My stay started by finding not one, not two, but three buds in my bed. They looked like silverfish but I can’t be sure. My “king sized bed” was two twin sized beds with a mattress topper atop them. No top sheet. No king sized comforter - instead two twin sized comforters that had seen better days. Half the toilet paper roll was gone when I arrived. Holes in the footed sheet and marks on the wall and carpets. No phone in the room and the hotel is now using a problematic “self check-in”, I assume to reduce human staffing costs. You can certainly make it work but it’s far from luxurious. A ton of highly transparent cut corners under the guise of “stylishness”. Would not return or recommend.

Sehr schön und modern. Gerne wieder.

Die Zimmer sind modern und sauber. Es gibt ausreichend Platz, das Badezimmer ist sauber und modern. Die Lage ist ruhig und man konnte gut schlafen. Lediglich das Kopfkissen war sehr prall gefüllt, so dass man Nackenschmerzen bekommt, wenn man länger darauf liegt.
Sonst gibt es nichts an diesem Hotel auszusetzen.

Kein Mülleimer auf dem Zimmer.
Keine neuen Handtücher, obwohl es zugesagt wurde nach dem Check-In.
Teppiche in der Lobby, Gang, Zimmer mit flecken und dunkel.
Sauberkeit wurde schlechter je länger man sich im Raum umgeschaut hatte.
Frühstück war für den Preis eine Frechheit - wenig Auswahl und Qualität nicht immer überzeugend.

Mein Freund und ich haben spontan ein Wochenende in Köln verbracht und diese Unterkunft zufällig entdeckt. Wir hätten nicht gedacht, dass wir für den günstigen Preis, ein so schönes Zimmer - mit Rheinblick! - bekommen. Das Hotel war sehr sauber, es waren Fitness-, Physio- und viele weitere Angebote in den Häusern nebenan. Diese haben wir nicht genutzt, jedoch bietet sich das perfekt an, wenn man keine Lust hat, das Hotel großartig zu verlassen. Die Zimmer sind mit Klimaanlage ausgestattet, das wirklich perfekt bei dem heißen Wetter! Gegenüber ist ein Restaurant, in dem man sich nett hinsetzen und trinken und essen kann. Auch das Hotel hat eine eigene Bar.
Im Allgemeinen hatten wir einen sehr schönen und angenehmen Aufenthalt, auch wenn wir das Zimmer überwiegend zum Schlafen genutzt haben.
Das Hotel liegt zwischen Düsseldorf und Köln und ist mit dem Auto zu beiden Städten mit einer halbe Stunde Fahrt gut zu erreichen. Wie die Zug- und Busverbindungen sind, weiß ich nicht.

Direkt neben dem Hotel befindet sich eine Großbaustelle, was mit viel Lärm und Schmutz einhergeht. Die Fenster sind sehr schmutzig, man kann kaum durchsehen.
Leider hatte am Abend die Bar geschlossen um noch 1 Getränk nehmen zu können .
Das Personal an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich und entschuldigte für die geschlossene Bar. Wir bekamen noch 1 Flaschenbier. Die Lage des Hotels ist mega, direkt am Rhein , herrlich für Wander und Radtouren. Wenn die Baustelle mal fertig ist , kommen wir gerne wieder.
