Place was good we stayed in the spa suite and the spa didn't work properly aswell the phone in the room! Location was great with restaurant on-site with room service.. just order at the restaurant and they will bring it to your room load up on the buffet aswell. Definitely will stay again fingers crossed we get a better spa experience.. The Staff were fantastic especially the young lady explaining stuff and the young fella in the restaurant keep up your perfect customer service 👌

Well, from the moment we arrived there were issues with the room. Smoke alarm beeping non stop, toilet wouldnt stop running, the room smelt like mouldy cigarette smell, dusty, and the TV volume didnt work. Connor was great, he provided us a new room, which was really nice. Although, the people behind or next to us had absolutey no respect of other people also accommodating. There was slamming doors, crying, laughing and this was on going until 4am! The walls are way too thin.

The kitche was not fully set as a kitchen. No toaster, no towels provided for the pool. Which stopped us swimming. Ask to provide a security deposit of $100 in case damage occured. This does not happen with other motels or hotels?

Despite their ageing rooms and facilities, this property excelled in customer care and service; clean and spacious room with a jetted tub was good value for money; stayed for 4 nights to access Penfold’s Magill Estate and the world-class wineries in McLaren Vale; the affordable accommodation we had at St Francis permitted us to binge on tasting the delicious and iconic wines in the region; thank you to Angie and to our lovely room attendant for keeping our room safe and tidy everyday; I will stay here again and recommend them highly for showing kindness and respect for paying customers like us; well done to you all at St Francis Winery Hotel!

I had a ground floor, end of building room located on the corner of the building. Room 111. While the room was adequate enough, the noise late into the at night from people/staff congregating, smoking, talking right near the side window was disturbing. The exit door to the restaurant's kitchen appeared to be right there, with a walkway seperating the two buildings. It happened more than once during my two night stay. It wasn't condusive to a restful sleep before a medical appointment or the night after another long appointment ar Flinders. Very disappointing on week nights.

My daughter and I really enjoyed our time at your resort. Wehad arrived for my youngest son's wedding and your resort was within 15-20 minutes driving. Our room was good and clean. The staff are excellent, cheerful and helpful. I was unwell while there, not feeling inclined to attend the dining room .. on being asked for a mug for cup-a-soup\" and a small meal for my daughter, they stated \"no problem\" and delivered both to our room.

St Francis is in a very nice location and the staff are all very friendly and helpful, however the rooms are not sound proof, so we had noisy neighbours on the first night (not too bad) and there was a private function on the second night that kept us awake into the early hours, if you choose St Francis winery's for your stay away from home i would recommend packing earplugs.
