Excellent budget room. No air movement though. Would have been fine with our large window open but a disrespectful guest was smoking out his window in the room and we were forced to keep ours closed which made the room a bit stuffy.

I had to write a review here - we booked this on a budget overnight as we came in late and needed to go to airport next day. We were concerned it might be hard but everything was easy!! Check in, parking and breakfast was fabulous. For the money, I feel it’s worth it and for us so nice to have an EASY experience as some of our prior hotels in Europe, parking is always a drama, then stadia or arounds to get it our room, etc. so thanks for the great stay!

The stargaze forum is well maintained and the staff was nice, the wifi wouldnt work in our room. Its possible to take the s-bahn train into dusseldorf, but they dont come very often, especially in the late evening and at night.

Isolated location we checked in late so all we saw was a very empty parking lot underground and the not so clean room. However, once in the room we felt safe and when we were checking out everyone was very nice and the lobby is nice. We got this room for a very discounted price and sell for the price it was better than we expected it to be

This hotel is located in an industrial area. The hotel was very basic/plain. We were suppose to have a telephone, refrigerator, robes/slippers......& our room did not. We registered for a double bed & were given 2 single beds. We discussed this with the woman at the front desk who was annoyed that we would request a room change. As a matter of fact, every time we approached her for a question/concern, she was rude, nasty, & absolutely miserable. We ran out of toilet paper & went to the front desk to ask for some. She actually told us that housekeeping wasn't in yet & that we would have to wait. She was horrible. We never got her name but she had long dark hair. The other female employee had short dark hair & she was very pleasant. There were 2 male employees who were also very pleasant. The miserable woman seemed to be the Boss/run the show. We would NEVER return!

When we arrived at the hotel we were greeted by a young man who barely spoke English. We finally conversed with him in French telling him that the first \"comfort\" room he offered us, tiny and ground floor out to the parking lot as it was, simply wasn't acceptable. So we were sent to the top floor.
The room on the top floor hadn't been cleaned at all. It was in appalling state and we were told that the maid had just gone home.
After a lot of back and forth we were given a room on the 3rd floor (corner room, bright and nice except for the 14 or so inch 10-15 year old square TV which was so small that from the bed we couldn't watch at all the German only programs of the 8 or 9 stations offered).
We always look for hotels with \"high-speed Internet in all rooms\" offer. This hotel knew (according to the front desk clerk) that the wireless Internet didn't reach beyond the 2nd floor. No word of that in any of their advertising. We ended up using our phones' Internet connection at a significant extra cost.
Overall, we definitely would not recommend this hotel to anybody. It was a bad experience.

Mhh ich sag Mal so. Die Leitung passt zum Preis. Für einmal war es ok, werde aber nicht mehr kommen. Die Lage ist gut und ruhig, mein Zimmer war Richtung Frachtdienstleister und trotzdem ruhig. Das Frühstück war dem Preis entsprechend auch gut. Dazu noch ein kostenloser Parkplatz Inun.

Chambres confortables et propres, literie agréable, petit déjeuner copieux et excellent pour un hôtel simple mal placé. éloigné des restaurants et centre (1km et ) parking et extérieur vétuste, alors que l'intérieur est agréable et propre. rapport qualité/prix très bon pour l'Allemagne entre Movie park et Phantasialand la raison de notre séjour.

La primera noche me tocó en la planta baja, hacia mucho calor en la habitación y si habría la ventaba en el parking , las cortinas no cubrian la ventana entera podías ir andando por la calle y ver el interior. Pase calor y me faltó intimidad. Limpieza muy buena. Aconsejo poner climatizador

Unproblematische Buchung , großer Parkplatz, einfacher CheckIn, ein sehr netter Empfang, leider war es an meinem Anreisetag sehr heiß... das Zimmer hatte leider keine Klimaanlage und war durche die starke Einstrahlung der Sonne nicht bewohnbar. Dieser Umstand wurde aber sofort von der sehr netten Dame vom Empfang durch einen Ventilator behoben. Das Bad ist nicht mehr ganz modern, trotzdem hat das Zimmer alles was man braucht ....auch einen großen Fernseher und ein sehr bequemes Bett. Vielen Dank ! Gutes Preis Leistung Verhältnis.

Bett und Bettwäsche waren wirklich toll, die Einrichtung im Zimmer allgemein gut und modern. Das Waschbecken war allerdings sehr abgenutzt und wenig ansehnlich, der Duschkopf eine absolute Katastrophe, schneller Austausch möglich.

Sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Zimmer (101) war schlecht ausgeschildert. Zimmertür Öffnung klappte nur nach mehreren Versuchen mit Glück. Bett war bequem und es war sauber, daher Preis Leistung in Ordnung.

S-Bahnhof Hilden und die Fußgängerzone ist fußläufig erreichbar. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, ca drei Busstation bis zum S-Bahnhof und Schloss Benrath. Die Zimmer sind Standard eingerichtet, drei Snack-Automaten mit Getränken, Snacks und ein Kaffeeautomat im Erdgeschoss. Auf Wunsch für 9,50 € auch mit Frühstück.
Das Personal ist super und kompetent. Sehr viele Parkmöglichkeiten auch für 6 Meter Fahrzeuge. Fußläufig auch ein großer Wald in der Nähe.

Out first disappointment was that they didn’t have a bar even though the description says so and there is pictures of one. The employees on our first day did not speak English.
However the stay was pleasant and the setup with pin for room key etc is brilliant. The rooms were nice and clean and the breakfast we bought was very nice and good value for money.
The hotel offers a drink per person if you choose to skip cleaning of the room, which we usually do anyway.
The text says 24 hour reception which is far from the case. If you have booked in advance it’s not a problem since you get all the info you need in a mail before arrival.

個人旅行で利用。室内は、ひろびろとしているし、シンプルで機能的なデザインで、とても感動しました。大きな机も大変良かったです。S-Bahnに乗って、D-Oberbilk駅からHilden駅まで行き、ホテルまで歩きました。駅のインフラが大変よくないので、スーツケースが重くて苦労しました。車で来るのがベストです。スーパーマーケットも近所にあり、便利です。

Für eine Nacht war die Unterbringung, Verhältnis Preis Leistung in Ordnung. Das Hotel liegt etwas zu weit weg von Benrath u. Düsseldorf. Darauf sollte man sich einstellen.
