but that was not a problem. We checked in then went downtown for dinner. The couple we were traveling with did have an issue when we returned because they discovered they did not have a top sheet on their bed. They were not able to contact anyone about it and when they went to the office in the morning, they were told since the booking was through Expedia there was nothing they could do. (They did not even get an apology.) We realize that $215 a night for a room during race season is a \"good deal\". We are happy as long as the accommodations are clean and the bed is comfortable. Sadly, the Community Court Motel did not rate highly on these two requirements.

Old motel but obviously kept up. Room was very clean. Had a great window AC. The gentleman at the desk was top notch! Only thing missing was a chair, but I can deal with that!
Walkable to SPAC in 30 minutes should you want. Five minutes drive. Walkable to many restaurants, shops in the downtown! Free parking as well.

We knew we we’re Going to be checking in late, so I called them to let them know. On the phone, I was told they CLOSE at 8 but he’d make sure someone was there. When I got there at 11, the employee was in someone’s room making a repair but I had no way of knowing that. No note on the door, no answering service to leave a message. I was there banging on the door and calling for close to 30 minutes till he showed up. I haven’t seen a room this outdated in my entire life. NO outlets in the bathroom, ONE in the room, BEHIND the bed. I would almost expect this if the room were $99, not OVER $300. Needless to say, I’d like a partial refund. The amount of dirt inside the windows was so Bad, we could barely see through them. I would love to hear back from someone regarding this.

Great for SPAC concert party people

Old school no frills motel with more modern interior in the main rooms. No chairs, but clean with decent beds. SPAC is an easy 20 minute walk. Liquor store, CVS, and restaurants all within a couple minutes walk. Friendly and helpful staff. Good base for party people on a road trip, especially for SPAC concerts. Probably the best bang for your buck when every room in town is booked for a large event (like our two sold-out Dead & Co. concerts on a weekend).

I needed a cheap, clean, not-stinky room for a single night and this was perfect.

It is very old-school and shows its age: peeling paint, rickety staircase, super cheap furniture, bare wood floors, and you've got to wait a couple of minutes for the hot water to arrive (what's your rush?!?).

BUT, and this is important, my room was clean, dry, odorless, and the bed was great. In fact, the morning that I was leaving , fresh beds were being unloaded from a van.

Cheap, clean, no smell...but old and well-used. For me, it was perfect....and it's right next to the park. For the price it's a solid option.

There was black mold on the shower curtain as well as in the shower, burn holes in the bed spreads, piles of dirt in the corners of the room, and a makeshift blind thumb tacked into the window frame. The blinds on the windows were broken and the walls had spots where it looked like they washed the walls and just let the water dry. The location was convenient but not worth the cost.

This is an old-time motel in the middle of town, conveniently located. We did not have high expectations, but even our low ones were not met. The beds were like bricks, the ultimate in cheap mattresses. Three electrical outlets, almost completely filled by the one lamp provided, the TV and cable box, and the window A/C. A small town's worth of dead bugs on the baseboards behind the beds. Parking lot too small to accommodate the cars of all guests. But hey, what do you expect for $280 (plus tax) during the height of racing season? On the plus side, it was quiet even though the place was full, the location was good, the bathroom was old-timey in a positive way (except no electric outlets) and the manager was friendly and helpful.

If you are travelling to Saratoga in the summer on a budget, you have to shop around. Saratoga hotels are extremely pricey during concert and racing season, so I tend to check out different hotels and compare what you are getting for the price you pay. The only thing I will not skimp on is cleanliness! There is no doubt in my mind that I will stay here once again. Check in was early, which is so nice for concert goers! The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful upon arrival. It was very refreshing to walk in to an extremely clean room (still smelled of Pine Sol) and to my surprise it even had a mini fridge and microwave. Room was comfortable and roomy enough for 3 of us. Sounds funny, but the best part of the room was the shower - there was actual water pressure and consistent water temperature! Which is surprising when I think every one of the guests was going to the concert so we were all on the same timeframe as far as getting ready. Each morning, the staff greeted everyone with a smile and asked if we needed anything. One of the workers even helped me load my car for tailgating! The hotel may be a little dated, but the staff definitely makes up for it!

Very convenient to the downtown shops and restaurants. The motel is a little worn and shows its age. The bed was very uncomfortable and needs to be replaced!

DO NOT STAY HERE! As soon as we pulled in we had a bad feeling about this place. People live here too be warned as we had kids screaming running around all over. We never even walked in the room, instead we walked next door to the Holiday Inn. It was run down looking and we did not feel SAFE.

Comfortable spot with access to everything

The motel is no frills, but very comfortable and friendly!! Great location with easy walking to everything in downtown Saratoga Springs. There is access to the Museums and parks right behind the property with steps leading to the gardens with gazebo.

I enjoyed my stay!
