The room was clean and in good condition. However, the noise level was a significant issue for us, particularly in the morning when housekeeping activities in the hallway were quite loud. Furthermore there was no AC and opening the window wasn't possible because of the loud rail traffic at night.

Needs to learn from other budget hotels.

We booked 2 separate beds, was not given that upon arrival in room. Short on towels, toilet paper. Door lock extremely difficult to use. The owner of this property should stay at other budget hotels to see what can be done with the same outlay of resources.

Do not stay unless you have to.

You can not see hotel personell. You communcate thru whatsup. Rooms are very small. Cleanning poor. Very Far from airport and from city centre. Public transportation is also far from hotel. Quite expensive . Normal price 50 Eur . Expo time 300 Euro
Only good think small grochery shop at the gas statioin in front of the hotel.

Very clean, very easy check-in. Comfortable bed. Vary flat pillows. Wishing we had brought our own. Parking was free but a big challenge because of the popular restaurant upstairs. We had to sit and wait for someone to leave and then quickly pull in , almost fight for a parking spot. It took us over a half hour trying to get a place to park.

The property hasn't any kind of security of protection. Anyone can enter and get until the room door, it's all open. You only use the code in your room door, before that is free access to anyone. The hotel is in front of a gas station with a lot of movement of people and the hotel is just this abandon place in the middle of parking lot. My room door didn't lock (it hasn't any type of locke) and I was alone and didn't feel safe there. I left the room and booked another hotel to spend the night.
The room was clean and it's okay, small and very simple, but organized. But the property looks like an abandoned motel.

This is a great place for what it is- reasonably priced place to stay in Düsseldorf with free parking. That said, the areas where I did not record 5 stars were- staff and service- there is no full time on location staff. However, the cleaning staff come once a day and do a great job. And the area around the hotel... honestly, I love the location. Two restaurants attached, gas station and convenience store literally share the parking lot. Ah, but speaking of the parking- the Chinese buffet place downstairs is SOOO popular, good luck finding a place to park on a Friday or Saturday night, unless it's after 10pm. Yes, there are signs everywhere designating hotel parking spaces, but the place is so crowded that NO ONE pays them any attention. Be ready to work around that. But otherwise, this has been a great stay, and very close to downtown, where my wife was having back surgeries.

price is too high

very basic hotel for a high price (during Japan-days). Breakfast wasn't included but was booked via the hotel and was served from a restaurant in the same building. I would not order that againt: they didn't offer a breakfast buffet but you could chose between 3 different selections.

Vorab, wer eine günstige und sehr saubere Unterkunft mit einem wirklich guten und bequemen Bett sucht, ist hier bestens aufgehoben.
Zimmer und Bad sehr klein, dafür eine große Dusche. Kein Personal vor Ort, außer die Reinigungskräfte morgens. Die Lage des Hotels ist auch nicht so prickelnd, aber Bus und Tram sind nur 300 Meter entfernt.

Hôtel complètement impersonnel. Personne à l'accueil, aucune info...pas de possibilité de petit déjeuner. Un bar a côté de l'hôtel propose ce service à des prix hallucinant 😡.
Nous sommes resté 4 nuits. Notre chambre n'a pas été faite pendant 4 jours...
Vraiment même si le prix est correcte, je ne recommande pas du tout ce self service hôtel...

This is a clean, and cheap, morden hotel. Aircondition is the only luxury missing. Caution should be exercised as this is a self- checkin hotel service only,(unmaned reception)The system couldn't tell if i had already paid for my stay. The system found my booking but demanded a second payment before i could get my room key card. I am still trying to get a refund!

Our room was small but clean and nice, we enjoyed our stay at this hotel. There is underground parking, free of charge. Do not know about breakfast as we did not have it at the hotel. The hotel is a bit far from city centre but there is public transport available. The lady receptionist is friendly and helpful, we arrived at the hotel at 11am and she told us in 5 minutes the room is ready for us (I believe the check-in is 2pm). We were very pleased, definitely we will stay there again next time in Dusseldorf.

Hotel was great. I guess they are trying to be \"modern\". Which means no phone in the room to call reception. There is an iPad type thing. I couldn't call reception from it or order any food. Also, food is only open for breakfast, until 11. and then for dinner from 5pm.

There is a Chinese buffet right next door, and a gas station that sells sandwiches, croissants, baked goods, etc., right across the parking lot. No need to cross the street. The people were friendly and the hotel was nice and clean. Not too far from the city center. About a 10 minute walk to the train station. Overall pleasant stay.

Accomodation very good, nice modern clean hotel with its own free parking, easy travel into Dusseldorf centre with tram. Hotel offers 'green choice' to skip houskeeping.
We expect this hotel to be uncomfortable in hot weather. There was no airco in the room and no obvious ventilation from within the hotel. Leaving a window open is simply not an option as the hotel is right next to a very busy railway line. This detracts from other things like Netflix on the TV. Another interesting feature was the tablet in the room for many facilities [breakfast, dining, which we did not use] tourism and internet etc. It would switch itself on regularly with offers, even during the night which lit up the room rather irritatingly.

8 p.m. curfew unreasonable and dial 0 before call

Can't rate because we were not allowed entry to hotel. Our flight was delayed past their 8 p.m. curfew. We tried to email them through your website without luck. Their information on the Hotel.com form gave a number but did not indicate one had to dial 0 first when calling within Germany. We tried multiple times to call to ask for extension so we could use our booking, but the calls were not successful because we did not know about dealing 0 first. It was very frustrating. We ended up having to book a room at the airport hotel (Sheraton) for 225 Euros for only 8 hours. The flight company had misplaced our luggage so we had to stay at the airport (or close to it) to pick up the luggage the next morning before our connecting flight. It was very unpleasant and a bad start to a honeymoon that took us nearly 33 years to finally have.

Chambre bien, propre et bien rangée. Par contre oreillers aussi plat qu'une feuille de papier et supplément pour en avoir un second. En 3j la bas aucuns passages dans la chambre que ce soit draps ou serviettes. Et surtout, problème de remonter d'égouts dans la salle d'eau, l'odeur était tellement intenable que on ne pouvait pas aller dans la salle de bain par moment. Ascenseur en panne. Et un moment on a voulu utiliser l'ascenseur la porte a buger et a commencé à se refermer en boucle créant un bouquant du diable. Sinon hotel bien situé, super parking et matelas très confortable.

Check-in ohne Personal ist ok. Die Abfolge ist gut erklärt, und man gelangt ins Zimmer. Bei großer Wärme (mein Zimmer lag an der Bahnseite mit Atriumeffekt und Kiesbedachung) nutzt das Fenster nicht viel - und die Lüftung ist zu schwach; nach dem Duschen bleibt die feuchte Luft zu lange im Raum. Der Preis für das Frühstück ist zu hoch; € 8.- reichen für das mediterrane Frühstück. Hier in Goslar (Cafe Anders) gibt es 2 Brötchen, Brot, Konfitüre, Wurst, Käse und Kaffee bis zum Abwinken. Und das für € 9,90! Rührei oder gekochtes Ei ist minimal teurer. McDreams sollte mehr auf den Tisch bringen oder Buffet für den Preis anbieten. Mehr Kaffee ist ein MUSS!

War genau wie erhofft, \"digitaler\" Check In mit Pincode auf dem Handy, sauberes Zimmer. Durch die Gleise direkt nebenan ist Schlafen mit offenen Fenster eher was für Lärmunempfindliche. Die Gegend ist, wie unschwer auf Google Maps zu erkennen ist, eher ein bisschen Industriegebiet.

Wer eine günstige no-frills Unterkunft sucht, wird fündig.
