The room was very clean and the staff was very helpful. The only issue we had was the t.v. was not receiving a signal but that was resolved the following morning. The breakfast was one of the best I've had a a hotel and the hostess was very helpful and everything was well stocked.

The entire staff really seemed to go out of their way to make my stay a pleasnt one, even offering to set me up with another room if the noise from the renovations was too much. Actually, the noise was not all that bad. One of the women at the front desk was absolutely great. I wont mention her name for privacy reasons, but if she reads this, she'll know who im talking about. The manager went above and beyond, making it a point to have several conversations. The room was spacious, immaculate, and the bed was comfortable. I would highly recommend this hotel, and i will be back

Was bad but then got much better

Arrived very late after driving all day and couldn't get in. At midnight not clear where the entrance even is. Door was locked! Went back to my car and called as i had already made reservation. No answer. I am dealing with the death of both my fiance and mother. I am panicking as I have interment at Saratoga Nat'l Cemetery for my mom tomorrow. I start to cry. See a woman in a robe start banging on the windows. Thankfully she was kind enough to let me in. The front desk person came out from the back where there are 2 OFFICES(not bathroom!). I simply said i have a reservation and I couldnt get in. Well, she went off... i had to go to the bathroom and im a female here by myself so i lock the door and i dont care. Dont want to hear anything about it. If i have to go to the bathroom yadda yadda yadda. Well I was a female OUTSIDE in the dark unable to get into a room I PAID FOR!!! UTTERLY UNPROFESSIONAL! Next day I mentioned that I had a problem at check in to the desk clerk. The \"person\" last night told me nothing about the hotel so I had missed breakfast. She was wonderful. She asked what happened so i told her. She wanted to do anything to help make it right. Thank you Mylisa!!!! Gen mgr found me and was also wonderful... what can i do etc... Then i was approached by another woman who was the day manager, Chrissy I think. She ended up sitting with me while i had my coffee and was the most lovely kind person. We ended up chatting and i even cried. Needed release. ❤️ Ty Chrissy &

Nice hotel.

Mostly great place to stay. The pullout couch/mattress was terrible. Thin, beat, uncomfortable.

Room was very clean. Great water pressure. Regular bed was very good with nice pillows. Hotel itself looked very clean. Nice grounds. Good walking trail nearby. Decent kitchenette.

Biggest complaint was the chlorine smell from the pool in the whole downstairs. If that wasn’t so powerful, I’d probably give 5stars.

The only room available was a handicapped room, and the open shower was a tad grimy near the grout. The room was a tad shabby but clean enough. The area was close to town, which was great, a little desolate when driving at night.

Unruly amount of children running aimlessly all over the entire hotel, so much so we felt we HAD to complain to the desk to get them to stop running up and down every hall, with no resolution from complaints. Enjoying my Husbands Birthday here for the night and couldnt relax in the hot tub due it being full of children that were very under the age limitation posted. Absolutely unwelcoming staff and environment. Kids were still loud and obnoxious with no parental or staff control to be found the next morning.

Best hotel in Saratoga

The general manager (Bob/Robert) has been at the Saratoga Residence Inn for 17 years. He is on site in the breakfast/reception area and accessible daily from 7 or 8 am. He recruits a tremendous staff. We have stayed here at least five times and it’s a terrific experience. We go to the track in the hotel van and also can shuttle anywhere in town.

Not worth the high price

Although the room was spacious ,it and the entire property needs updating and an extensive cleaning. The A/C unit in our room was extremely loud, as were the guests above us along with the rude, loud guests in the hallways. Because of this, we got no rest. There was nothing around the property so we needed to drive if we wanted to dine out or enjoy downtown. I will mention that the entire hotel staff were excellent in customer service. With all this being said and for the high price that we paid for a one night stay, we won’t return to this property.

Great place for a few nights. Clean and friendly staff. I also liked how close it was to town of Saratoga. We stayed for a ski weekend at West mountain which wasn't too far away....booked last min so couldn't find anything closer that was clean and suitable for our needs.

This hotel is great in terms of soundproofing and has a decent complimentary breakfast, but is limited in terms of the quantity and quality of toiletries and towels, and the computer in the business nook doesn’t work. If booking through Expedia, please note that the nightly rate doesn’t reflect a hefty pet fee, so although the nightly rate is reasonable, it may not be once you add on the $75 fee.

Staff very helpful and responsive. Felt very safe, and appropriate measures for covid: Indoor pool was being used by one family/travel party at a time. Breakfast was grab&go and the hot option with eggs and sausage was pretty good.

One of my worst hotel experiences ever. The biggest issue was the fact that we could hear every foot step from the room above us. Heavy footsteps for hours all through the night. We did not sleep and were only compensated by a $40 comp off our $300 bill. The hotel is not clean and not well managed. It was a terrible, hideous experience for a Marriott property and you can tell this hotel is not well built if we can hear every step from the floor above us. Aside from that, the AC was not working properly and it never stopped even when desired temp was reached, at one point our room was 60 degrees. So we were constantly trying to figure out how to control temp. The sofa bed was horrible and the room was lack luster for the price. Obviously we would never stay here again and I strongly discourage anyone else from staying here for the prices they are charging.
