Excelente!!

Excelente hotel!!! Equipe muito simpática, quartos amplos e confortáveis, lugar calmo ótimo para descansar. Ótimo banheiro e chuveiro, cama confortável. Tudo muito novo e arrumado. Café da manhã muito bom. A uma curta distância de Ahrweiler. Próxima vez na região definitivamente irei me hospedar novamente aqui.

Not much to say about his hotel. I was only there for a night and needed a place to sleep and shower. Very basic, room is decent with clean sheets. Shower is very small, if I was any larger, I couldn't fit in. Close to the train station though. For a short stay, I would come back for the price.

Great for Nurburgring visitors who want some quiet

I've stayed at this hotel twice now, and both times have been superb. It's about 15 minutes from the Nurburgring and that's the perfect distance to get the car all warmed up for some track action. There's a filling station nearby that usually has better prices than the station right by the 'ring. I wish the hotel had more convenient hours for checking in and dinner, but both are reflections of the laid back German countryside living and don't detract from the overall charm. The restaurant is great, I highly recommend the mustard pork chop, and you can't skip the apfelstrudel at the end!

Great location. Comfortable & Quiet.

I had a great one night stay while traveling through the Eifel region in April 2017. The location in Spessart is out of the congestion and noise of Nurburgring during a race weekends, but close enough to drive in. The staff were very friendly (even let me check in early) and helpful, and the kitchen prepared outstanding meals. Don't miss dinner or the Fruhstuck in the morning !

Lovely stay

The hotel is clean and cozy, rooms don`t have numbers, but flower names, that way you can brush up on your German language skills. The hotel has a lovely Terrace, that is very well kept, you can drink a cup of coffee or tea there, while looking at the wonderful scenery. At the first floor, there is a lounge, where you can have a nice chat with your friends and organize your next hiking trip. They also have a Pillow-bar, they make all kinds of wellness-pillows there, some you can borrow and some you can buy, you can also have a custom-made pillow if you want to. Restaurant is very good, we ate there every night, so if you go there looking for traditional cuisine, you`re in the wright place. They also serve vegetarian dishes and have a kids’ menu. Staff if very polite and helpful, quick service and they will go out of their way to make you feel at home. They offer a variety of services from lunch-packs to excursions and tours so you can check their web-site for more on that. But all in all, we had a very pleasant stay at this wonderful hotel and we will surely come back again.

Just what we needed

After spending a couple of nights in a tent at the Nurburgring for the 6hr WEC race we couldn't have found somewhere better. Easy to get to in a quiet village a short drive from the circuit we got a very warm welcome, large double room (Rose) with comfy sofa, great shower etc. Perfect for us to relax after a long day and get a good night's sleep, breakfast was also very good (hot and cold) and we'll definitely go back if we're in the area again.

Excellent Hotel & a well kept secret!

We stayed here the night prior to going to Nuerburg, and it was absolutely perfect and relaxing. The staff was very very friendly, the facilities were in excellent condition and the breakfast the next morning topped the cake. Outstanding overall! This is a very quiet and relaxing hotel for anyone looking to get away.

Fantastic!

We cannot say enough good things about this hotel! We did a last minute booking & drove from Nurburgring to here. The owner greeted us & took us up to our room. There was a dressing gown & slippers included which was a nice touch, the private bathroom was separate to the room. The food in the restaurant was AMAZING - possibly all home made? There was also a small bar attached which was full of locals so great atmosphere. They also have a single bowling alley attached to the bar so give that a go!

Good value

I expected a hotel but this was more of a bed and breakfast. It's about 15 min away from the race track which is great. The walls are kind of thin and the restaurant closes at 9 so I hope you want to go to bed early. I was unlucky and had a couple of mean neighbors who would bang on the wall whenever my girlfriend and I spoke in anything louder than a whisper. But the staff is extremely friendly and the price can't be beat

Last minute get away

The hotel is in a rural village setting near but not at the Nurrburgring. It is just close enough without getting into the crowd mess there. This hotel is charming and located in a neighborhood among houses. It is quiet and peaceful with a delightful resaurant. The only complaint we had was that there was no mirror in the room. The only mirror was in the bathroom. This affected my wife more than me. We have no other complaints.

The *BEST* hotel for visiting the Nurburgring!

I chose this hotel specifically because of its proximity to the Nurburgring circuit. The track is a leisurely 15 minute drive and there's a petrol station on the way that's cheaper and much less crowded than the one by the track. I was assigned room \"Maiglockchen\" (Lily of the Valley) which overlooked the street and was directly above the restaurant. I was very impressed by the granite stairway, hardwood floors in the restaurant, liquid soap dispensers in the bathroom, excellent water pressure, natural wood finish furniture, comfortable bed, and blackout curtains. The hotel had no elevator, everything was in German (with no English translations), and the church next door rang its bells enthusiastically three times daily, but all of this is irrelevant when you consider how fantastic everything else is. The restaurant is also excellent and I highly recommend the strudel! Norbert and Martina have a beautiful hotel and it would be my pleasure to stay there again!

