Very basic Hotel, I was booking this through Work, so money was not an option. I paid £262 for a luxury deluxe double room
OMG, it looks like student accommodation, that’s not knocking student accommodation. I’m sure it’s great but not when you pay £262 a night.
The deluxe part about it was the kitchen in the cupboard, the smell inside this cupboard was like the back of a 50-year-old burger joint the smell of burnt grease, and although you have a kitchen, they do not provide any pot pans plates or any cutlery or utensils.
The curtains don’t actually fit the windows so the Neighbouring buildings will catch a view of View at some point. There is no restaurant they just have directions to a kebab shop or pizzeria.
It was clean, the bed was clean. The towels were clean, just don’t look at the carpet.
I don’t know whether I’m gonna get backlash for writing this. I have never written a bad review in my life, I’m English. I just smile and pay her to the end I say yes everything‘s okay, but this was not okay.

The water heater seems to be broken or not adjusted by technician. Sometimes extremely hot sometimes extremely cold water and I burnt myself. The hotel asked me to check another room myself using my own time, while it is actually their job. Turned out the other room also didn’t work properly with hot water. It is very dangerous if you take a shower and I tried 2 hours trying to adjust to the right temperature but failed.There is no hot or warm water from the kitchen sink to wash your dishes. Also some insects coming out at night when you go to bathroom.

Travel with child - location ok for buses, trains etc very close by but not alot in the direct area. Friendly receptionist, room great size its huge with two seperate beds pushed together so plenty space. Clean linen and towels. Coffee machine and pods lovely touch. All in one shampoo, body wash in the shower and hand soap at sink. Large bathroom with hairdryer just not the most pleasant smell in here. Enterance to room has large space with huge storage wardrobes. Room has a safe. Little table and chairs and a balcony with seats. The kitchen area is a great addition and made it easy with children. It had dish soap, sponge and towel provided. Utensils, dishes and pans for cooking. Kettle also and a fridge. Lidl down the road for essentials. Room was a good temperature, clean and safe. A little nosy from other rooms general moving around and using shower. No outdoor space but it had parking if needed. We would recommend for budget as the facilities in the room was great. The local transport is fantastic to get you anywhere you want to go. I used the free wifi in the room with no issues.

Quiet place but clean. Front desk was friendly. We had a car so we drove around for the most part, they had free on site parking outside and in the garage. I did see bus stops around the area when walking to the bakery.

There is a bakery two minutes away from the hotel which had really nice baked goods. Grocery store near by if you want to buy snacks.

It is an older hotel so the key is an actual key to open the door with a weigh at the end of it. It was good for two nights. There is a one for all soap (shampoo, doll conditioner, body wash). It would be nice if they had different ones with conditioner.

But overall a budget friendly great stay.

Shame it’s aging badly.

It’s an interesting hotel. It is most definitely showing it’s age. The bed was ok but was given a single duvet for a king size bed ( superior room ) and the pillow must have been about 10 years . There was a small electric hob hidden in a wardrobe and the actual wardrobe was out in the room hallway.
The bathroom was clean, but like the rest of the hotel, very very dated and the water for the wash basin had to be turned on from a faucet located in the shower.
The staff however were extremely friendly and very helpful and a credit to the hotel, just a shame that the hotel isn’t a credit to them.

The hotel was well out of town and not at all inviting.
I had incorrectly booked one night and paid the price.
Staff were not very friendly, and didn't really assist when we asked where to go for food.
The room was dirty, and the floor had marks all over it.
The front canvas cover to the hotel had not been cleaned in years.It was dirty too.
The breakfast was good and these staff were very helpful and friendly.
On bedlight wasn't working.

The Acora Hotel was spartan but spacious and pleasant. Staff was very friendly. A great option for inexpensive lodging in Dusseldorf if you have a car. Not recommended if you are without a vehicle.

Good hotel in quiet area, large rooms, friendly helpful staff. stayed here for Anuga exhibition in Cologne, bit out of town but great if you want a good nights sleep away from city noises. Got wrong train on first night so had a taxi from dusseldorf (around 23 euro)after that was fine as reception gave us a train timetable and explained trains - 5 mins to dusseldorf and 38 mins to Cologne. didn't find any bars and restaurants close by but hotel said there were some approx 20 mins walk away.

