The room was large and as we have large bags this room was fantastic. The bathroom is well laid out and the shower did not leak or flood (a bonus in Europe).
The exercise room was spotless and had well looked after equipment but sadly the pool became unavailable a day before we arrived.
The staff were excellent, very courteous and friendly.
Would absolutely return here.

We booked a one-week stay at Adina Apartment Hotel Düsseldorf on short notice due to the messe. The staff were friendly and polite, but unfortunately, the overall experience was extremely disappointing.

When we entered the room, there was a strong mold smell, and we noticed blood stains on the bathroom wall, which I reported to the front desk — but no one ever came to clean it. We were traveling with a baby and a dog, and the room was never cleaned until Friday, despite repeated complaints. When I asked about it, I was told rooms are cleaned every three days, which is completely unreasonable for families staying a full week. We had to deal with dirty towels and trash for most of our stay.

On top of that, we had a leak under the bathroom sink, and the air conditioning wasn’t working, forcing us to keep the window open all night — which meant constant train noise from the nearby Hauptbahnhof.

Finally, when I asked to extend our stay, I was told the hotel was fully booked, yet Expedia still showed available rooms — a frustrating and misleading situation.

For the price we paid, this stay was absolutely not worth it. The property is poorly maintained, housekeeping is inconsistent, and basic amenities were not functioning properly. Unless you’re looking for a very budget-level experience and can overlook these issues, I would not recommend staying here.

The hotel is lovely. The room we had is spacious, well laid out. The bathroom and shower amazing. The bed extremely comfortable. All the staff we interacted with were curious, kind and very helpful.
Block restaurant next door is a highly recommend. Transportation, trams, railway an easy walk away. Would recommend and return here.

Just 5min walk from the HBF. The room was surprisingly bigger than expected. Its like a studio apartment with a small kitchen and bug fridge. Only thing was that throughout the 4 days stay, they only provide 1 bottle of drinking water. After all have to buy.

I really appreciate the manager’s help during my stay. He was extremely helpful in solving our parking problem today. I lost my parking ticket, and he kindly called the parking company for us. When that didn’t work, he even drove his own car back into the garage and let us use his ticket to pay and exit.

It’s a pity I don’t know the manager’s name, but his kindness and dedication truly made a difference.

Manisha provided exceptional service and support, she’s very attentive and absolutely great at what she does.
The location is great just 3 min from HB station. Super clean, specious and sound proof rooms with comfortable bed and qualify linen.
Bathroom, shower and kitchenette also super clean and well equipped. I had a wonderful stay for 9 days and happy to come back at anytime.

My family and I spent 8day/7night in a suite in July. We stayed in this hotel 2 years ago to visit our family and liked the hotel's location, amenities, gym, pool, and shops nearby. So we rebooked Adina in March for our visit in July. But this time, we were told upon arrival that the pool has been closed due to maintenance for 3 months. We paid extra 400€ for no pool, ~€1400 in total. Such a bummer but what can u do. Problem is our entire stay has no cleaning after we requested twice via text message and front desk. The shower and sink drainage was barely working on the first day. We asked front desk to fix but nobody stopped by till we left. The shower floor was very dirty (sticky and slimy). It was disgusting. There were no change/refill of towels, toilet paper, facial tissues, and trash pick up in this 8 days. We had to go downstairs to throw away our trash and only got clean towels and one toilet roll from front desk. The cleaning lady only knocked on our door on Day7, 4pm. What's the point of cleaning less than 24h before we check-out. During our stay, there were renovation upstairs...we heard drilling for an hour at 4 pm and 8+ am. It was definitely not a pleasant stay. We complained to the front desk about the hygiene and cleaning. They admitted to hardly find cleaning people to do their jobs. This shouldn't be an excuse for a hotel. Poor management!!! We have filed a complaint to their manager and are still waiting for their reply. We won't return or recommend Adina.

It was all very good. The young woman that checked us in was very nice and helpful, but should be advised not to say “Jesus Christ” when expressing surprise to English-speaking guests. That name is sacred to some of us! I am sure that she does not mean to offend anyone, but probably does it out of habit at this point. I found her to be very friendly and engaging though!

This Apartment Hotel is super handy for exploring Dusseldorf and surrounding cities as it's next to the main train station, plus there are trams and buses. The property itself is modern and the studio apartments have everything you need, whether staying for a few nights or longer. Check in and out was quick and easy. One thing to bear in mind is that the room is cleaned every 3 days, not every day like a standard hotel.

