Elevator didn’t work most of the time,didn’t have any electricity day time for 3 days,top floor restaurant extremely slow kitchen,night time decided to close for private party without telling the hotel guests,pools extremely cold water-all of them,except indoor pool,but to get to this pool you should walk through corridor which smell of urine was so strong so I throw up multiple times(the smell was coming from close by toilet and changing rooms) I can keep going with the complaints but you got my point

Beautiful hotel, fabulous rooms, beautiful a la carte restaurant. Breakfast was excellent. Restaurant for half board evening meal- terrible! Like a bad motorway cafeteria, not enough trained staff and awful food. So we ate out!

We stayed at one of the 2 bedroom suites and it was very comfortable and private. Rooms are well furnished, and have great views with floor to ceiling windows and doors. The hot tub on the large patio deck was great. Wish we had more time to enjoy the place, with a late arrival, staff was very accommodating.

The bathroom in my room had a dangerous problem. When I used the shower, the water and shampoo didn't reach the bathroom door. Even I fell on the floor once. The rope inside the bathroom was broken and didn't work. When I fell, I asked the reception to change my room, but only in the bathroom. Put a T-shirt to dry the bathroom myself.I have video as well.

Wow just wow

Wow, this hotel exceeded all our expectations, stunning hotel. We arrived early 10.30am, didn’t expect to be able to check in, but approached reception to see if we could use the facilities. They said our room was ready and checked us in there and then. We can only presume we were given a free upgrade as we booked deluxe room with balcony view but had a suite with more room then any couple could need, lounge area, bedroom, walk-in wardrobe, shower room, additional bathroom, bathrobes, ritual toiletries, and a huge balcony. The staff we’re friendly and helpful, the breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice, everywhere was spotlessly clean. Right on the beach, good size adults & kids pools with plenty of sun beds with the sunshades, the infinity pool on the 9th floor was amazing (little cold perhaps) the sky restaurant is spectacular, we had a meal during sunset which was extra special, there is plenty of parking spaces, overall we had an amazing relaxing time & vodice itself is beautiful, the only suggestion I would make is to request above the 1st floor for sea view rooms as on the 1st it’s partially obstructed by building In front, from the 2nd upwards there would be no issues

The location on the boardwalk made our stay very noisy - we thought this would be a quiet relaxing vacation which it was not. There was continuous loud thumping music well last midnight, every night. Similarly at the pools - loud blaring music - not a peaceful stay.

Hotel and location is excellent but be aware, they are very fee happy!
They charge extra fee for just about everything including parking, beach towels, beach chairs and umbrellas just to name a few.
Most of the staff was rude and unwelcoming including some of the servers at the 10 floor restaurant.
Hotel exchange desk ran out of money on the weekend, go figure!?
Not what I expected from a 4 star hotel.

Awesome Hotel and Staff

This is truly the most beautiful hotel we have stayed in on the Dalmatian coast. It's absolutely stunning and modern. As a retired diplomat, we as a family have had the privilege to travel extensively for many years and have stayed in the most luxurious hotels in the world. This is now on my list as one of them and following will explain why.

My wife and daughter arrived and checked in. I had made the booking and as I was staying in another city along the coast on business I was not there.

My wife telephoned me after receiving the room key and seeing the room and said it's beautiful and really exclusive however had I booked a room with a see view. ( I had booked the room as a special surprise as our daughter was appearing as an artist at the Vodice CMC Music festival). It would appear that I had mistakenly not checked if the room was see view. It was infact a room looking over the swimming pool.
I suggested to my wife to go back to the reception and ask for a room with a sea view and that I would pay the difference.
10 minutes later my wife called again all excited saying that the Olympia Sky Reception staff ...had not only upgraded them to an amazing a beautiful room with a view of the complete bay of Vodice. My daughter could also see the stage on which she was performing. The upgrade was calculated as being on special offer and resulted in NO EXTRA CHARGE. !!!
This exceptional service was truly above and beyond. The reception staff are so profressional. Amazing Hotel.

I am terribly angry at you from Hotels.com, because you've booked a room for the disabled, instead of a regular room (which we've confirmed at time of booking on a page). Besides booking worked Expedia.com, so I was told at the hotel. What has Expedia.com with my reservation? You disappointed me very much.

Dinner is in the neighboring hotel Olympia in two sessions, with a terrible crowd and waiting in the queue. Weak and monotonous food choices for breakfast and dinner.

Hotel not ready yet! Avoid until it sorted!

Hotel construction was just recently completed, so there were a few issues. Room was not ready at check in time, we finally got to room at 15:00. There was no car valet parking, and baggage assistant was not very helpful. Room was not finished, toilet flush was broken, phone not working and spare bed we requested was not set up. Light switches were a mess, not plastered in properly. And thought I booked a sea view room, but mostly was a construction view! Not friendly service. I would not recommend this place until they sort the issues out, and give the staff some training.

