The pool and sauna are super clean and at a high standard. The elevator at the annex building was broken but luckily we were on the first floor so it was not too bad. We were caught out by the \"Limited on site parking\" as we thought that meant first come first serve parking which belongs to the hotel and is free (as it usually is at these hotels) the clerk on the first day told us to press the bell and they will let us in, which we did for the entire stay (3 nights) and then when we checked out they asked us to pay €39 (13€ a day), which totally blind sided us. Took us out of budget slightly but would be better if they told us beforehand as some people might be on tighter budgets, just seemed alittle scummy :( otherwise the hotel is nice, its clean and done up, doesn't give a run down feel

Stay in not main building is not convenient if you want use wellness area. You have to go cross street.

The staff was friendly and helpful. There is no air conditioning in the annex building and the bar is permanently closed. The rooms are small, but very clean and quiet. We’ll come back for sure.

It is located right in the Center of Haan with secure underground parking and it’s location in great for getting dinner and drinks in the evening but it is also incredibly quiet, my room was at the front of the hotel on the 1st floor and I slept with the window open all night.
The wellness suite is an incredible bonus for a hotel which is such value. I used the sauna and pool every night. Spotlessly clean and a super way to unwind.
The rooms are again very clean and comfortable… German style split mattress and separate duvets and strange pillows but that’s ok, still very comfortable.
Breakfast was very good, nice range but get there early! Staff were very friendly and helpful. I’d definitely stay again! Thank you!!

Have stayed at this hotel a dozen times, each experience varies. The rooms are of different eras and styles, regardless of whether you book the same class each time - this would be fine, but the layout affects business travelers, which are the majority of customers here. I received a room without a desk, which I thought would not be possible in 2017. I stayed another night and got a newer room with a great setup, including a desk. The classes of rooms need to be updated for the customers. Otherwise, it's a great hotel - the wellness center is excellent. Parking can be quite difficult in the little town until about 7PM, when spots open up on the street (garage is always full).

Hotellet ligger i en hyggelig lille by med spisesteder og små butikker omkring.
Personalet var utrolig servicemindet og hjalp blandt andet med valg af spisested.
Hotellet var fint - vi boede i hovedbygningen og havde et skønt værelse. Pool området var også dejligt. Alt i alt var det en rigtig skøn oplevelse og vi kommer gerne igen.

A fantastic hotel, so good that we booked two extra days because we didn't want to leave. We booked a familyroom that had a private sauna, the bed was amazing and so was the sofa bed.

Das Hotel gilt laut Beschreibung der Website als 100% Nichtraucher Hotel, was ich leider nicht bestätigen kann.
Zum einen stehen auf den Balkonen Aschenbecher mit ausgedrückten Kippen, was noch zu verkraften gewesen wäre (außer für die Gäste in den höheren Etagen) aber zum anderen haben Gäste im Zimmer geraucht, der Rauch hat sich über den Lüftungsschacht des Badezimmers im gesamten Hotelzimmer verteilt, das ganze Zimmer hat wie ein Aschenbecher gerochen, und im 30 Minuten Takt kam frischer Rauch hinzu.
Es war eine sehr unangenehme und schlaflose Nacht! Das Badezimmer hat auch am nächsten Morgen noch wie ein kalter Aschenbecher gerochen, das Fenster geschlossen zu halten war nicht möglich.
Kleine Frage am Rande, Nichtraucherhotel hin oder her, müssten bei einer derartigen Rauchentwicklung nicht eigentlich Rauchmelder getriggert werden?

Ein fast perfektes Hotel
Das Hotel bietet ein hervorragendes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Mein Zimmer zum Park heraus war sehr ruhig, sehr sauber und ansprechend modern eingerichtet. Auch das Schwimmbad war sehr einladend, gepflegt und sauber. Die Damen an der Rezeption waren alle sehr zuvorkommend und höflich. Alles in allem ein nahezu perfekter Aufenthalt, wenn mir der Herr an der Rezeption noch die für die Kaffeemaschine erbetenen Kapseln ausgehändigt hätte. Ich hatte extra gefragt, ob ich als Vielkaffeetrinker Kapseln erhalten könne, andernfalls würde ich sie mir selbst kaufen. Was zunächst vollmundig bestätigt wurde, wurde später auf unfreundliche Weise nicht eingelöst - auch gegen das Angebot von Bezahlung nicht. Sehr traurig, dass auf diese Weise ein ansonsten perfekter Aufenthalt in nicht ganz so guter Erinnerung bleibt.

Zimmer lag im Nebengebäude direkt gegenüber. Soweit in Ordnung. Das Zimmer war sauber, das Personal war freundlich. Das einzig Enttäuschende war, das wir zwar für 2 Personen gebucht hatten, das Zimmer aber nur für eine Person hergerichtet war. Nur eine Bettdecke ist ja prinzipiell okay, aber dann muss sie schon deutlich breiter als 135 sein.

Beim ersten Einchecken am 9.4. haben wir ein extrem kleines Zimmer ggü dem Hauptgebaeude zugewiesen bekommen, kleiner als das über Hotels.com reservierte Zimmer. Für ein 20qm im Hauptgebaeude mussten wir einen Aufpreis bezahlen.
Habe mehrmals verlaengert. Bei der ersten Verlaengerung wurde vom Mitarbeiter nur ein Tag Aufpreis erhoben (Kulanz). Beim letzten Aus-Checken wurden von einer anderen Mitarbeiterin weitere 3 Tage Aufpreis erhoben, für eine Zeit, die wir vorher schon abgeschlossen hatten.
