Very comfortable hotel. The hotel restaurant was busy due to a local festival, but still went out of their way to arrange a table for us and vegan meal. We are very appreciative! We would definitely return in the future.

The pool was awesome, very warm and had a jet so you could work out while swimming. The sauna and wet sauna was naked which was disappointing for a family hotel. They should have it more private because you can see naked people when you are just grabbing a pool towel-gross. The pool air temperature was awesome and they offered different juices and teas. The hotel restaurant was awful! They have a nice menu in the lift but it is only offered to a certain time and then it’s a limited menu which the reception desk did not tell us. The staff was not friendly. Food we did order was tasty. Not much near by but a little downtown area which was cute.

Love the quaintness and setting.
This hotel is very comfortable and their saff very helpful and friendly. It is hard to beat the quantness of this hotel and the town of Reutte. It sits in the middle of twon just steps away from shopping and other resturants althought the Hotel resturant is great as well. Just a few miles / kilometers down the road are castle ruins / the Highline bride as well as Zugspitze, Germany's tallest mountain.

This is definitely a family-run hotel, yet far from being a mom-and-pop affair. Very comfortable and accommodating. Breakfast buffet was very good, with typical Austrian cold meat and cheese, yogurt, bread buffet. Spa/sauna was discrete and had multiple offerings. Finally, the restaurant was outstanding. Made the mistake of venturing to a nearby hotel's restaurant, but returned to the Zum Mohren on the final night for some incredibly thin, tender, and tasty Wiener Schnitzel (veal, the real thing).

Overall we had a nice stay. The staff was friendly, the rooms were nice, the pool was amazing, and the food was delicious (local and sustainable)! Our only issue which turned out to be a big one was that the hotel did not have any air conditioning or room fans, and as such we were forced to leave all windows and doors open all night until the sun came up, and which point they were closed (for sun and privacy) and it would get hot again. Lack of air conditioning may be typical in the Alps but it was 90 degrees and they should really invest in fans. If they did, we would stay again.

We weren't expecting much. We'd tried to book closer to Fussen but couldn't so we thought we were 'settling' for this hotel. We quickly realized it was our favorite during our whole trip. The room was spacious with a nice balcony, the food was great and the service was friendly.

While in an historic old building, the hotel has obviously been recently updated in nearly all respects. The rooms were nicely done, and the staff was very friendly and accomodating to us. The restaurant was a nice surprise, with an excellent menu and very well prepared dishes by a first-class chef.

Sehr schönes Hotel, mit tollem Schwimmbad. Das Frühstück hat eine große Auswahl. Leider gibt es keine Klimaanlage. Unser Zimmer war zur Straße hin. Dort saßen bis ca. 23.30 Uhr Gäste, die sich lautstark unterhalten haben. Auch der Gestank von Zigaretten und Pfeife zog direkt ins Zimmer.

Rezeption nicht sehr freundlich bei der Ankunft. Bad viel zu klein, man konnte nicht mal gerade auf der Toilette sitzen trotz Körpergröße kleiner 1.80m und normalem Körperbau. Kleine Kinder im Wellness/Saunabereich passen einfach nicht- das liegt schon an den Eltern aber das Hotel schränkt das auch nicht explizit ein und machte nichts dagegen. Zimmer, Frühstück, Skikeller, Parkplatz sonst ok.

Vi hade en övernattning på hotellet eftersom vi har varit i staden tidigare och det passade på vägen hem från Italien. Hotellet har gratis parkering i garaget med enkelt access via hissen. Bra pool och relaxavdelning som kan nyttjas gratis av hotellets gäster. Familjerummet vi bokade var stort med bra utrymme och balkong på tredje våningen. Själva hotellet och rummet kändes utdaterat och hade behövt en rejäl renovering. Ligger perfekt till mitt på gågatan i centrum, nära till restauranger och butiker. Frukosten var bra och ganska standard, hade förväntat mig mera av ett fyrstjärnigt hotel.

Leider gibt es in meinen Augen komische Öffnungszeiten dafür. Das die Sauna nicht den ganzen Tag läuft ist klar, aber beim Schwimmbad kann ich es nicht verstehen. Unser Zimmer war sehr schön und mit der Galerie wirklich gemütlich.

Schönes Hotel, sehr gute Küche, ausreichendes Frühstück, sehr freundliches Personal. Parkplätze frei in der hoteleigenen Tiefgarage. Sehr moderner und großer Wellnessbereich. Einzig unser Zimmer war deutlich renovierungsbedürftig. Wir schauten direkt auf die gegenüberliegende Brandmauer. Ohne Klimaanlage war es zu heiß für geschlossene Fenster. Dafür war der Lärm der Außengastronomie schon lästig. Das Zimmer war deutlich überteuert!

Keine grosse Auswahl und für das Auge auch nicht gut presentiert dahingestellt. Ich finde es eher sehr schade, dass man kein Gefühl für Willkommensein hatte.
