We had an amazing time here. The location is convenient and close to everything you may need: food, transportation, shopping… And they also have a covered parking if you’re driving.
The staff is super nice and friendly. They’re always willing to help, and they truly want your experience to be as pleasant as possible.
The apartments are very spacious and comfortable. They all have a kitchen with everything you may need: pans, a coffee maker, microwave, fridge. The rooms are clean and super comfortable. I slept like a baby!
Breakfast is home made and you can customize it however you want. It is convenient and you get to wind down, relax, enjoy your room with the lovely view of Medellin, and the planes landing at the nearby airport.
They offer daily cleaning service, so you get back to a clean apartment. They are impeccable!
I def will be staying here during my next visit. Thanks so much for a great time!

Great place to stay for a few days. I stayed 4 nights and probably stay there again on my next trip to Colombia. I liked that it is not near any night club and about 15 minutes drive/ride from Poblado.
If you don't mind spending the extra 15-20 minutes drive/ride, this is a good option, affordable and breakfast included.

Valentina and Tatiana were awesome. I didn't learn as much Spanish as I would have liked but With translations through my telephone they were very helpful. There was a mall across the street. And around the corner less than a 5 minute walk away there was a strip of restaurants and drug stores. And it was an apartment not a hotel room.

This place has some great perks, but it’s important to weigh the pros and cons.

The location is good - right in front of a big mall. But it’s not in a super touristy area, which could be a plus or a minus depending on what you’re looking for.

The apartments are a bit smaller than they seem in the pictures, and the furniture is a bit old and worn out. But it’s still functional. The outside noise can be a bit loud, and there’s no soundproofing at all.

The bathroom is tiny and the hot water isn’t always reliable.

The breakfast is included, which is a nice touch. But you have to order room service and the food selection is pretty limited. The food is good, though.

The air conditioning is only in the room, not in the other areas. It can get pretty hot, especially if it’s sunny outside. If you need air conditioning in all the rooms, this might not be the best choice for you.

The staff is really friendly and helpful.

In summary, the value for your money is pretty good, and depending on your needs, this can be a great option for your stay in Medellin.

The Aparta Hotel Is an apartment with a reception like a hotel. Each apartment has a living room, a small kitchen, two bathrooms (one with a sink and toilet only), and a bedroom. Basic plates, cooking utensils, pots, pans, blender, fridge, and coffee maker are in the kitchen. You order breakfast as a room service, and it is included. The staff is helpful and friendly, but I don't know if they speak English. There is a large shopping center across the street, and there are plenty of busses to the Metro station. It costs around $25 to get there by Uber from the airport.

I really like the housekeeping they go above and beyond especially Luce. Luce cleaned and enhanced our apartment so well that I didn't stop asking who cleaned my room that Saturday until I found her and rewarded her. Great job Luce 👏. The spelling of her name might be wrong, but that how it's pronounced. The room service for breakfast each morning was phenomenal. Once again with the limited Spanish I speak we were able to make it great 9/10 mornings. I had the same server 8/9 mornings and we got it done 😁.
The bathroom vanity and faucet are dated and need replacing or repaired.
But all in all I had a great vacation and I would stay there again.

Noisy rooms I asked for a room that wouldn’t be on street with less noise after 5 days the manger what’s app me I already had everything out of my luggage and wife had surgery couldn’t pick everything vio and move was there for 15 nights.

Really only reason we stayed there because it was a apartment type spot the kitchen has holes on wall like we like in the 1870s all the noises bugs flying in. Has clothes lines to hang clothes no washer, bathroom window wouldn’t close.

Pretty ridiculous that a client that stayed here in 2019 for 13 night to get treated this way.

Manager instead of assisting since i didn’t have a sofa just a open bed couldn’t change the room.

