The hotel was a short walk to the train station, and was remarkably quiet when trains went past the hotel. The staff was very nice and helpful. There were several grocery stores near the hotel.

I am in the US Army. I recently came to Germany on PCS orders and I did not need a passport to enter country only my Military IDat Ramstein Airbase. When I checked in at the hotel I booked because of Oktoberfest I gave the guy at the counter my ID and he was surprised I didn’t have a passport I told him I was with US Army. He makes a copy of my ID and then I pay the 142 Euros. I go to room and few minutes later three German Police officer come knocking on my door. I was scared because I had nothing like that happen before I told the police the same thing I told the guy at the front desk and they left. I did not feel comfortable at the hotel and I request i get my refund and left hotel. Terrible customer service and communication.

Schönes Hotel in guter Lage. S-Bahn-Anschluss in der Nähe. Parkmöglichkeiten (Tiefgarage und Außenplätze) ausreichend. Sehr freundliches und kompetentes Personal. Neues und sehr gutes Budget-Hotel in der weiteren Umgebung von München. Preis-Leistung ist als sehr gut zu bewerten. Kostenloser Kaffee auch ausserhalb der Frühstückszeiten.Für 1-2 Nächte wirklich zu empfehlen, ansonsten wird's eng aufgrund Ablage, etc.

sehr freundliches Personal. Allerdings wurden noch Arbeiten im Hotel durchgeführt. Als wir zur Mittagszeit ins Hotel zurück kamen, stand unsere Zimmertür sperrangelweit auf, weil die Türrahmen repariert wurden. Es war kein Handwerker auf dem Flur zu sehen. Das fanden wir natürlich nicht gut, da unsere Privatspähre nicht geschützt war. Es hätte jeder in unser Zimmer gehen können.An der Rezeption hat man sich dann entschuldigt .
