THE NO HAVING ANY FRIENDS OVER MOTEL
Too many rules, but the best one is you are NOT ALLOWED any company. Not for a min, not even have someone walk you to the door, NOT ALLOWED ON THE PREMISES its a liability. So, if you are a social butterfly i highly recommend no going there if you are Not a social butterfly i recommend not staying at the SEA PALCE MOTEL AND THE ONE BEFORE IT.

A bar and social club down the block. Very clean, nice new marble-type tile in bathroom, bathroom sink outside of bathroom, great for getting ready fast.

The cleaning staff did not give us enough toilet paper. The soap dispenser was almost empty, and I had to ask for a bar of soap. There were no cups in the room to brush our teeth. We spoke to the assistant manager who remedied the situation and explained that the housekeeper was fairly new. The assistant manager was very friendly, and did an excellent job.

I stayed for 1 night during Labor Day weekend. My boyfriend and I had a great stay. It is a simple, straightforward motel. It is super close to the boardwalk and beach which was very convenient (specifically the amusement park!) Our room was clean and quite, even though we were by the pool. Parking was a breeze and there were 2 convenient stores on the block which was great to have because we forgot to pack some things. I would definitely come back to this motel if/when I return to Seaside Heights.

Super close to beach man at desk very accommodating room was a little outdated but for the price it worked was very disappointing that the pool was closed by the time we checked in. Beds were comfy but could’ve used a few more pillows on the beds. Air fresheners could also help the room because when we first got there it was very stale but overall for a quick booking and a walk to the beach I’d stay again!

This was my first time traveling alone without my parents and it was kind of scary. But once we got there, we were welcomed and i felt safe the whole time being there. The room was pretty nice for just two teenagers, you can control the ac and ask for more towels. The pool was very refreshing. Our fridge was sorta leaking and we told them and they were super cool about it. Also very VERY close to the boardwalk. There are two really good convenient stores near by. Once again, for this being my first trip without my parents i felt safe, and it’s overall a great environment. Hope to be back soon!

We arrived late at night after a disaster at another horrible motel. We were welcomed and checked-in with ease and friendliness. The front desk staff were all kind and efficient. Wish the rooms had more amenities like more hooks/closet to hang things, iron/ironing board and maybe some coffee. But otherwise a great experience. The lock on our door got stuck and we could not get out at one point but it was fixed within 10 minutes. Pool was in rough shape but fun and great for cooling off. We would come back for sure. Rooms were clean, neat and in great condition and very quiet. So close to the boardwalk, store and restaurants. It made our mini honeymoon getaway wonderful!

Not a great experience, Pool was the smallest I have ever seen for amount of people at location. Rooms were ok for price…Lots of yelling and fighting at 130 am and 3 am. Neighborhood area very sketchy.Was very close to beach.

I really enjoyed staying here. The beds were comfy. The hot water was plentiful. The microwave and fridge worked. I liked that there were multiple convenient places to plug in chargers on the night stand. The location is great. There is a couple convenient stores in a few block radius and a full grocery and drug store in easy walking distance. Best of all is being just a block from the Boardwalk and Casino pier. The only thing I don't like is that this city charges to step on the beach. I was hoping that beach passes would be included but the motel has stopped that program. I refuse to pay, the beach belongs to everyone and so I waited until later in the day when they stopped monitoring access. This is not a luxury motel but it suited our needs perfectly.

Ah..... Never again!
Well...... This place is definitely hit or miss I guess. The gentleman at front desk was very apologetic but only after the fact. We arrived about 1am. With check out before 10am we asked for late check out .. 50$ till noon. The place wasn't even crowded. We go to our disgusting mildew smelling low budget welfare room with filthy slept in bedding. #5. This side of hotel has many transient residents; one I witnessed was flicking ashes into the tiny pool. We were mortified after a long trip. We go to front desk and tell the gentleman our horrifying experience. He gives us what he referred to as an upgrade in the other building and check out at 11am. We arrived to our room still smells like mildew but thank goodness beds were clean. We go to sleep and wake up to a flood on the floor from the refrigerator where I almost broke my neck as I slipped. I was ok. I take a shower. Water pressure great and hot water too, but the tub had hairs in there. At least I had company. I just can't believe this horrible experience. Not a fan of this dive.

We got shoved into the older building, which is rundown and decrepit looking. Beds were noisy and hard and only had 12 channels on TV. Not worth the money. Too much taxes charged also.

The property is typical Jersey beach motel layout, outdated and over priced but we made do. I thought hey this was OK and one of the cheaper options for lodging or so I thought. When we arrived the very kind gentleman at the front desk asked how many peoplz were staying, I told him 8 and he then informed me that there is an additional charge of $20 pp per night. However, it does not state additional charges on the site. He allowed me to rant about the over charges that were unforseen, he apologized.
We reserved 2 rooms, king w/ queen bed and the room with kitchenette. The king/queen room had a jetted tub. The linens were not changed because we found an army swiss pocket knife at the bottom of the bed in between the sheets and the hot water was not working. Apparently, the hot water heater was off, issue was fixed. Surprisingly all the beds were comfortable.
The staff was very friendly and tried to rectify any issues. Overall, if you're looking for budget friendly lodging this should do.

The linens were not changed because we found an army swiss pocket knife at the bottom of the bed in between the sheets and the hot water was not working. Apparently, the hot water heater was off, issue was fixed. Surprisingly all the beds were comfortable.
The staff was very friendly and tried to rectify any issues. Overall, if you're looking for budget friendly lodging this should do.

The guy that checked us in was nice. Aside from that, This was a typical jersey shore motel that could double as a drug haven. Disappointed that I had to clean the room, got dirty towels, had to remove hair off the toilet, sink, lampshades and clean the floor and bed with lysol. disgusting. the place is gross. How they can charge the money they can is down right criminal and needs to be looked into.

Don't let the initial heart shaped tub fool you. We had never visited the Jersey shore and took a chance on this motel. Let me say, it is a bare bones, no frills kind of place. You can tell that this is a facility that has been part of the Jersey Shore scene for decades. Housekeeping staff took care of us. Front desk staff OK. It's not the Marriott or the Hyatt. If what you are looking for is very basic accommodations, then consider this place. If you're looking for a more higher end place, then this isn't your spot. Good thing for this location, you are two short blocks from the Seaside Heights Boardwalk and there are some bars and eateries right next to the hotel.
