The room we rented was nice enough and had alot of sq footage. The issue we had with this hotel is no parking, they recomend a cith parking facility that is supposed to be 24 Euro per 24 hours. We used it for 22 hours and it cost 30 Euros to get out. Our other issue is the environment of this hotel, I realize the hotel cannot fix this but the area is pretty rough and doesn't feel very safe when walking around it a night.

The room was nothing like the one in the picture that we had reserved and some items in the tiny kitchen in the original room that we had been give were not clean. In this day and age a Microwave is kind of a standard in the kitchen, this hotel had none. After discussions with the lady at the front desk we were relocated to a different room which was very much appreciated. The lady at the counter was very pleasant and assisted us with other problems especially trying to using the laundry facilities. The lady at the counter made out stay that much easier and she should be congratulated.

Parking was hard! There are parking garages in the area, but the parking slips are narrow. Paying for parking involves searching for the hotel (it’s not ours) that owns the garage and paying there, then going back to the garage to pick up the car. This is blocks from where we stayed and there is nowhere near the hotel to drop off luggage, so prepare to drag luggage a few blocks. These are not to so much complaints as practical advice if you stay here. The hotel room was perfect. We stayed in the quad room and loved everything about it. Big windows, amazing bathroom. Easy walking to Marienplatz and the Bahnhof.

My friends and I stayed here for Oktoberfest and it was the absolute perfect place for this. The rooms were great, the breakfast next door was really good, and the staff were all friendly. When we come back to Oktoberfest in a couple years we will definitely stay here again!

We spent a week here and it was perfect for our needs. Its an older place but very well kept. There were 3 of us and the big bathroom was a very nice surprise. It was very hot when we arrived but a fan was in the room so that provided some comfort. We utilized the airport transportation and it would have been nice to know that the reception desk would be closed when we had to leave so we had to exit through the attached cafe. Overall, was very pleasant visit and I would stay there again.

We stayed on the second floor and I could hear all the noise from the street. They had multiple people who were new working the front desk who did not know much and needed more training. Also, better English speakers working the front desk would be appreciated. I had to ask for more towels multiple times before they actually got delivered. The room was spacious but I would not stay here again. They need better customer service.

The apartment was very spacious with well-equipped kitchen and a lovely balcony facing the courtyard. There’s no air-conditioning, but there were 2 electric fans. Heating was very efficient. One thing they could improve is the towels which were rather small and thin. The bedroom was facing the main road which can be quite noisy at night. The windows give good sound-proofing, but I couldn’t sleep with the windows open for ventilation. It may be better if we were on higher floors (we were on the 2nd floor).

The staff is very nice, the guy let us go to our room as soon as it was ready, we went before check in time, it was perfect bec we came from a long flight, we we're so tired. This place is close to the tourist spots in the city center. There's stores around, perfect spot to stay. They clean the room everyday with new towels. Perfect for families. Nice place.

The best aspect of this hotel is its relatively close location (about 8 minute drive, or 1 train stop) to the central district and place, while having a good price for spacious rooms. Everything in our room was very clean and comfortable, and there was an excellent kitchen. No noise problems. Staff was friendly, though sometimes communication in English was a little rough. Main reasons for not the top rating are 1) elevator had an issue such that it could not stop at our floor (the 5th), so we had to go up or down stairs to 4th or 6th floor to get it, and 2) it seems to be in the Middle Eastern / North African Muslim part of town such that restaurants and shops may not be what you're expecting, and the area is bit rundown. It was fine for us though, as we just used it as a base to get to the nearby central area. We were able to get cheap street parking for our car, found some inexpensive luggage in a local shop. and 2 blocks away was both the train station and a good restaurant with German and Italian food.

I honestly would not stay here again or recommend it to anybody. It was in a very busy part of town - lots of people and businesses along the streets. Loud people were out late on weeknights into 2-3am. Coming from international, that does not help trying to overcome jet lag.

Great Oktoberfest option

Friendly and comfortable stay in Munich during Oktoberfest. The hotel is walking distance to the fest, and the front desk staff were always so kind and helpful. The rooms do get quite loud at night due to their proximity to the train station— lots of people and vehicles outside making noise. But just bring some earplugs, and you’ll be fine. :)

Excellent hotel/suite accommodations in central Munich - 10 minutes from central train station. Comfortable suite rooms with kitchenette and friendly front desk staff. Staff were great at the hotel. However, there was no drain plug in bath so we were unable to use the bath as a bath. Toilet flushing not the best.
The sofa bed was terribled, bowed on the middle. The single beds were the same. My son daughter and my cousin all had difficulty sleeping and did not get food rest at night because of these. My cousin and my son back hurt after the first two days so I had to give my son ans my cousin our bed.
For the price we paid we would have expected better furniture in the room.

Perfect location for a family of 5 traveling to Munich - easy access to the main train station, nice to have so much room kitchen, good amenities. Only drawback was the noise at night - we were there during a very warm week, and needed to sleep with the windows open - lot of sirens. The staff were great but the condition of the room was only so so. We were in 5 with our kids sleeping on the pull out sofa and an extra bed they brought in. The extra bed collapsed tit he floor when someone sat on it and we realized it was broken in a number of places. We asked to replace it and that was done right away fortunately but it should have never been put in a guest room. The pull out couch bed also was on the verge of the mattress breaking through the frame of the bed. Last the ceiling fan is connected to the light so we had to sleep with no ceiling fan. If it were much hotter it would have been unbearable.

This hotel was a gem in the area. Clean! Big and open. 5 of us and we had more than enough space! The desk clerc was very kind and very helpful. Had trouble learning the key, and she came right up to the room to show us how to use it. There is also a very nice cafe/coffee shop right next door-1min walk drom hotel. The train station is a 7-10min walk from the hotel-very convenient!
I am not as used to big cities, but I did not care for the city/area. It was too chaotic, and people just hanging around, watching you get in and out of the car.

