The place is very close to the train station. My room was looking towards the back of the hotel, so it was very quiet. It has most standard hotel conveniences. They only had one pillow, so I ordered one and they gave it to me.

The staff is kind, and the room was very little but warm and clean.
The problem is that the area is not safe and the guests of the hotel are not recommendable. During the 3 nights I spent there I heard people shouting and slamming doors in the corridors, listening to loud music and hrowing up. All night long! A nightmare.
The wifi was useless.

helpful staff. Room ok apart from ridiculously small entrance to toilet sink! I couldn't use the sink properly because the doorway wasn't wide enough to stand in and a shelf above the sink made it difficult to get my head over it. Otherwise all ok although it's always a bit disappointing when there's no drink or drink-making option.
Great location within 3 minutes of the main station and quiet.

Hotel is near the main train station and trams, easy to find. Only real complaint was the bed is very hard. While I like a good firm mattress, these were just too hard. The good side is their service. I called the front desk for a wake up call, but the poor guy couldn't understand what time I wanted to be called (I don't speak German). But when I hung up, I thought he had it right. 5 minutes later, there was a knock on my door. The front desk man had come to my 3rd floor room with a pencil and paper so I could write down the time I wanted the wake up call! And at exactly the correct time the next morning, my phone rang!

The room was small but comfortable, separate shower ok, bath very small and difficult to use, I am small person and hardly fit between the sink and the wall to get the toilet.
The door locks where tight and all the room doors had to be slam to close, in the morning was a concert of slamming doors. Location was grate and breakfast adequate for the price.

Clean, warm, friendly, simple, just by the main railroad station. Probably best in the winter. I saw no A/C in bedroom

Local streets are typical for being by the Station, but there are nice dining places near.

Nice breakfast provided.

It was awesome cuz it was close to the train station but the windows are so thin that it was hard to sleep. Also the beds were very very firm. It was very clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. On a side note, my daughter was afraid of the bizarre toilet.

Fantastic spot in Dusseldorf

Dusseldorf is good for sightseeing and is suitable for persons with mobility problems as it is very flat. The bus, tram & train services are frequent and usually clean. Plenty of restaurants, bars and night life.

Excellent location renovation needed

The room was OK but the price was high for what you get. The breakfast was not included but it was reasonably priced (7 Euro) and it was worth it. The reason I chose this hotel is the location since it is only 500 meters from the central station. The people were friendly and willing to help.

For a singe night stay on my own it was fine. It was clean and tidy. Had great speed / easy connection to wifi for business.

Otherwise room was basic and tired. No air conditioning meant it was stuffy on the hot day I was there. Separate toilet and shower 'rooms' were more like closets and had folding doors that didn't close properly.

I checked into Bahn Hotel Sat AM...then took Ubahn from station to Kuntspalas and Forum, worked my way back. Room small, but new mattress, full length mirror, updated furniture, new looking bathroom,with counter space, strong water pressure in shower stall.
No hot towel rack. One set towels. Hardwood floor. Radiator heat. Window opens.
Elevator. Staff speak English...no English TV. Pleasant. Breakfast room. Typical German buffet breakfast.

Hotel is a 3 or 4 minute walk from the Hauptbahnhof. Room was small but adequate for two people. Clean and comfortable. 6th floor has outside verandas which was enjoyable. Older hotel, but a good buy for the price. A 7 euro breakfast is offered every morning. I would stay there again.

even though i was only a single occupant, only room available when booking was a triple, so i had to book it,when i arrived, receptionist refused to give me the triple and insisted i take a very small single and still pay the same price. The area across from the hotel seems to be a nightly haunt for anti-social behaviour involving alcohol etc.

Stayed here due to availability only as there were several conventions on in the city at the same time. Easy to find from the rail station but really nothing to write home about. Quite a tired building. Staff were lovely.
Incredibly overpriced for what it was as had to pay 230euro room only. 40 or 50euro would be a more realistic price for this property.

