The rooms were fine but staff at checkin were subpar at best. We asked for luggage storage and did not feel confident that our luggage would be there when we returned. There was not accountability for whose luggage it was or how they were being stores. There was an automated check in machine that they fully wanted everyone to use. All staff at the front desk were on their phones during all interactions. Not impressed with front desk staff at all. The location was great for us for Oktoberfest but I would not stay again.

Staff barely spoke to us, granted we only speak English but there wasn’t any acknowledgement from staff as we came in and left. Place was clean and safe and was ok for a few nights, but it’s a shame some basics like a kettle, a small fridge, or some glasses weren't included in the room. At all it was a good hotel, nice room, comfortable bed, smaller but new bathroom. What we didnt like and made us angry was the fact that check in is from 3pm, we came 4:30pm and when we came to put room, cleaning lady just started to clean and we had to wait for almost half hour before the room… but we were in rush so it was not good situation, another thing is that they offer free parking, thats true, but when we came in the afternoon, there was no free place so we had to find parking somewhere on the street:( and hotel is not that so much close to the centre, we were lucky we came with a car.

The front desk receptionist was not very polite. The room was quite dirty and not thoroughly cleaned well. It seems like the cleaning crew rushed it or didn't even care. There was dirt and grit on the floor and the carpet was horrendous to walk on. Feels like little tiny nails poking you in the foot.

Ich kann dieses Hotel nicht empfehlen. Die Lage ist zwar sehr gut, direkt neben der Wetterstation und nur 10 Minuten mit der Metro vom Zentrum entfernt, aber die Zimmer sind sehr schmutzig. Das Frühstück war dürftig, Obst und Gemüse waren verdorben. Ansonsten war das Personal an der Rezeption freundlich.

Beim Einchecken 1,5h nach Checkin-Zeit wurde mir erstmal gesagt, dass mein Zimmer nicht bereit ist und das Hotel überbucht ist. Dann wurde noch behauptet, dass die Bezahlung noch nicht erfolgt ist, obwohl diese bereits im voraus erledigt wurde. Im Endeffekt habe ich dann ein Zimmer in einer niedrigeren Kategorie erhalten, da die Kategorie, die ich gebucht hatte, nicht verfügbar war. Das Zimmer selbst hat nach Rauch gerochen.

Was soll ich sagen, die Rezeption war von einen Mann besetzt den das Handy wichtiger war und früh um 5:30 hat im 6.stock eine weibliche Person alles zusammen geschrien. Unsere Kinder und auch wir waren verstört umd die Nacht war rum.... An der Rezeption gab es nur ein weiss nicht....

車での旅行で駐車場無料ということで利用しましたが、ホテルの地下駐車場は既に満車で、レセプションで尋ねたところ、ホテルの周りの道路に路上駐車しても問題ないとのことで、なんとか駐車スペースを見つけることができました。部屋はおしゃれで、きれいです。ホテルのすぐ隣にスーパーマーケットがあり、地下鉄の駅も近いのでとても便利です。

We’ve got a quiet room on the 4th floor. Next to the hotel there is an Edika where you can shop. There is also a nice Italian restaurant with good food at a cheap price, almost half of what you pay in the center! The stop for the metro is 5 minutes away. Brilliant!

Eigentlich ein gutes Hotel, mit gutem Preis- LeistungVerhältnis. Eigentlich, weil bei mir auf dem Zimmer leider ein kleines Geruchsproblem auf dem Badezimmer war (durch fehlende Belüftung vermutlich zieht sich Kanalisationsgeruch hoch) der Föhn fehlte ebenso. Auch wenn die Handtücher gewechselt wurden, richtig viel saubergemacht wurde leider nicht.
Dabei ist die Lage super! In direkter Umgebung gibt es Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und die Anbindung an die Öffis.
