The rooms are basic and functional. The lobby is the only place to work on your laptop. But the music is incredibly loud. For a little bit more quiet work environment, they make you pay for an additional room/ meeting room.

Hotel is in good condition and is very conveniently positioned. The staff are excellent with a special mention to Despina who was particularly helpful. However there were several shortcomings. Very limited hanging space. No wardrobe. Not one draw. And was most annoying no safe which should be mandatory for a hotel catering to travelers. Also our room was not serviced in between our 2 night stay, which didn’t really concern us but was an oversight, But overall the hotel has a bright and happy feel to it.

Great Hotel with friendly staff. Nice modern style. Highly recommended! Only minor issue: the room doors are not as noise absorbing as some of the premium hotels. I could hear the neighbor entering and leaving, however had luxury hotels not being any better

The stay was great, the staff was very helpful and nice. The beer was good and very decently priced and the breakfast had great selection. Nothing to complain about. The room was minimalistic, to be expected, but nonetheless very comfortable and clean.

A modern hotel on the outskirts of Dusseldorf which has excellent tram links to the Mitsubishi Electric Halle which was the main reason we stayed there. The hotel has a car park (major plus) and the rooms were quiet, clean and cool - very important during a European heatwave. There was a welcome free cocktail when we checked in too. The hotel does provide food but that is the only poor thing connected with the hotel: lasagne at 9 euros and served in its square foil container wasn't it's strongest suit. However, otherwise an excellent hotel

This hotel was very basic. Overpriced for what was on offer. Had to ask on three occasions for soap to be put in the room. No wardrobe only a steel trellis with 3 hangers. No phone In the room. Staff were nice. No service whatsoever. Someone came to the table to tell us our order was on the counter. Plastic cups on the bathrooms. No phone on the room

Was etwas störend ist, ist das die Heizung erst angeht, wenn man das erste Mal in das Zimmer kommt und so war es für die erste Stunde eher kühl im Zimmer.

Leider hatten wir den Aufkleber (mit einer sehr kleinen Schriftt) am Spiel im Bad und den Hinweis, dass das Zimmer nur alle 3 Tage gereinigt wird und die Handtücher daher nicht getauscht werden, ignoriert und hatten unsere Handtücher auf den Boden gelegt. Das alles ist dem \"Green Key\" Konzept geschultet und ist grundsätzlich zu befürworten. Es war aber dann auch kein Problem frische Handtücher an der Rezeption zu erhalten. Also, wer lesen kann ist klar im Vorteil! ;-)

Das Moxy Hotel wirkt in der Lobby unglaublich stylisch, mit bunten Farben, der Bar als Rezeption, dem offenen Frühstücksraum usw. Leider setzt sich die Farbgebung in den Räumen nicht durch, dort herrschen die Farben braun, grau und schwarz. Das Badezimmer ist schwarz gefliest und verfügt nur über sehr schlechtes Licht. Schminken ist da drin nicht möglich. Trotzdem war das Zimmer an sich sehr schön, wir hatten eins mit Schlafcouch und kleinem Wohnzimmer. Das Bett war zwar sehr schmal, aber unglaublich bequem. Das Personal war besonders freundlich und hervorzuheben ist vor allem die 24 Std. Bar im Hotel. Wir können es durchweg weiterempfehlen, nur am Licht könnte das Hotel wirklich etwas arbeiten.

I used to stay at Moxy several times, but this time I have arrived 14:55 to the check in. The employee at service desk charged my card with an earlier check in! 20 euros. And even didn’t say anything about it. Was also really unfriendly. Yes they have it written on the desk in front of check in table..but 14:55? Really? The stay and service do not cost what they charge. Not recommend.

Decent Stay, Friendly Staff but Missing Essentials
The staff here is very friendly, and the Wi-Fi works great, which was a big plus. The hotel is about 20 minutes from the city center, you can take two different trams to get there.
On the downside, the rooms lack basic amenities. There’s no wardrobe, fridge, shelves, or closet to store your belongings. They also don’t provide slippers, a mini bar, a kettle, or a safe. Insgesamt ein wirklich extrem gutes Preisleistungsverhältnis. Das Personal war super freundlich und auch bei einem technischen Problem souverän und sehr gastorientiert. Wer ein voll ausgestattetes Luxushotel erwartet ist hier einfach falsch. Die Zimmer waren soweit sauber. Wer einfach ein schönes Hotel zum Übernachten und guter Innenstadt Erreichbarkeit benötigt hat hier wirklich alles richtig gemacht.
