Overall the staff was the highlight. They were friendly and helpful and have done what they can with the facilities. Unfortunately, the useful lifespan of the facility expires 30 years ago. We ended up checking out and going to another local hotel.

Breakfast was a joke. Facility is ancient newly painted but amateurish. Tub was filthy. I took a towel and cleaned it up the best I could. Nice 65” tv with no programming. You had to have your own credentials excluding cable. Guys were polite foreigners but I wouldn’t recommend anyone to opt for this motel.

Bathroom door missing chunks out of it. Checked out after 10 minutes. Manager was not surprised we didn’t want to stay and was not shocked when we described all that was wrong with the room.

The pictures did not match the room. I was expecting an office chair and an arm chair in the room. There was no arm chair. The office chair was half-broken and leaned to one side. There was hair in the bathroom upon arrival. I'm glad we were only staying one night.

Probably the dumpiest place I've ever stayed at. Not sure if it had affordable housing support. Our air conditioner was like a freight train while it was 91 outside (we both ended up with headaches) - and the office air conditioner was whisper quiet - really! Pool was green from algae. Eggs for breakfast had green colored whatever in it. But it had a 65 inch TV in the room - if that is important to you. Barbeque place next door was OK with some cold beers.

Staff was kind and helpful, but I booked because of the “heated outdoor pool” for my kids and when we showed up there was no water in the pool. We were placed in a room in the back of the lodge where it appeared to be pretty run down from the outside. The deadbolt to the lock on the door didn’t work. The room had excellent water pressure, but so much so that the shower drain couldn’t keep up and the bathtub filled quickly with water, forcing us to turn the water off, wash, and then turn back on to rinse. The bedding and linens were clean, however. It was decent if you’re in a pinch, but I wouldn’t stay here again.

The beds were alright and the breakfast was alright very typical of any cheap hotel. The issue is they say they have these different amenities and then they really dont. I have a picture I wish I could have. They have a pool but it is full of green algae and mold. The shower had black mold in the grouting and when you pull the bathtub to make the shower. Half the water comes out the spout and half out the shower head. This place needs a lot of work. if you are okay paying for everything but getting half, this is your place to stay.

Our room needs a complete remodel. Paint is chipped off all the walls. Nail holes in the walls. Big hole in the wall for an electric outlet. The shower fixtures were not flush or securely fastened. Behind the vanity a big hole was cut into the wall and never repaired. The sink had hot water and the shower water was barely warm.
The pool was locked and the water was green. No ice machine available.

Stayed for a night while travelling. The bed was clean and comfy. Surprisingly large tv. Everything else was quite outdated and really needing a fresh coat of paint and maintenance.

I thought it was booking at days inn after paying a nonrefundable upfront payment it changed to this hotel. I mean it's a bed and a shower, the floors had been redone, they were hardwood instead of carpet. It definitely isn't anything nice. There were holes that had been patched by not painted. All in all it was pretty run down, it looks as though they may be trying to fix things little by little.

Passable for a budget motel, but for the price — which still wasn’t cheap — there was room for improvement. The upside: clean, comfortable bed, nice towels, fridge and microwave. Downsides: overwhelming sickly-sweet chemical smell from cleaning agent when we entered the room. Opened the door and turned the fan on to try to air it out, but it lingered for hours and honestly affected my sleep. By the second night it was more tolerable. Newer vinyl floor in room, but could use a strong mopping, more than just a sweep and a swish — my bare feet got dirty. No hair conditioner provided. Towel bar loose on wall. Breakfast has various choices but was poor quality —very cheap bread, Sunny Delite instead of orange juice, fruit cocktail but no fresh fruit—and styrofoam bowls, worst for the environment. Better to bump up the quality and charge a little more, if need be.

The property is older and in need of repairs.The free breakfast was basic continental, scrambled eggs, sausage and waffels. Now the plus side. The price was very good compared to others near by, it was very quiet. The property is in the east side of town in close proximity to restaurants and fast food. We stayed an extra night in town and chose to stay here a second night.

