I have many pictures of the rooms. They were dirty, had bare electrical wires on the heaters, air conditioner filters were nasty (we cleaned them), managers/owners were rude, no ice machine on-site. I could go on but there isn't enough time. I have pictures of the actual rooms, they look nothing like the pictures on the website!!!!

Rude staff tried to change the price when I asked for a different room because it was filthy dirty! Then I asked to see the next room and they claimed they did not have any more rooms available anyway. Felt lied too and ripped off… and dirty.

The staff were great which is why we would go back…. BUT one mattress was flat (no biggie I threw the kids on that one) but the first time my son used the toilet it started over flowing (he didn’t use any toilet paper so this most def wasn’t caused by us) unfortunately this was at 5am so there wasn’t much I can do but throw the towels down to clean it and go back to bed. We were only here one night so I wasn’t going to make a fuss. Only other issue was that there was long black strands of hair everywhere.
Other than that… this was one of the cleaner motels. Also.. if you book call beforehand bc they let us park the car at the motel for the day before check in so we didn’t have to pay for parking

I didn’t even stay there. Took a look at 2 different rooms and they were so stinking that I didn’t even check in. Call Expedia to cancel and when Expedia call them they were nasty. That was the only motel with available rooms. I wonder why.

Cheap. This place is good to save a buck and have access to the beach and boardwalk. You get what you pay for though. Room was gross, building is falling apart. Would I stay again?...yes. Why? Cheap. Go in knowing it's just a place to sleep and you'll be fine. expect nothing else.

Treat Yourself Not Your Wallet

Just needed a place to sleep over night. Went the cheap route. Condition of the motel was terrible. Entry door trouble to open and close due to deterioration. Air Conditioner accessible if you are 8 ft tall and 3 inches wide as you squeezed your way to get to it. Luckily your phone camera helped to see what you needed to do. On and off every 5 minutes all night long. TV stopped working after an hour and had to unplug to shut it off since the remote wouldn't do it. The adjoining room had a young family in it with a little girl who likes to scream which continued to 9pm and started up again at 6am. The bed was a nightmare. The pillows were as flat as can be. I couldn't find the sheets so I sleep with just the bedspread. Found sheets were all tucked in on four sides.I felt like a slept on rows of metal springs without padding. I had major trouble getting up from lying down. Every bone, muscle and nerve hurt from my neck to my feet. Don't do what I did. Even for one night treat yourself so you get sleep and can feel clean when you leave.

First of all their parking lot was way too small to be able to fit that amount of vehicles in the small spaces available. Some bigger vehicles take up two spaces. When we got to the room, our TV didn't work, the receptacles below the TV didn't work and neither did the little lamps aside of the TV. When I advised the manager at checkout that this stuff wasn't working, he just looked at me instead of offering a refund of some kind.

Not like pictured on Expedia webite. Bathrooms are not new as pictured on Expedia! Filthy room. Dangerous steps made of plank wood. I couldn't sleep after I felt something crawling on me, it was a centipede. The bed was hard as a rock. The room is worth $30 night stay not $100! Also, I use a cane but was given a 3rd floor room.

The parking spaces were very tiny, leaving no room to get in and out of your vehicle. Exterior of building can use a lot of work. It was clean.

It was only a couple blocks from the boardwalk which was nice but the rooms weren’t very clean, everything in the room was very old, the mini fridge was full of scratches and had stickers all over it. The toilet had stains on it from what looked like bleach and the shower had no liner on the tub so the floor would get all wet. The light was dim so it looked gloomy. There was open trash bags on the floor in the hallway so that wasn’t the best but the pool was nice and clean. It was a one night thing for me I don’t think I would return.

Do not book here! It was super disappointing to travel 4 hours for a much anticipated family vacation (that we haven’t had the chance to do in years) and see this outdated and unkept motel. We had to climb stairs that were missing the steps and had wobbly wood pieces for replacements up to our rooms that were not cleaned. The toilet was dirty, the beds were dirty, the outlets didn’t work.. the list goes on. We were shown around to other rooms to switch but NONE of them were clean either. My family chose to sleep in their car rather than this hotel… save yourself the trouble

Cons: The property can use some major upgrades to both its interior and exterior. Sheets had stains on them, the shades on the lights were in poor condition and stained as well, bathroom door could not shut completely.
Pros: quick check-in/check-out, pool was kept clean at all times, pool area is decently sized with 3 bbq grills at guest disposal, easy access to local food, beach/boardwalk, and convenient stores, not too loud of an area, tv and wifi, price of the hotel compared to others in the area for last minute booking.

