A nice hotel with comfortable rooms and friendly staff. Unfortunately there was no hot water in the hotel on the Sunday morning which lowered our star rating. It would have been more helpful if staff has advised guests when the boiler problem occurred, rather than wait until guests complained.

2am - woke up freezing as you so called eco-system filed to produce enough heat. Same for my friends in another room but after complaining they were give a space heater The only had one when I inquired for myself). I intend to write a full report to Accor. Expedia - I am a very frequent traveler as you know and I strongly suggest that you post this on your site to warn other people. In short, while a full refund is warranted, this hotel really should be delisted.

The location was ideal. It was close to the Bahnhof and tram stops. The room was good size and clean. The body lotion, conditioner bottles, tissue box were empty and were not refilled before the guest arrived. Also, the noise outside could be heard inside the room, which woke me up at 6 a.m.

Nice room. Good breakfast. They need to tell people when they check in that if you’re staying 2 nights they still won’t service the room, even if you hang a “Clean me” sign on the door. Bar shuts really early even for residents so you have a very limited choice in a small fridge. Good location for the train station

Nice interior, but noisy and felt unsafe at night

The hotel is fresh and newly renovated, which was a big plus. Unfortunately, parking options were very limited – something to keep in mind if you’re arriving by car. Our room faced the street, and both tram and traffic noise were quite noticeable, which made it difficult to sleep at times.

The beds were rather uncomfortable, and the breakfast had a very limited selection, so we ended up eating elsewhere. We didn’t explore the area much, but in the evenings it felt quite unsafe as there were often people with substance abuse problems gathered right outside the hotel.

Overall, a nicely renovated hotel inside, but several external factors brought down the overall experience.

Ok for one night, not very clean, much dust in the room and even though the windows were closed during the night, there was a lot of noise coming from the street. I wouldn't stay there again.

Also, customer service is fantastic. Friendly and open. I came to breakfast 40m before closing and asked for egg refills - instead of refilling they asked me what eggs I wanted and I had custom eggs and delicious fried veggies brought to my table. Breakfast was worth the price.
Also their gym is very cool.

Weekend in Dusseldorf/NRW

This was an excellent base for a weekend of travelling around Dusseldorf and the nearby cities. It is very close to the Hauptbahnhof which was a key factor in making the booking. Other attractions in Dusseldorf are all in short walking distance.

The rooms were very pleasant and the breakfast variety was good. Staff were very friendly with excellent English. Would definitely recommend.

I had the best time staying at TRIBE, it's really close to the main station and has nearby parking and tram to get around. We really have to thank Osman, Maneesha and Antoine for making our stay incredible. Unser Apartment war sehr schön! Sehr groß, modern und sauber ! Es gab auch Kaffee Kapseln und Wasser; die Junior Suite war sehr hell und gemütlich. Wie hatten 2 Balkone mit Sitzplätzen; der Parkplatz ist kostenlos hinter dem Haus oder auch an der Straße! Die Villa ist sehr hübsch , hat Sitzplätze auf der Terrasse im Vorgarten; insgesamt ist die Villa sehr gepflegt ist modern! Es gibt einen Aufzug für die oberen Etagen. Wie kannten früher einchecken , da unsere Suite schon hergerichtet war; vielen Dank!

Es war ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt. Das Personal war sehr nett und zuvorkommend.
Das Zimmer war sauber und hatte eine Klimaanlage. Den Lift kann man nur mit der Schlüsselkarte bedienen, was mir persönlich mehr Sicherheit gab, da das Hotel ca. 5 min Gehweg vom Hauptbahnhof entfernt ist.