A couple days in Dusseldorf

I got in late somewhat late to the airport but I use the airport's train station to go directly to the main station in Dusseldorf. From there I looked at my phone and just walked straight through the front door of the station and continued in that direction for 4 or 5 minutes and then I saw the hotel and went in. It was nice how simple it was to get to. That night I asked the guy at the front desk if I could borrow an adapter for European to American plugs and they did have one to borrow. The guy was very nice and since I was curious about Germany I ended up having a pleasant conversation with him that night. The next I used the same road that goes from the train station to the hotel in order to get to the shopping area, that walk was probably 15 to 20 minutes and from there I just went south on foot and consistently ran into attractions in Dusseldorf. The hotel is clean, a good value, and is located between where you will arrive/depart to/from the city and the things to see in the city. Thus I found I had a really good experience there.

Couldn't get 5 mins of rest. Room on the 2nd floor was too noisy. I asked for a quiet room, coz needed a good night sleep. got the opposite. was offered by the lady at the front desk to close the windows, which were already closed. sweat all night as there was no a/c or fan. bed was squeezing every time I moved. many drunk people were siting infront of my window all night. internet was working perfectly. location is very close to the train station, metro and tram.

Concenient Location

If you are a fan of 1950s German architecture, rendered in the concrete form, then this place is for you. It is a 6-storey block in the heart of Dusseldorf, and has seen little in the way of substantial improvement or modernisation. On the plus side, the night porter was wonderfully helpful (and spoke good English), and the location near the main station was very useful (although there was a lot of traffic noise as a result). A reasonable place to stay for one night, but best look further afield for better value for money.

Good location close to the Düsseldorf Hbf (station) but everything about hotel but the staff was awful.
Dirty, no soap, no shampoo, no cups, no water...

The Location of the Hotel is perfect, just next to the Train Station. However, the bed was really hard and Old, the rooms were old and in poor shape - they need a restauration. The light at the bathroom was blinking and turn on an off constantly. Looked and seemed more like a hostel than a 3 star Hotel.

Unbelievable front desk service from the beginning till the end. Two days free transport voucher is very appreciated during the winter time. The location is unbeatable for HBF and the price is worthy of staying for the old building but in neat condition for a couple of days even. Nice to have two doors inside the room for the soundproof.

Zoals de naam al aangeeft, t.o. het HauptBahnhof is ideaal voor treinreizigers !! Daarnaast ook een travelcard vh hotel gratis beschikbaar om met metro naar het oude centrum nabij Rijn te reizen .
Verder een net hotel , aan de voorzijde lawaaiig door het auto verkeer . Ik sliep aan de achterzijde en is rustig en stil 😀

Der Aufenthalt war so weit angenehm. Ich habe sogar ein Zimmer mit Balkon bekommen! Leider war das Hotel jedoch sehr hellhörig, weshalb ich andere Leute auf der Etage, die nichtmal direkt neben mir waren, reden, duschen, musikhören und dementsprechend natürlich auch rumgrölen hören habe. Die Türen gingen leider auch sehr laut zu. Toilette und Dusche waren getrennt. Die Tür in der Toilette ging nicht komplett zu, was jedoch in einem Einzelzimmer weniger problematisch ist. Etwas problematischer war jedoch, dass in der Ecke der Dusche kein Licht vorhanden war. Es war daher recht dunkel beim duschen.
Das Personal war sehr nett und die Lage ist natürlich optimal für durchreisende, direkt am Bahnhof. Da ich zu einem guten Kurs gebucht habe, stimmte das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Mehr als die 32€ hätte ich für eine Nacht jedoch nicht zahlen wollen.
Das Zimmer war sauber, jedoch waren die Möbel zum Teil sehr stark abgenutzt.
Da das Hotel im Bahnhofsviertel liegt, war es abends draußen recht laut, was man sogar in der 6. Etage gehört hat.