Hotel was booked as this was advertised as being a 15 min drive from the fair. Not the case during rush hour, you need to allow at least 40 mins. The hotel itself was fine for the price, we paid £70.00 per night. It was clean, staff were very helpful. Easy 20 min bus ride to the centre in the evenings or a €35.00 taxi.

just stayed the weekend here and we travelled by public transport and was easy accessable just 3 stops on train from dusseldorf mainline with frequent trains and buses just 400 metres down the road.In a quiet area with local shops and cafes.Rooms really big with good facilities,own bar and breakfast room.Staff were excellent printing us off timetables and maps to get into and out of dusseldorf thoroughly enjoyed our stay

Sub-standard when compared to any US domestic brand such as Marriott or Hilton. For instance mattress are thin and sub standard, internet connectivity slow and sketchy and no A/C, in turn need to leave window open and deal with any outside noice thru the night.

A good value for money - all I could say. The hotel itself is rather basic. I could not emphasize any specially good or bad thing except that the surrounding is nice and green, and after dawn you can see rabbits and hedgehogs on the lawn. No bikes, no tin-pan music. Yet the district itself looks like the last Germans will soon surrender it to the immigrants.

Ich war bereits das dritte Mal in diesem Hotel. Wie immer sind die Zimmer zu diesem Preis absolut in Ordnung. Das Frühstück ist von der Auswahl zwar nicht sonderlich üppig, aber dennoch völlig ausreichend. Ich werde dieses Hotel immer wieder buchen, wenn ich Termine in Düsseldorf habe.

Das Zimmer sowie die Ausstattung waren eher einfach, aber grundsätzlich in Ordnung – damit hätte ich leben können. Was den Aufenthalt jedoch wirklich negativ geprägt hat, war die Unfreundlichkeit des Personals.

Ein konkretes Erlebnis im Frühstücksraum möchte ich hervorheben: Obwohl ich kein Frühstück gebucht hatte, stand ich bereits an der Theke und bat höflich um ein kleines, abgepacktes Stück Butter. Zu diesem Zeitpunkt war keine andere Servicekraft anwesend. Die Mitarbeiterin – offenbar aus dem Housekeeping – verweigerte mir dies in äußerst unfreundlichem Ton. Es ging dabei nicht um eine größere Leistung oder ein komplettes Frühstück, sondern lediglich um ein einzelnes kleines Stück Butter.

Als ich ihr ruhig mitteilte, dass ich dieses Verhalten sehr unfreundlich finde, begann sie eine unnötige Diskussion mit mir, anstatt deeskalierend oder serviceorientiert zu reagieren. Dieses Auftreten empfand ich als respektlos und absolut nicht gastfreundlich.

Service und Freundlichkeit sind für mich zentrale Bestandteile eines Hotelaufenthalts – hier habe ich mich leider nicht willkommen gefühlt. Aus diesem Grund kann ich das Hotel trotz akzeptablem Zimmer nicht weiterempfehlen.

Hotel correct malgrès les 3 étages à monter à pied suite panne ascenseur.
La chambre était correcte.
Problème nous étions 3 (2 adultes et 1 enfant de 4 ans) et nous avions que 2 lits simple séparés dans 2 coins de la chambre (ce qui ne poser pas de probleme pour le réceptionniste qui m'a repondu que les autres parents dormaient avec leurs enfants).
Le buffet petit déjeuner était correct également

Parkplätze sind vorhanden allerdings nicht für alle Gäste. Wenn vor dem Hotel kein Parkplatz frei ist muss man auf die Nebenstraßen ausweichen.

Einmal und nie wieder! Gebucht wurden für 6 Personen 2 Doppelzimmer, jeweils mit einem Zustellbett. Als wir ankamen und die Zimmer betreten haben, fehlten die Zustellbetten. Außerdem hat das eine Zimmer fürchterlich gestunken und gemufft. Insgesamt sah das Hotel schon in die Jahre gekommen aus. Auf Nachfrage an der Rezeption wurde uns gesagt, dass es keine Zustellbetten gibt und man leider auch kein weiteres Zimmer für uns hätte, da das Hotel angeblich komplett ausgebucht ist. Daraufhin haben wir uns ein anderes Hotel suchen müssen. Unser bereits gezahltes Geld haben wir natürlich nicht wieder gesehen.

