The room was as basic as it gets especially the amount i was charged. There was no extra pillows or bed covers, no tea/coffee making facility and no cups or glasses to get a drink of water. entrance to the hotel different door to the reception. Frightening experience when returning from a night out, when i entered the building the lights wouldn't come on and there was a man sat on the stairs with a hoody. The next morning i tried to contact reception unfortunately closed. The Hotel looks nothing like the photos on Hotels.com in my opinion is false advertising. I certainly wouldn't recommend this hotel to my company or business colleges.

There is no clean white surface anywhere except maybe in the compartment shower. While the building itself is architecturally interesting, it is now completely run down, shabby and above all FILTHY—I would say layers of dirt and grime collected over years.
In the stairwell were broken windows with big shards of exposed glass as well as dangerously loose and frayed carpets on the steps.
Our room had a table lamp with no plug, a cheap box wardrobe without shelves or hangers, a glass door to the balcony with the sign CAUTION DO NOT OPEN, no coffee/tea amenities, the thinnest of sheets & towels, and walls and doors so grimy they had turned several shades darker than the original paint. The sink in the bathroom had no stopper, so that putting in contact lenses required a piece of clothing (no wash cloths available) to secure the bowl.
I shudder to think about the mattress and pillows.
Only jet lag kept us there.
The neighborhood itself is fascinating to walk in and to dine in.
A major public transportation hub on the street makes it easy to get around the city.
Find a better place to lay your head.

One step above a Hostel! Staff was kind and efficient. Room size was good. When we arrived it was late at night and hard to find. The room itself did not have any furniture other than a bed, two side cubies, minimal desk (we used for a dresser) and a closet with 5 coat hangers. The balcony was quite different, not really a balcony, it was small and held a table and 2 chairs that we took the chairs inside. We will come back and stay there if we come back to Dusseldorf.

The hotel isn’t really a hotel, more a few rooms in a residential building. The room looked absolutely nothing like the one we booked and was smelly and damp. It’s not possible to leave luggage. We arrived, stayed 1 night and barely slept as it’s so noisy and then left to check in to another hotel. We are finding it very hard to get a refund.

The pictures made the hotel look better than it was, the rooms was nice but a faulty adapter in the room gave my girlfriend an electric shock. Location was good only 20 minute walk from the city centre.

Nice clean basic room that was cleaned daily and fresh towels were left it was just what we needed for our short break in Germany.
The only thing missing from the room was milk and sugar for the tea/coffee and the hotel is next to what sounded like a school which became noisy in the morning but that is at no fault of the hotel.

The property is in a great location, close to tram stops so really easy to get around and close to local shops for food/drinks etc. Didn’t really look like the website showed it, and I had booked a ‘city view’ room but my room was below ground with a window at pavement level, though it’s only for sleeping so not the end of the world. Kettle and two cups but no tea/coffee/milk/sugar. Bathroom was clean and functional. Towels and hand towels provided. Reliable WiFi. Basic room. Overall for the price and location it’s good if all you’re interested in is somewhere to sleep and shower but if you wanted to spend a bit more time relaxing in the room it may not be for you.

We was greated by a young lady who took us to the building at the side on reception for our rooms. We had 1 with 3 steps to get to bed which was quite dangerous especially if you had a few sherbets. The bed its self was comfy but the triangle pillows was strange. Only 1 small wardrobe. The noise from the road was loud if not suitable for anyone looking for quiet stay. Our shower didnt work properly but we got by. Rooms had dust alover and was on cleaned (i say this lightly) twice on our 5 day stay. The hotel is a good 20min walk to the bars and shopping and not much around it. All in all for what we paid it was ok but i wouldnt stay again as it is just too far away from everything.