Good Location and clean apartment. No AC!

Location was central to the city and very close to the train station which is what I was looking for. Comfortable room and lodging but definitely not a hotel experience. First, there was no air conditioning. I may have missed this in the description. There is no private parking but was able to find street parking later in the night. If going with family and kids, I would stay in a different location since this is right off the Main Street and very busy intersection. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The hotel seems to be a value option, clean and fairly well maintained, and the rooms are pretty large.

It is in a very convenient location close to the train station (and metro stop) however the area does have some strip clubs and gaming venues, so not the most picturesque of areas.

There was no AC in the room. The windows open to let in a breeze, though the street noise can be substantial.

The property is located very close to the main train station which was very convenient. There is enough eateries in the vicinity. The room was adequate. It had everything we needed. The only issue we had was whenever we opened the windows, cigarette smoke from the people walking outside would waft in. Also, the police sirens were very loud at all hours of the day and night. We didn’t need the sofa bed so we folded it back up so we could sit on it but it was covered in dust. They do have a laundry facility which was a plus.

This was close to the HBF but the area was a bit questionable. I didn't feel safe.
The room had no air-con or cooling so we needed to open the window which would be fine except for the loud noise. Not only was there construction at two sites opposite (that started very early and finished very late) but the emergency vehicle sirens and traffic was really loud, as was the yelling and screaming from people in the street.

Hotel room is very dusty n noisy due to nearby constructions who started works 7am plus and room has no A/C as it's quite stuffy(need open windows)though in spring.Btw windows are facing main street n constructions.One side of the mattress is in bad condition(sunken). Clean apartment with functional bathroom and kitchen. The bathroom is in the bedroom, which is awkward if some of your guests stay on the pullout in the living room. They have coin-operated laundry machines (2 washers and 2 dryers) in the basement but do not have a coin machine. The front desk will ask you to go to the coffee shop next door to ask for coins if you have cash. The hotel is located on a very noisy street but with windows closed it isn't too bad. The smell of baking from the coffee shop travelled into our room and was amazing every morning. The walk to the city center was short but there are also transit options nearby. I would definitely stay here again!

Didn’t know what to expect but this was a pretty cool place in the middle of Munich. Only a few minutes walk to the Marienplatz area. Odd that outside the hotel it seemed like it could be a bit unsafe, but inside I felt secure. Only “issue” was that the construction guys started pretty early but nothing could be done to prevent that. The family all seemed to enjoy this spot.

Great location near the train station in a very lively and diverse neighborhood, yet still walkable to the center of town. Or grab the subway to virtually anywhere with ease. Munich is very loud, in general, and we heard some of that at night - even though we were there during the week!

Great hotel/apartment. Fully equipped kitchen, cleaned everyday. Walking distance (about 2 blocks) to the main train station and the pedestrian street center. Surrounded by shops. Dennis at the front desk was so kind, friendly and helpful to us. We’re grateful to him.
The only problem with this hotel is the level of noise! Perhaps it was because we were at the first floor and we had to leave the windows open (no air conditioning) and the evening hours was very noise with people laughing, talking, playing, cars honking and police cars using their emergency claxon…

The overall apartment was clean and check in process was very smooth. It's located on the ground floor, on the corner facing the opposite direction of the street flow somcan be missed if driving. Host check in was very kind and room was spacious and convenient to the city. Only watch out is the parking. There is a private parking facility right in front of the hotel that is not public. I accidentally parked there and it closes at 7:00. My car was stranded there with no access until 9 am. Very fortunate, they opened one side early and I was able to get out. Overall, would book here again, but heads up if you are self parking to choose a public spot down the street.

Excellent location near the Hauptbahnhof. The apartment was spacious and clean for our family of 5. The kitchenette was perfectly suitable and we were able to save money by preparing our own breakfast and lunches. There is a supermarket about 100m away. The fridge in our apartment was not working, so they moved us to another room for the remainder of our stay.

The room is dated... other than that, the room is well equipped as it has a kitchette that has an oven, stove and fridge.

Don’t really like the area of the hotel location as there are beggars along the streets, but it is near to town center and lots of restaurants.

Well equipped on the kitchen which is what we were s after. Warm. Quick response when electric jug wouldn’t work. Some things need attending to. The door handle is loose, the shower head needs repairing as water sqirts onto the floor and the oven needs s decent clean. When we used it smoke billowed out and we couldn’t get the rangehood to work and clear it. Otherwise all fine.

The hotel is located at a little sketchy area. There was a gentleman club a block away and a few soccer batting centers. There are a lot of shops around. The apartment size is good for five of us. The bedroom with a king size bed is huge. There is even a safe in the apartment. There’re three units that blow out cool air, not sure if they’re A/C units or not. They’re helpful since we really had to close the windows while sleeping. It’s super noise with speeding motorists and siren all night. There’re two washes and two dryers in the basement which was very convenient to us after traveling for 5 days, we had a lot of laundry to wash. The overnight guy at the front desk was very helpful and his English was better than the day time ones. Walking distance to St Peter’s Church and the Square.

The hotel is in the center of Munich
The room was clean and organized.
There was a room and a kitchen, all the equipment needed for the family, and laundry was possible.
The receptionist was 24 hours a day, the staff was extremely friendly and made every effort to assist us.
Hot drinks were served 24 hours a day.

Good hotel in central location

Hotel has lovely friendly staff. The rooms are basic and serviceable. The location is very central and easily accessible to the central train station (Munich HBF). We managed to navigate with two big bags quite easily. If you are a single lady travelling alone perhaps not the area for you - it's a bit seedy. We only had a one night stay and it was fine.