Zum wiederholten Mal bekam ich ein Zimmer mit Toilette auf dem Flur und Dusche eine Etage höher. Als ich die Rezeptionistin fragte, warum ich ständig solche Absteigen bekomme, erhielt ich die Antwort, dass ich solche Zimmer gewollt hätte. Tatsächlich habe ich jetzt beim Nachlesen bemerkt, dass dort der Begriff \"shared bathroom\" auftauchte. Was die letzte Übernachtung so richtig unvergesslich machte, war die Tatsache, dass der Nachtportier nicht in der Lage war, mir einen Zimmerschlüssel bzw. die Karte auszustellen. Er meinte allen Ernstes - ich solle ihn anrufen, wenn ich des Nachts aufs Klo wolle, er käme dann vorbei und würde mich anschließend wieder in mein Zimmer lassen. Bei aller Liebe - das hat mir Hotel nix mehr zu tun!

早めに到着してしまいましたが、部屋がもう準備できているから！と荷物を預けるだけとおもってうぃたら部屋に通してくれました。
受付の方は24時間交代でいるようですが、皆さん気さくでいい感じの方でした。

駅近で、陽当たりもよく、窓を締めれば外の音も全く気にならないです。
建物自体は年数が経ってますが、清潔にされていると思います！！

7월 여행에 에어컨은 없고 선풍기로 더위를 나야했어요. 오래된 호텔이다보니 깔끔하진 않고, 조식은 보통입니다.
역과 쇼핑을 하기 좋은 위치에 있고, 직원들은 친절하고, 매일 청소도 잘 해주었어요.
아무래도 호텔이 노후되서, 청결하지 못한 느낌이 있어서 좀 아쉽네요.

Positive Überraschung

Ich hatte bereits in diesem Hotel übernachtet, damals war ich enttäuscht. Trotzdem habe ich nun nochmal hier auf Grund der Lage übernachtet und manchmal erlebt man eben doch positive Überraschungen. Das Zimmer war soweit sauber, auch war es sehr ruhig. Bett war in Ordnung, der TV und das WLAN funktionierten auch. Auch das Bad war gut beleuchtet, wenn auch sehr eng. Das Ticket für den VRR fand ich top! Auch das Personal war freundlich. Ich hoffe, bei meinem nächsten Besuch bin ich wieder genauso zufrieden.

Hotel à deux pas de la gare de Dusseldorf.
Points positif : c'est très propre.
Point négatif : le matelas ! J'avais choisi la chambre avec \"salle de bain partagée\", qui est m'a foie très petite (en gros : à peine plus grand que le bac de douche), propre, mais on ne peut y accrocher ses vêtements le temps de prendre la douche.

Für eine Nacht mit Ohropax okay

Das Hotel ist sehr praktisch nahe des Hbf. gelegen. Der Empfang war sehr nett und freundlich. Ticket für den öffentlichen Nahverkehr fand ich auch toll. Ansich war mein Zimmer ruhig gelegen. Die Türschließanlage jedes Zimmers sowie dass die Türen immer sehr laut ins Schloss fielen, ohne dass man daran was ändern konnte, fand ich dagegen sehr störend, denn man war nachts ständig wach. Das Bad war sehr eng und finster. Einen Stöpsel fürs Waschbecken gab es nicht (sehr schlecht für Kontaktlinsenträger). Auch fiel die Steckdose fast von der Wand. Der Boden im Zimmer war leider nicht wirklich sauber. Das Bett war total hart und unbequem. Am Fernseher gab es nur sehr wenige TV-Sender und das Bild hatte meist so viele Störungen, dass man den TV gleich aus lassen konnte.

普通に清潔

極々普通のホテルで豪華さは全くないが部屋は清潔で男の人一人旅に文句の付け所は少ないです。駐車場が余りに狭いのでマニュアル運転慣れてないと切り返しがすごく大破だった。