When I stayed at Adina last week, I wasn’t quite sure what to expect, but from the minute I stepped through those doors, I knew it was going to be a good trip. The location is perfect, being so close to Dusseldorf Hbf, and despite the constant presence of trains you wouldn’t know it, as there was barely any noise for the entire stay. The staff were friendly and helpful (and chatty too, which is always a bonus!), and the room itself, in my case a studio apartment, was everything I could’ve hoped for. It was clean, it was well laid out, and the bed was comfy! Hurray!

I couldn’t have asked for a better stay and I’ll definitely be back next year! Huge thank you to all the staff. :)

Maintenance man addressed our need for getting a washing machine working which meant putting us in another room right next door. I would recommend the Adina Dusseldorf to anyone travelling there. Very conveniently located next to the train station, lots of food and shop options around. Personnel were very nice and responsive. Room was very well equipped, with a fridge, stove, espresso coffee maker, electric kettle, dishes and cups, and even a dishwasher! It had a small sofa to relax and a table to have your meals. Bathroom was very clean and all working perfectly. Only three observations: the selection of TV channels, which are mostly aimed a German-European audience, and very little for others (CNN was listed but not working). No movies. the bed and pillows were not nice with on my back, and the AC was not working. However, overall a great choice, would stay again.

All in all, a really good stay. Nice sized and comfortable room and good service and breakfast. Parking is fantastic and Loved having laundry in the room. Location is perfect if the train station is your goal, but it's about a fifteen to twenty minute walk to the aldstadt. My only complaint is that rooms could be better soundproofed. I'm not a big fan of hearing people in the adjoining rooms, and I had a night owl next to me talking loudly and I could hear the entire conversation.

Very transient area. Went to grocery store in evening and on way back saw two different people doing some pretty hard core drugs. No one bothered us but it was a conversation I didn’t want to have with my teenager.

We stayed for 1 week in the Adina Dusseldorf. The hotel has plenty of upsides: it's near the station, the facilities are great and the front desk staff are warm and friendly. But the air con either doesn't work (just recirculates warm air), or the management refused to turn it on in the building - we were never quite sure which. The room was unbearably hot on the first night and we couldn't sleep, but staff said the air con was working fine and that we should open the windows for extra comfort. We only tried sleeping with the window open once, since the hotel overlooks the police station and railway station, and trains, trams and taxis grind and squeal away all night. After a second night of bad sleep, we were offered different rooms, but the air con wasn't working in either and despite changing rooms we just resigned ourselves to sleeping covered in wet rags to cool down. It wasn't just the rooms either, there was no air con in the gym. Users left the gym door open to the outside to help cool things down. It's a shame, since the hotel is great in every other way. The hotel needs to sort its temperature control problems out, and be more honest with guests about it. That's the only issue we had.

Very happy with my stay. Sound proof windows made my stay ultra quiet, and the studio was very clean and spacious. Right next to the train station so I was able to take the train from the airport. Huge grocery store one block away, with prices shockingly low. Front desk staff was always available and helpful. I saw a note that housekeeping would come every third day, so I left at 11AM thinking that would give enough time for them but they never came. So next time I will specifically request housekeeping on the days I need, but otherwise I was very happy with this hotel.

Fabulous room with TV, range, oven, washer/dryer, fridge and ice box. Beautiful bathroom with walk-in shower. Very nice bed. Excellent black-out drapes. Free bottled water. Fairly quiet (occasional train noise on our side as it was right next to the tracks and the location of the garbage bins.)
The location is right next to the main railway station, making it a perfect location for an overnight stay. There are a huge number of restaurants in the area just a short walk from the hotel.
Breakfast was a buffet with a wide selection of well-prepared foods.

Excellent we arrived mid morning after traveling all night and we were able to checkin early. The ease of access from the main train station is a bonus . The bar staff go up and beyound to help with food orders and bervages . The room facilities allow you wash and dry cloths and make a snack if needed.Using the underground with a day return gives acess to shops and all the beautiful places in the city .We will stay here again in our next visit.

I booked the room for 4 people and when I arrived they informed me that the booking is only for 2 and if i need the sofa bed there will be an extra charge. I paid the extra amount for the sofa bed which was something weird to me as it was already there but they informed me that there is not one to fix sofa bed and after argument between the staff in the reception one of the staff came to fix it. My second stay at the hotel was fantastic, and I would definitely choose it again for my future visits. The service was excellent, and the rooms were very relaxing.