Das Hotel liegt in einer ruhigen Wohngegend, weit weg von der Düsseldorfer Altstadt. Besonders spät abends/nachts schwierig erreichbar mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln.
Das Hotel selbst ist in die Jahre gekommen, einfach, aber sauber.
Das Frühstück war in Ordnung.
Das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Der Check-in hat leider so lange gedauert das sich eine Schlange gebildet hat, aber nach dem etwas geregelt wurde, ging es recht schnell weiter. Die Zimmer Türen konnten von innen nicht nochmal abgeschlossen werden und wurden nur durch ein zu-zieh-Schloss und einer Kette geschützt (war mir persönlich sehr unangenehm). Balkon war schön, das Zimmer recht sauber und Standardmäßig, nett hergerichtet. Für den Preis kann man es machen aber wenn man sich sicher fühlen möchte mit der kleinen Kette an der Tür, braucht man einiges an Vertrauen.

Das Hotel liegt etwas außerhalb aber für uns als Familie daher ein super Ausgangspunkt.
Mit der S-Bahn waren es 10Minuten ZUM Hauptbahnhof und eine Bushaltestelle war auch direkt vor der Tür mit mehreren Linien direkt zur Kö.
Im Hotel selbst war es ruhig, die Räume sauber und das Personal freundlich. Stellenweise ist es etwas renovierungsbedürftig.
Das Frühstück war lecker und von herzhaft bis Süss alles dabei.

Ontvangst was hartelijk en zeer behulpzame receptioniste. Kamer was netjes en schoon. We hadden met kichenette en dat is prima bevallen. Alles ziet er wel wat gedateerd uit.
De 2e dag was het toiletpapier niet aangevuld door de schoonmaakster en de koffie niet aangevuld. Dit werd na aangeven aan de receptie direct opgelost. De wifi was zwaar waardeloos (kamer 142) Vaker geen wifi dan wel. In totaal 3 nachten geweest en is ons over het algemeen wel goed bevallen, mede door het goede maar eenvoudige ontbijt.

Das Hotel ist von Preis / Leistung echt okay. Überschaubares, aber trotzdem leckeres Frühstück. Die Zimmereinrichtung teilweise etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Das Personal an der Rezeption sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Nur die Parkplatz-Situation vor dem Hotel ist etwas unübersichtlich. Teilweise sind die Parkplätze an privat vermietet. Das es auch eine Tiefgarage gibt, erfährt man leider erst auf Nachfrage, nachdem man 20 Minuten lang einen Parkplatz in der Nähe des Hotels gesucht hat.
Aber alles im allem können wir das Hotel empfehlen, und werden es auch beim nächsten Aufenthalt in Düsseldorf buchen.

Ich habe mich in dieser Unterkunft wohl gefühlt, die Mitarbeiterinnen an der Rezeption waren sehr freundlich, das Zimmer war sauber und ich mag das Detail der Möglichkeit, sich einen Kaffee im Zimmer zubereiten zu können :) Auch den Balkon finde ich schön, auch wenn ich ihn in dieser Jahreszeit nicht genutzt habe.
Es war ruhig und die Verkehrsanbindung ist sehr gut. Insgesamt ein angenehmer Aufenthalt, vielen Dank dafür.

J’ai passé une très mauvaise nuit dans cette « hotel »
La chambre ne correspond pas a la photo que j’ai vue sur le site. Le lit avec un matelas creux et qui faisait que de grincer quand on bouge, une couverture avec une taille identique a la taille d’un enfant de 9 ans.
Je ne comprends pas tout ceux qui ont mis une note de 10 dans les commentaires, ça doit être de la famille ou des amis de la direction , ou peut être des gens qui voyagent pas beaucoup.
Ensuite le matin, la personne qui devait s’occuper du ménage vient me déranger toute les 30 minutes à partir de 8h30 pour savoir si elle pouvait faire le nettoyage, heureusement que j’avais mis le loquet sinon elle rentrait dans la chambre, parce que évidemment il n’y avait pas de petite pancarte « ne pas déranger « à accrocher sur la poignée,
90€ pour ça c’est du vol.

Goede prijs/kwaliteitsverhouding

Geboekt voor 2 volwassenen en 4 kinderen op 2 kamers. Met z’n drieën op een kamer met 2x 1 persoonsbedden. Er had een kinderbedje erbij gemoeten! De kamer was netjes en werd dagelijks verschoond. De koelkast was er niet. Vergeet je drinkwater niet te kopen bij de supermarkt want in t hotel kost 0,7 ltr.fles €6,50. Rustige omgeving met winkels en station in nabijheid.