For the past 10 years I travel about once every other month for work, this is legit the worst Hotel I've ever stayed in. I could see very cheap \"fixes\" everywhere! The door to the bathroom didn't even close unless you push it with all your strength because it rubbed on the floor so bad. The window in the bathroom, I could see outside day light with window closed because of gaps, this room was on the ground floor, if I could see someone out there, someone out there can see me. The roll down shade/blind had a big gap on the sides that you could see the bed perfectly from the outside to the main room with the shade closed. All the furniture was old, scuffed, torn, and wobbly. TV, you get a TV but no cable.. you want to watch something? Then log in to your TV provider, or your Netflix, Paramount+, etc. I got woken up at 12:05 am because the upstairs people where having a conversation, not yelling or screaming just talking. Very thin walls, very poor isolation/sound deadening, I could hear everything.

Pictures were not a true representation of our room or the property. Room was dark and in dis-repair. Bathroom sink smelled like sewer gas, guest’s dog was allowed in the pool, unplugged air freshener when we arrived (VERY strong) holes in walls, nail sticking out of woodwork. Breakfast was good, area seemed safe and close to food and beverages. Check-in was easy, manager was friendly and helpful. We will not stay here again and definitely will not recommend to anyone.

The current owners were very welcoming and friendly, and try to make your stay a good one. But the place is old and feels like it. I stayed in one of their renovated rooms. It was clean and I could tell work had been done to improve that bathroom. But it’s very basic and the bed was not very comfortable.
I wish the newer owners the best but I’ll look elsewhere on my next trip.

When a place says that it is dog friendly and charges you a fee, does that mean you are put in the worst room in the place? Even my dog, a six pound Yorkie, couldn’t sleep. I advise you to find another place.

The sheets were clean. I wondered why my room was full of airfreshener when I checked in. By night fall the fantastic BBQ restaurant next door had its smoker going full and I realized why. From the moment we checked in, this stay was disappointing. The front desk employee was unfriendly and only said “ID,” “credit card,” and “it’s on the second floor.” No additional information was provided about the amenities, or breakfast, which is typically mentioned during check-in.
The room itself had several issues. There were nails sticking up from the floor where the carpet was torn near the bathroom tile, which felt unsafe. The pillows were also very small and uncomfortable. The hair drier was missing from where it should have been hanging.
Both nights of our stay, we were woken up by loud screaming and fighting outside the motel, making it difficult to get any rest. And we felt unsafe.
We also stayed for two nights and received no housekeeping service, so we didn’t get fresh towels.
Overall, this was a very poor experience, and I would not recommend staying here.

Hotels have become so expensive that I was going to give this place a try since they were much more inexpensive than others. Of course it wasn't the Hilton, but for the price I paid, it was good enough. It was clean. The bedding wasn't dirty or stained like you see in lower priced hotels. There was no bad smell. It was all good and fine and I will stay there again. I hesitated to give this good review because I don't want this place to be booked up when I travel to the area again. But I want to give due where it is deserved. And this place, while of course not perfect. was one of the best low price hotels I have stayed in and the ownership deserves credit for that and motivation to keep the place this way.

This is an older facility. The room was clean and the staff very helpful. It was a little pricey for what you got. There were no blow dryers for hair. The walls are not sound proofed so we could hear people talking and coughing in other rooms, and the traffic noise wasn't buffered. But, if you just need a bed for the night this will do, just bring ear plugs. Breakfast was OK, but limited. They have a waffle maker, eggs and sausage, yogurt and cereal. Some fresh fruit & hot water for tea would have upped their score from me.

We should have requested a different room as the deadbolt on the door would not lock. The entire door frame was loose and the door could have easily been busted open. We slid a (very uncomfortable) recliner in front of the door when we were in the room. Electric outlets seem to be worn out and items we plugged in kept falling out of the outlets. Bathroom was TINY and EVERYTHING was in need of updating. Had a massive 75-80” TV? Will not stay here again. Get what you pay for.

I was surprised with this hotel, in a good way! The room was outdated, but very clean, no bad smell. I was on a road trip, and need only to crush somewhere for the night. This was a perfect option, cheap and clean! For breakfast they had waffles, yougurt, cereal and coffee. I guess it's ok with the price point.

I was very impressed with the cleanliness of my room and it was a nice, quiet stay. I love these older hotels when they are maintained! I had a bathtub!
