Property is located close to historic center and close to the bus station from the train station. We were disappointed that breakfast wasn't included and the wanted 7.5 euros for toast. Also our toliet broke and the shower didnt drain. The beds were hard.

Great location but…

A great location for a rather sad run down hotel. Simple bits let it down like gaps in our room’s wooden flooring and no tea or coffee making facilities and no tissues is a very basic customer need.

The staff were nice and welcoming. The rooms were not soundproof especially at night I could constantly hear movement going on especially after 12 am. The fire alarm light kept flashing in the dark every minute which was annoying. The cleaning of the room could have been better, I noticed one of the bedside tables was not cleaned properly and the main table.
Overall I found it too noisy for my liking and the rooms could have been better maintained and cleaner. With the WiFi I noticed some websites were not working.

Great hotel

Lovely hotel very close to all amenities, great view of the cathedral and also we could see a bit of the aqueduct from room. Nice restaurant at hotel. Lovely breakfast and had evening meal which was lovely too. Staff nice and friendly and helpful.

Easy free street parking behind property. Hotel is just a few minutes walking to the aqueduct and major historical buildings. Rooms were not luxurious but were nice. Good value for the money, more so when you consider breakfast is included.

Perfect location for a welcoming hotel in Segovia

We had a good time staying at the Hotel Corregidor. It provided a restful place to retire to after days of energetic sightseeing. The staff were friendly and efficient. The hotel has a great location, being just in front of the central bus station and just a bloc away from the stop of the bus that goes to the AVE station. It takes about 10 minutes to walk over a nice pedestrian avenue to the Roman aqueduct and about 15-20 min more to walk uphill to the Segovia Cathedral.

Hotel Corrigiedor - great staff and breakfast

I was able by a miracle to get a Parking spot right at the hotel for my entire stay - free. the rooms were quite spacious and included ensuite shower and air conditioner. Breakfast at Hotel was a good mix of Spanish meats, pastries and cereal with good coffee/espresso. Location walkable to Aqueducts and Alcazar. Staff was able to print our tickets for Alcazar which helped avoid the lines!

Hotel exceeded our expectations, definitely worth more than two stars. Easy walk to the aqueduct. shopping areas and stunning cathedral. We were lucky to get one of the few free parking spaces in front of the hotel which made a big difference.

Hotel was not modern but it was clean. Location was a bit loud - cars still passed by late at night. Very friendly staff and right across from bus station, very convenient. Can take bus to and from Madrid. Had a bus to catch at 10 am, checked out 9:50 am and made it with minutes to spare.

Great location at a good price.

This hotel is good value and in a good location. The staff were helpful and friendly. The rooms were clean and well appointed. Only a few minutes walk to the aqueduct , I would recommend this hotel without hesitation.

We had some initial issues: The advertised parking is very small, and was full, so we ended up having to park about 1km away to avoid paying 15euros in town. We were also then given a very sell twin room, not a double as booked. Apparently in Spanish \"double\" means a room that can sleep 2 people, not a double bed. When explaining this to the receptionist, we were told she had never heard of the word \"twin\" and they only had 6 rooms with double beds out of 30+ total, so tough. It was supposed to be a romantic weekend away, first time me and gf had seen each other for some time, so it did not start out well. However, on returning to hotel around midnight, we were told there had been a late cancellation, and a room with a double was available so we changed. It worked out ok in the end, but caused quite allot of stress/anxiety for my gf (who has been sick for a while) before it was sorted out.

Mi comentario va hacia hoteles.com por su mala gestión y comunicación con el hotel y debido a ello me he tenido que conformar con una habitación de inferior categoría a la pagada, una tercera planta y con tan mala suerte que el ascensor estaba averiado, en fin gracias por nada.

Excellent location, just around the corner of the bus stop - Centro - for bus #12, to/from Segovia Guiomar/Estacion Ave. (2-3 minutes walk). Also in walking distance to most major sites.
Good sized room, clean, good bed ans pillows, but must admit I prefer duvets to blankets.
Friendly and helpful staff.
Sadly internet is quite weak, but might be because it’s up in the mountains.
Overall, had a great stay, and would be happy to stay here again.

Muito honesto!

O hotel fica a uma distância adequada do principal ponto turístico da cidade, o acqueduto.
O acesso é feito, em sua maior parte, por um calçadão.
Quartos limpos, banheiro reformado com excelente pressão na ducha do segundo andar, atendimento atencioso e a instalações acessíveis.
Possui uma quantidade boa de vagas gratuitas para carga/descarga de frente com a recepção. Porém estas estão sempre ocupadas, por vezes pelo mesmo veículo. O estacionamento parceiro do hotel é subterrâneo e fica localizado sob o calçadão mencionado acima. Em maio/24 tinha o valor de 25,5 euros a diária. O hotel ofereceu um desconto que baixou o valor para 14 euros.
Não foi oferecido (mas também não foi solicitado) berço para nosso bebê.
Não utilizamos o serviço de café da manhã por não estar incluído na diária.

La estancia en el hotel y la atención por su personal fue perfecta. No opino lo mismo sobre la reserva a través de hotels.com donde solicité una habitación triple indicando en todo momento el numero de huéspedes y, cuál fue mi sorpresa, cuando al llegar me dicen que el precio era solo para dos personas y que debía pagar un suplemento por la tercera. Me indican además en el hotel que este hecho les ha ocurrido más veces cuando los clientes reservamos a través de este intermediario.