This is a new hotel and seriously the price was fantastic, particularly given the location. Great check in, so friendly! Room is very large and nicely if simply decorated. For the price it was fantastic. Being a new hotel there were a few things not thought through properly. The shower curtain is too and there are no bath mats, so the water went all over the floor. The pillows are not really pillows but cushions, so they are too big and soft to be nice. And then there are cups but not kettle or tea / coffee, which I think was an oversight. bed was great, shower fantastic, room comfy. It is very new and I think they have not had people testing each individual room, as these would be found first time. Give it a week or two and then stay here, it is fantastic value for money and deserves to succeed!

die Pension ist leider wirklich nicht schön. Der Check-In hat gar nicht geklappt ich hab 20 Minuten gebraucht weil diese Schlüsselbox nicht ging, dann gab’s das Zimmer nicht in dem Haus, dann hab ich zufällig andere Gäste getroffen, die sich auch grade schon am beschweren waren am Telefon, weil ihr Zimmer nach Rauch gestunken hat und komplett kalt war. Dann haben sie mir das Telefon weitergegeben und die Frau hat mir erklärt in welchem anderen Haus das Zimmer wo ist. Die anderen haben sich auch beschwert und bekommen alles erstattet.
Es ist leider echt unsauber und riecht total nach Rauch und im Bad nach faulen Eiern.

Der einzige Pluspunkt war die Sauberkeit. Die Qualität des Mobiliars war schlecht, das Kopfkissen hart, das Bett durchgelegen, das Kabel des Fernsehers hing aus der Wand, der Duschvorhang war alt, das Duschrohr rostig, es gab keinen Toilettenpapierhalter, im Bad gab es kein Fenster und das Fenster im Zimmer ließ sich schlecht öffnen.

Das Zimmer hatte ein Doppelbett, einen Metalltisch mit Schublade, einen Schrank ohne Fächer mit 2 Bügeln und nen Papierkorb. Das Bad war ungewohnt klein, sehr eng. Die Dusche hatte keine Halterung und die Türklinke zum Bad war verbogen. Zimmer war zwar kostengünstig, aber mehr als spartanisch eingerichtet. Hätte wenigstens einen Stuhl und noch ne Ablage erwartet. Meine Vorstellung und Erwartung wäre, dass in der Unterkunft erkennbare Mängel zeitnah behoben werden, die offensichtlich schon lange vor unserem Aufenthalt bestanden. Übrigens ist die Wand zum Nachbarhotelzimmer besonders hellhörig. Die erste Nacht konnten wir bis um 4:45 des nächsten Morgen nicht schlafen, weil im Nachbarhotelzimmer laut geredet wurde, ständig eigenartig hektisch gelacht wurde und ständig Möbel gerückt wurden - wirklich fast die ganze Nacht.

Es gab kein Internet, kein Fernsehen und kein Duschvorhang, andere Gäste haben sich über Bettwanzen beschwert. An der Rezeption war meist niemand erreichbar und wenn ja, dann könnten die Probleme nicht gelöst werden. Insgesamt eine hellhörige und lieblose Unterkunft. Hotel ist da ein bisschen hochgestochen.

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist sehr gut für einen Städtetrip geeignet. Die Altstadt ist in 15 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Bus und Bahn sind um die Ecke. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants auch. Zimmer war funktional eingerichtet und sauber. Das Bett war gut. Der Sanitärbereich war sehr sauber. Wir hatten einen Balkon \"nach hinten raus\" und dadurch eine ruhige Nacht.

Die Unterkunft war absolut merkwürdig. Koffer unterstellen nur möglich mit Anruf einer Handynummer. Bei Check In wurde man nur im Hotelzimmer abgesetzt ohne weitere Informationen. Das Zimmer wie ein Kellerverlies… beim Schließen der Gardinen kam mir die Gardinenstange entgegen… der Zettel im Kleiderschrank „Für Garderobe keine Haftung“ äußerst suspekt! Als wir abends wieder ins Zimmer kamen, fanden wir sehr viele und große Silberfische vor… absolut ekelhaft!

Für einen Wochenends-Städtetrip absolut ausreichend. Kein Chicky-Micky, aber alle Basics vorhanden, sauber und sehr günstige Lage. Parkhaus Luisenstraße in 80 m Entfernung kostet 20 EUR für 24 Std. - allerdings nichts für große Autos. Alles in Allem sehr zu empfehlen.

El baño, solo nos dejaron un rollo de papel higiénico empezado para cuatro días, ya que no pasó nadie a limpiar en los 4 días. El baño además, era tan pequeño que te podías apoyar la cabeza en el lavabo mientras estabas haciendo pis.
