Perfect location for Dusseldorf HBF just a 10 minute walk , stayed here before so knew it was a nice hotel.
Room was ideal for us, staff were friendly and helpful, we used the luggage storage room for arriving early and after check out.
Breakfast you have a decent choice and you won’t leave hungry.
Happy to use this hotel again.

Overall the hotel was good. Very nearby the subway. However there was nothing in the area around there so no good options for food. Also our room had 2 large stains on the carpet so that was very off putting. Also the air conditioning never seemed to cool the room. Luckily this time of year we could open the window but my husbands allergies were terrible with us doing that. Otherwise the room seemed clean and we slept well.

Overall a good stay, would like to see more English speaking entertainment channels, air conditioning wasn’t the best when in 29C heat, threw out luke warm air rather than cold air.

Breakfast as usual was busy and difficult to find a seat on some days. This is the second time of staying here, this time shortage of cups at coffee station and fruit juice machines weren’t fully working with all the selections offered.

I would stay again for the convenience it offers to local transport and surrounding bigger towns.

I had a good stay at the holiday inn express. It is quite a large hotel, but had multiple elevators which was appreciated. I was able to walk to the hauptbahnof in 10 minutes from the hotel. My key highlight of this hotel is the gluten free breakfast options! As someone with gluten intolerance, i was able to have gluten free muesli and bread! Although the hotel breakfast was very busy and I spoke English, the hotel staff were very kind and able to accommodate me.

Heating is not work. Parking garage don’t have

I had more times before and everything was perfect. But this time everything is so bad. Cold is in the room, heating is not working. We come in the midnight and men on the reception tell as parking garage is full and tell as that we need it to have reservation and for garage. When i make reservation, i read it option and have it a garage but i not read that is need to make reservation for parking. I ask him for other option for parking, he doesn’t want to help me.. so bad hotel and never i will come back

Didnt feel that safe at night around the area. A lot of homelessness in the area. A lovely hotel though with lovely staff. Nice big comfortable room, although TV should have an option to stream (chromecast) for us non speaking German people. 5 minute walk to the train station which was good. Excellent choice for breakfast with hot option of eggs and sausages. The continental breakfast was amazing. Just not enough seating for breakfast at times.

Excellent breakfast...less than 5 minutes walk to Underground metro D-Handelszentrum/Moskauer Str..Basically, once you go out of the hotel, just turn on your left hand side and approximately 100 metres you will see the big U on your right. Take platform 1 going to Konagsallee or Altstadt (Old town).

Francesco in reception was very helpful and friendly.
Rooms were very clean as were the eating and relaxing areas.
Really good choice at breakfast.
Really nice clean and tidy hotel and convenient for train station but in quite a remote area but think it must be up and coming with two big new hotels near each other.
Also it could do with an area outside with tables and chairs to enjoy a coffee outside. That would be perfect.

I like that the rooms are very clean and the building doesn’t look run down. The neighbourhood is quiet and it is located near the central station. There is another station (D-Handelszentrum/Moskauer Str.) located closer to the hotel so that you don’t need to walk from the central station to the hotel

Original room we were given smelled quite badly and seemed as if it was unused for quite a while. Unfortunately opening the window didnt clear the odour and instead allowed the noise of the tram line in which was frequent and loud.

From walking in to check in to check out, the staff was friendly, and most anxious to help in anyway. It is ideal for walking to the train station or to Old Town in Dusseldorf.

Everything was ideal for my Euro24 stay, they have conference room you can use for 20 Euro, lots of Bar area, nice breakfast, clean rooms. They just need to cut grass in front of Hotel, maybe not their fault but looked weird.

Here on business with little expectations. The hotel is good, above average even for a business hotel. Breakfast is basic, but good enough.

Walkable to Dusseldorf HBF - 15 minutes walk, but it’s not in the premises.

Overall, the stay was good.
