The walls were all scratched up dirty looking. The only good thing about the hotel was its proximity to the train station. The third bed for kids was extremely noisy and uncomfortable. The room does not have any basic stuff such as a kettle for water heating.

Walker family in Munich.

We are a family of 3. Our room was large enough and comfortable for the 3 nights we stayed. The staff were helpful and friendly. The room was spotlessly clean.
We had breakfast each morning in the bakery just a few yards up the street. There are also a couple of restaurants nearby.
We easily walked to all the sites. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

Europe Eurail tour

The hotel is a short walk from the Munich Train Station. Also the shopping centre is ~15-20mins walk. But all the shops closed on Sunday. Breakfast is served buffet style by the lobby with complimentary sparkling wine. We enjoyed the coffee and breakfast very much! Thank you.

Very impressed. Just an overnight visit. Received a call late in the day from reception asking for an eta. Informed our train was delayed considerably and he told me he would wait to check us in, arrived at hotel at 0130 and true to his word, he greeted us and check-in went well. Rooms were very clean and spacious. Bathroom was clean and the shower is amazing. Breakfast was good, but closer to finishing, the food and coffee wasn’t very hot, but acceptable. Overall, 9/10, would be very happy to stay again.

The hotel is ideally situated - three tram stops away from the main station, with the tram stop right outside - it makes it really convenient for exploring Munich. I was disappointed with my stay. The floor and lobby had a strong, unpleasant smell, which made a p0or first impression. The location is quite far from Berlin's old town, so l'd recommend staying somewhere more central if you want easy access to key attractions.
The room was missing some basic amenities no hair conditioner provided, which found surprising for a hotel of this category. Additionally, when asked for a receipt at checkout, the staff refused, stating it was against their policy due to my booking through Expedia. This is the first time I've heard of such a policy, and it felt unhelpful and inconvenient. Overall, would not choose to stay here again.

This is a 3-star hotel, so don't expect luxury. The room was very small but clean and comfortable, and the location is excellent. The restaurant is nice, and the staff there are wonderful. However, the air conditioning struggled with the 27-degree heat, and it was disappointing that no coffee was available when the restaurant was closed—such as on May 1st.

The hotel is well located by a main train station and around 20 minute walk into Marianplatz which is bustling with shops and places to eat. The staff are really helpful and we didn't eat in the restaurant but we did have a drink there which was lovely and a relaxing space to be. The actual rooms are small and basic. One bottle of water each which wasn't replaced when used. Small towels and only 1 provided although able to get more on request. The room was hot, no air con. No kettle in the room. Hairdryer has to stay in bathroom and have to hold the handle fully to make it work. No shampoo or conditioner provided. It was fine as a base to stay but if you want comfort i would not choose here.

Incredible staff, out going and very friendly.
Mirina at registration, and Mickey at the bar went out of their way to make our stay wonderful.
Property was extremely clean, food was spot on and perfectly seasoned.

The hotel is a short walk away from the Hauptbahnhof or a short ride on the tram which passes the hotel.

The rooms are clean ,bright and airy. There is a relaxed atmosphere. All staff I met during my stay were polite and welcoming.

No tea or coffee making facilities in the room (in my room anyway)

Overall an average stay, had some issues with checking in as the room was not ready ant 15:00 and we were told to wait at the restaurant.

We went back to the reception at 3:20 and were told the room was still not ready. I went again at 3:45 and said that this is becoming too long. At this point the receptionist asked me rudely whether we had come back to check within the last 45 mins. I said yes we did then he said the room was ready and that he was not aware we were waiting which didn’t make any sense.

Apart from the rude communication around check-in the staff, including the same receptionist, were generally nice. The hotel was mostly clean and the room was spacious but overall felt like a 2 star hotel.

Nice hotel and friendly and helpful staff. However, the rooms are very small, like almost cruise ship size small. It was difficult to even maneuver two people in the room at the same time. The location of the hotel is not great either. Though you can walk to the old city from the hotel, the area iyou walk through to get there s not very nice and did not feel particularly safe.

Property is good. Far from the airport though. No views. The restaurant had limited hours. Food was good though. Lobby is small. Staff was nice. There was a tram stop close by, so that was nice. I'd stay there again now that I'm familiar with the area.