La vue sur mer est splendide mais la chambre trop simple le matelas est trop souple (un peu vieux ) les piscines et sauna super. Nous avons choisie demie pension le petit déjeuner 4 étoiles

Personalet i bassengbarene er late, uprofesjonelle og har ingen serviceinnstilling. Du må selv gå til dem og bestille. Ingen menyer på bordene, og de serverer kaffen i pappkopper-Skjerp dere. Eneste serviceinnstilte var Klara!
Det verste er at de har gått bort fra å bruke armbånd som de hadde før og nå slipper de inn folk som ikke bor på hotellet. De okkuperer solsenger, bader i bassengene, og står unødvendig i kø for heisene bare for å ta en selfie på Aria Bar. Dette skaper også mye støy i gangene, som du hører godt da rommene ikke er godt nok isolert
Jeg henvendte meg til personalet angående dette, som sier at de er tomme for armbånd, noe som egentlig er en løgn da de bare vil ha mer omsetning i barene
Synd, siden folk som ikke er gjester okkuperer plassene ved bassengene, i heisene og i andre fellesområder som andre betaler en høy pris for
Hotellet var bra før da det var andre regler, nå er det knapt godt nok for 3 stjerner, og maten er veldig skuffende. De burde beholdt frokost og middagen på Sky, nå spiser alle på det gamle hotellet. Synd!

Das Hotel Olympia Sky war ein sehr tolles Hotel.
Das Personal freundlich und die Zimmer geräumig, klimatisiert und Balkon.
Toll ist auch der Pool im 9. Stock mit traumhaften Ausblick.
Frühstück war sehr vielfältig und alles wurde frisch zubereitet. Das einzige wo wir enttäuscht waren, war der Kaffee zum Frühstück. Irgendwie schmeckte er nach Kakao. Da gibt es noch verbesserungsbedarf.

Das Hotel Olympia Sky ist wirklich neu und sehr schön, wenn man jedoch genauer hinschaut, sieht man an der Verarbeitung, das es alles andere als hochwertig ist. Das ist jedoch jammern auf hohem Niveau.

Leider ist nur der Sky-Pool neu, die andere Poolanlage ist eher schon etwas älter, aber OK.
Leider sind die Pools alle sehr sehr kalt.

Wir sind mit seeehr hohen Erwartungen hingefahren und waren dann doch irgendwie etwas enttäuscht, wir haben uns das Ambiente und die Umgebung einfach etwas anders vorgestellt.

Ich werde leider nicht mehr als Gast vom Hotel sein.

Ich hatte folgende Probleme

- im Zimmer ist von der decke Wasser getropft (Klima undicht) es ist anscheinend bekannt und passiert häufiger jedoch ist auch an der Decke ein riesenfleck zusehen dass es sehr lange schon passiert ist.

- ich habe im April schon gebucht mit der Anmerkung mit meine 2 Kinder einen höheren Stockwerk zubekommen und ein Kinderbett eine Badewanne

- Ich habe kein Kinderbett bekommen keine Badewanne und im 2 Stock

im Nachhinein habe ich mich beschwert und hieß dass die kein anderes mehr Zimmer frei haben und uns unterstellt, dass wir dies nicht gemacht haben.

das Einzige positive ist im Hotel das Frühstück ist sehr gut und hat viel Auswahl, aber dass wahr es schon.

Veldih fint hotell. Frokostsalen er veldig stor og litt bråkete, minus at det ikke er mulig å sitte ute. Fine bassengområder. Strandan ved hotellet er ikke spesielt fin og veldig mye folk. Gå forbi havna og videre mot Tribunj så finner du veldig fine strender.

Das Hotel Olympia Sky, gehört zu den Hotels, wo man sagen muss, hier lässt es sich urlauben. Das Frühstück, reichhaltig und gut. Einzige negative Kritik, die ich erwähnen muss: Das Abendessen passt überhaupt nicht zur Klasse des Hotels.Besser, wenn man das Abendessen in den zahlreichen Lokalen in der nahegelegen Stadt zu sich nimmt!

Die Lage ist gut, das Zimmer und Bad sind sehr schön und groß, der Ausblick von der Terasse toll.
So wie man es von einem hochpreisigen 4 Sterne Hotel erwartet.
Ich hatte inkl. Abendessen und Frühstück gebucht.

Das Abendessen war entäuschend, schlechtes Kantinenniveau.

Das Frühstück war fast eine Beleidigung, grauenhafter Instantkaffee aus einer schlechten Kaffeemaschine, an jeder Tankstelle gibt es besseren Kaffee.
Der Orangensaft war mehr Wasser als Saft.

Das war den Preis absolut nicht Wert.

Die Nacht zuvor hatte ich in Zadar im Falkensteiner übernachtet, auch inkl. Abendessen und Frühstück.
Deutlich günstiger und das essen war hervoragend.