Excellent Hotel

I stayed there while I was going to Nurburgring circuit. Excellent hotel, clean, big rooms and everything you could want. The lady who did the breakfast was especially nice and friendly. 10 miles from the circuit, so took about 15mins to get there each day, but was an easy straight forward drive and you know the distance when you book it. Next time tI'm there I would definitely stay again.

Clean and well priced hotel. Felt newly renovated.
Located in a calm village 5min from the highway (with car). Good restuaurant in the house with nice food and wine from the region
Breakfast was not included in the rate, however if I would have booked the stay directly with the hotel it would have been (for the same price)

Hotell for en uke på Nurburgring.

Veldig hyggelig og behjelpelig betjening. Vi var 7 stykker som reiste ned for å være på Nurburgring en uke. De hadde god plass til parkering av biler med henger i tillegg til bilene vi skulle ha på banen. God frokost og fine rom. Vi brukte 18 minutter til banen og 15 til Adenau.

Schönes Hotel in ruhiger Lage

Wir wurden trotz Anreise außerhalb der Eincheckzeiten sehr freundlich Empfangen und haben unser Zimmer sofort beziehen können. Die Anfahrt zum Nürburgring ist von diesem Hotel aus ideal, ca. 20 km / 19 min.
Auf der Fahrt wird man von der schönen Natur und der wunderbaren Straßenführung beeindruckt.

Malheureusement à nôtre arrivée à 22h30 l'hôtel était fermé !! Pas de réception,pas de lumière,pas de réponse malgré le appels plus de 10 fois,plus les frappes sur le portes et les fenêtres,personne nous a répondu,on est resté dans la rue jusqu'à 24h30 il faisait froid, lequel j'étais obligé de filmer l'hôtel et j'ai faillit appeler la police,un habitant gentil sympa,le quel je lui ai proposé 100€ pour qu'on puisse trouver un hôtel à proximité par sa voiture,finalement par chance à 30 km avec difficulté on a trouvé un hôtel 4 yahres zeiten à Bad Breisig où on a été séjourné 3 nuits 21-23 ,et j'ai appelé l'hôtel le lendemain mais sans excuse de leur part et j'ai annulé ma réservation de 3 nuits à ce hôtel ,et bien signalé que à une charge ou facture à débiter de mon compte bancaire et je réclame ce hôtel à m'endommager pour la gêne occasionnée de leur part par hôtels.com

Goed gezellig Hotelletje!!!

Het is een goed, gezellig en rustig gelegen hotelletje dicht bij Nurburgring om naar de races te gaan. De kamer boven de bar is enigszins gehorig maar na 11 uur is het stil. Het bediende personeel is aardig en behulpzaam en ontbijtbuffet is voortreffelijk. Zeker een aanrader en om naar terug te gaan.

Best hotel in German.

This hotel located really quite country side of Nurberg. Every staff was very kind(they offer handshake to every 1st seen!) and nice. Room is also clean and view through windows is fantastic. I had dinner at hotel and they did not have english menu. So i requested best menu they have. Cannot remember a name(Bokusahn special or something?) but its pretty good also and beer too. -한국분들에게 남깁니다. 뉘르부르크링 방문을 위해 숙박하였고, 트랙에서 18km 떨어진 곳입니다. 가격대비 엄청나게 훌륭한 시설 및 친절함을 갖춘 멋진 호텔입니다. 차가 없으면 접근이 불가함을 인지하시고 근처 식당이나 기타 부대시설은 기대하기 어려운 목가적이고 한적한 시골 마을 호텔이니 이 점 확인해주세요. 아침식사가 무료로 제공됩니다. 강추!

Valde hotellet för deras låga pris och valde istället att köra en bit extra. Tråkigt nog sa hotellpersonalen att jag fått fel pris och jag var tvungen att betala ganska mycket extra. Dåligt bemötande från personalen och dålig frukost gör att jag inte kan rekommendera detta hotell.

Hyggelig lille tysk \"gasthouse\" hotel

Hotellet blev valgt spontant til en weekend til en weekend tur for min storebror og jeg, som skulle til Nürburgring og lave en rejseanmeldelse.
Hotellet ligger i en lille by ca. 20min fra \"banen\", men har intet præg af dette.
Min bror og jeg fik en rigtig fin velkomst selv om klokken var efter 22:30, og blev vist vores morgenmads bord samt værelse. Værelset var i rigtig fin stand med nogle gode senge (flere vil mene bløde senge), internettet virkede upåklageligt, og morgensmad buffetten levede op til Hotellets antal stjerner. Parkering af bilen er på en åbent parkering lige overfor hotellet, så fra største delen af værelsere er det muligt at se ud til dem.
Alt i alt et rigtig fint hotel, som vi med sikkerhed vælger igen, når vi med sikkerhed vender tilbage til Nürburg!
