The hotel was very clean as was my room. It's no nonsense, nothing frilly, just a nice, clean hotel! I was greeted and checked in quickly. There is a small gym and snack station near the lobby. The hotel is right off the highway but still close to lots of shopping. We will be returning to this hotel in a few weeks and I'm glad I stayed over now to see what a good hotel it is.

Check in was super easy and quick!!!! Staff is amazing. New concept hotel... breakfast includes breakfast sandwiches, various cereals, bagels, yogurt, fruit. My daughter had a soccer tournament in the area. We found this hotel and we really enjoyed our stay our room was great! They also have breakfast which my daughters loved! We will definitely stay here again !

We arrived more than 2.5 hrs past check-in time and our room was not ready. Desk clerk said reason was shortage of housekeeping staff. She should have called us at 3pm check-in time with a heads up. The staff was exceptional. I was there overnight when the storm came through -- lightening, winds, rain and the danger of tornadoes. The person at the desk was very attentive to residents' needs in this potentially danterous situation. shd kept the television tuned in to the weather station watching the storm progress until it was over us. The hotel was full because people from town or nearby checked in for more safety. The staff cleaned up fast the next morning. Unsual situation handled very well.