Sad and disappointed experience

The hotel rooms are in process to be remodeled.
The night is bad, and didnt feel safe. Someone kicked out bedroom door super aggressively and almost opened it if I wasn’t cuz we had the safety lock. We believe it was one of the teens on the hallways. There are also groups of them going to rooms, I’m assuming to party since now they seem to have a 10pm curfew.

Room Smells really bad. Musty and cigarettes combined smell. TV did not work. Loud AC that comes on and off all night. People hanging outside of my room smoking and drinking. Saw a cigarette butt floating in the pool. The only decent thing about my stay was the great shower pressure. Would never return.

The worst motel or hotel I’ve ever stayed in.
Things were falling apart coming off the wall there was mold and water damage on the ceiling and the sheets and bedspread look like they were 20 years old. You could also see daylight coming in under the door which allowed some bugs to get into the room. Some electrical outlets did not work either.

This hotel was a disaster. From our neighbors finding crack pipes in the drawers, cleaners throwing food into parking lot and throwing glass bottles trying to hit a dumpster and not cleaning broken glass while the owner stood and watched all with children walking. There were blood stains soaked through to the mattress, clogged drains and smelled like something died in the room. The owner a short Indian man would just stare into peoples rooms at all hours. The pool was an absolute joke, in 3 feet of water you could not see your own feet, trash in the filters glass broken everywhere in the pool area, steps broken in the pool. This place is a scene from a horror movie

Read the reviews before you stay here! Old/gross

Old and gross is understatement. To be expected for Seaside Heights is below average, but this hotel hasn't been updated in probably 40 years aside from a few tvs. We brought Lysol, bleach, and Febreze and still couldn't get the stink out of the room. Beds and pillows awful, mold and dirt on walls. Outlets broken. Mold and rust on and in fridge. Bathroom was horrifying. $500 for a night here?! I pay less to stay in 4-5 star accommodations in Atlantic City. Needs to be gutted and remodeled. They won't do anything about it because it's Seaside but it's below average even for Seaside the money they charge is outrageous should be $50 a night the little dive motels on the side of the road in middle of nowhere better than this. Warn anyone who goes here how old and dirty it will be. DO NOT bring your family or little kids or old people here. No couples either. Threw out our clothes after sleeping here. Don't recommend to stay unless you have no choice.

My stay was for two days . It took me and my friend over an half hour just to check in the motel, then they placed us on the third floor when there is no elevator . The outside steps smelled like urine, and cigarettes laying around everywhere . Their outside pool step latter is broken I almost fell and slipped . This place is not recommended !!! And their Is also alcoholics/ drug attics that stay on property in the motel at night time you can’t even walk out your room ! Will never stay again

We got there on time and rooms were not ready - 90 min later when we got into a room - there was blood on the sheets,the blankets were on the floor and there were bugs. We immediately went down to get a refund - that was 5 days ago and i still don't have a refund - and this includes immediately calling hotels.com for help - after over an hour on hold to talk to someone, they told me, the hotel already issued a refund - really? 5 days later and I still have nothing. DO NOT STAY HERE. Do these pictures look like a room that is ready?

The room is very very dated, it wasn't clean upon arrival. The Bathroom door did not lock. The tub had chipped paint in it. The staff was just meh, didn't ask how the stay was nor did they care to ask about the room. It smelled of smoke as well. If they made some modern updates this would be a goo place to stay. The location to the boardwalk was very reasonable. So they should think about updating this type of room especially given the price I pay for it.

It was awful, it smelt bad in the office. The first room we got smelt like it was just flooded with bleach, the smoke alarm was covered with a plastic bag, the tv was already on. The second room we got had weird stains on the wall, a creepy door with scratches all over it, trash already in the can and it smelt like weed.