Only good things to was the cleaning lady and young lady in front desk

We took a chance on this property, since it was close to the clinic we went to. I have to say we ended up very happy and pleased with this decision. First off, two thumbs up to the classy staff who were very helpful and kind to us. Especially Mr Edier Montoya who went all out to answer our questions and help us find our way within Medellin and made us feel at home all the way through.
Also the location of the hotel is close to the great shopping malls (El Molino, Santa Fe, El Dorado among others) and very close to good restaurants. It also features a small mini market, pizza place and chicken parlour, which are always welcome. The rooms have kitchen with a stove, oven, pots and pans, cutleries, glasses, fridge, hot water. A mini bar and snacks are also present. Furthermore it has a sitting room/dining room, half a bathroom and balcony. Daily cleaning, hot water in the bathroom (bath room is kinda small), the sitting room.dining room tend to get hot during the day since it has no air conditioning, so you might want to open the windows in there. The buffet breakfast was simple but satisfying (fresh orange juice, fruits, milk, tea, coffee, yogurts, breads, croissants, cheese, ham, homemade marmalades, cereals, omelet station. The restaurant's menu is straight forward but good, from meat, to poultry, to fish and crabs and soups. Too bad there was no 24 hour room service. But all and all we left with very good memories and pleased with the amiability and excellent service.

This is a great located hotel (apartments) located just next to an important avenue (Avenida 80) with easy access to public transportation (buses and taxis) and close to mini markets. If you don’t want to be in the upper El Poblado neighborhood, this is a very good area to stay. Breakfast is delicious and generous. On the downside, all rooms receive a lot of street noise coming from the avenue just next to the building. We had to request a change of apartment which was done fairly quickly (Marta was great and helped us a lot and always had a smile). The apartment we got was better but still with street noise. The only solution would be for the management to upgrade all rooms with soundproof windows (or move the entire building to another place). Again, it has a great location but a noisy one. The cleaning and kitchen staff was nice although we had an issue with a fee for Colombian citizens (taxes for the value of the room). It does not make sense for Colombians to pay more money than foreigners and yet it is true. In our case, we didn’t have to pay it as we were Colombians expats just visiting but still it was annoying and the staff at the front desk did not do a great job explaining this policy. In overall, we liked the place (breakfast is great) but could improve attention at the front desk and definitively getting soundproof windows is something they should consider seriously. Would I recommend it? Yes, but next time I personally will try another one.

Excellent customer service! We stayed 27 days and These people went above and beyond for us. Our first night I had trouble sleeping as the bed was too firm for me, they moved me into another beautiful apartment an after trying another bed they ended up buying a softer mattress for me! They are so attentive and caring. Very clean, good breakfast. Apartment had everything I needed to feel like home. There are some bars and stores around the property, but noise was never an issue.

We like that we had a separate front room to relax in. But We didn't like it that our apartment was not propared for us, as we had booked and paid around August for an apartment for 2 for December . But when we arrived we was given a room reserved for a family of 5 who hadn't turned up with the front room having 2 extra beds instead of A sofa we could sit down on. If we had booked last minute or just turned up we could understand this. But we hadn't. Also I accept I and my wife had to show our ID but our friend who was only passing by was not allowed in as she didn't have her ID card with her. But another friend who popped by was allowed in without being asked for ID.

Liked the service, personnel, and that has food and groceries available close by. Disliked the A/C. It's been poorly installed. Takes the hot air from one room and puts it into the room where the unit is plugged in. The hot air from the unit needs to exhaust through the wall vent and insolate it so it doesn't stay around. So easy to do really. It's basic A/C knowledge and $3 worth of materials.

Value for money accomodation.

Value for Money. Staff pleasant, location good, though a bit noisy due to roads around the building, new construction site nearby, and aircraft landing and taking off in nearby airport. Apartment well kept, roomy and clean. The Reception/check in area could do well with a make over/expansion, as it looks a bit dated and cramped up. Breakfast is passable, not much of variety, but reasonably sufficient. Located a short taxi ride to Poblado shopping malls.

Excellent value.

This hotel is an excellent value. It was very clean, the front desk staff was very helpful, friendly and quick to respond to any service request or general questions. The room cleaning staff did an outstanding job in cleaning my room. Everything I needed was within walking distance such as food, taxis, grocery stores and light shopping. It is in the center of a major intersection and Olaya Airport, but not bad at all. I would highly recommend it for the value and price. The downstairs restaurant had an excellent breakfast every morning and the staff was very friendly. My stay was 21 days.
