It’s a very bare bone, basic, small hotel room, good to just crash after a long day exploring or working. Room was facing a noisy street, and the entrance is small and easy to miss, some construction happening around it.

The late-night front desk worker was awesome. Very funny guy and very helpful, especially after arriving late from a long trip. The room was nicer than expected and free of odors. I believe I booked during the off season (December) because I didn't see or hear another guest during my entire stay.

The rooms were kept clean during my stay from when I walked in the door to when I checked out. There is noise from the street as the hotel is located in an area with many shops, gambling venues, and such, but it's really no problem. Bring headphones if you think that it'll bother you, or just tune it out. I had no problems sleeping.

Front desk very pleasant and tried to fix issues with my room when my toilet broke and the heater was making loud noises .However, I was on the top floor facing the parking lot. The pigeons camp out on the balcony here and coo loudly- all day and night. You can’t drown them out well, even with earplugs, so it affected my sleep. When I told staff, they stated it happens but didn’t offer to change my room or anything.
So … I wont be staying here again for that reason. I want a pleasant nights sleep.

The room was clean, not very big but for one night it was absolutely fine. Very good location only a few minutes walk from Munich Central Station. Bathroom was small but manageable, however the shower was very tiny.
I don’t know if anybody was in the adjoining rooms but I did not hear anything.
The heating was not on but the room was extremely hot (it was winter so not warm outside) and I had to have the window open all night which meant quite a bit of street noise, even in the early hours. There was a fun provided but I didn’t use it because of the noise would’ve been annoying.
If you’re looking for somewhere cheap and close to the central station, this hotel is acceptable.

I arrived early after having to leave my last hotel as it was not satisfactory. The man at the desk worked hard to find me a room early and I was so thankful. The bathroom was a bit dirty and a vouple of things need repairing but the location was optimal and the rooms quiet.

Dear Expedia Support Team,

I am writing regarding my recent hotel booking. I left the hotel after the first night because the conditions were unacceptable. The entire floor and even my room were filled with strong kebab and restaurant odors, making it impossible to stay.

I visited the hotel reception twice to request a refund for the remaining three nights, but they refused. I was forced to move to another hotel, where I paid €301.

I already sent an email to Expedia regarding this issue but have not yet received a response or refund. I have always trusted Expedia and made all my bookings through your platform, so this matter is very important to me.

Please process my refund for the three unused nights as soon as possible.

The room was very cheap compared to other places so it’s hard to rate it too poorly, but the place was right above a doner kebab shop on a busy street downtown. It’s easy to see this if you look where it is on Google Maps but man it was way louder than expected. People were constantly shouting outside all night and it was hard to sleep. For the room itself, it was very dingy and a bit dirty. I found people’s hairs on my bathroom door and on the floor. The beds were also terrible and hard to sleep on. Then again, it was very cheap so if you’re on a budget it could work for you, just keep those things in mind.

They have rods sticking out of the floor with no warning. I hit my leg on it and got a pretty bad bruise. Location does not look like it’s pictures. There is no AC and it was very hot. When I told the staff about the rod he did not seem to care. I checked out 20 minutes after checking in. I wanted proof of leaving the location and I did not get one.

Although the room was clean and staff were friendly, unfortunately the bed was very firm and uncomfortable. The pillows were uncomfortable. The sink was blocked and was filling up quickly and took a while for the water to go down. There was a contestant smell of kebab in the corridor which at times came into the room. Quite noisy area. But it was good they had a mini fridge in the room.

Stayed a couple nights last minute to join friends for Oktoberfest. For the dates the price was good. Location was convenient. Near the train station and easy walk to old town and the fest. As a solo woman I felt safe there and in the area but I also travel often. Hotel was old but clean and comfortable. Room was small but had a fridge and fan which was a bonus! Breakfast looked good but I didn’t try it- met up with friends.

I am not usually the type of person to leave reviews but this place is absolutely disgusting. By far the dirtiest hotel I have stayed in. The front desk guy was nice and the location is convenient, but that does not make up for how dirty the room and hotel is. Sleeping in the streets is a cleaner option.

This place has its pros and cons. It is close to the train station and a few minute walk to old town. It has obviously been newly renovated which is good but only on the surface. It is still really small with old infrastructure. The area is sketchy. Lots of men hanging around every door smoking. Close food options are limited to middle eastern, yemeni, halal, etc., which i love, just not for every meal.

This establishment is more like hostel. The room we were allocated was in a separate building to the left of the ‘main hotel’ the door was shared with a takeaway and was consequently open constantly with predominantly men coming in and out. This feels like a security risk. The room was dark and oppressive, poor lighting does little to help. It was very hot during our stay and a fan had been provided, a window still had to be open as the heat was unbearable. The street noise was very loud late into the night. The room was not cleaned and no new towels were provided. The bathroom was very small and the shower would be difficult to use if you were larger than average. The electric sockets sparked when things were plugged in and chargers became overheated quickly. The area is convenient for the train station but was intimidating to walk through at times. The breakfast was the one good thing, it felt in a different league to the rest of the hotel. I would absolutely not recommend staying here.

The walls of my room had clear residue from past spills that weren’t properly cleaned off before my stay. The bedding was clean and comfy. There was a small fridge and fan I had on 24/7 to cool the room. Breakfast in the morning I’m not sure was worth the €15/day but the convenience of it was very nice. Fresh fruit, meats, cheeses, pastries (croissants, pretzels, etc) and an expresso machine & juice options too.

This property is a complete misrepresentation of the pictures displayed on Travelocity.com The hotel elevator does not work, the AC does not work. The area where the hotel is at is dirty and dangerous. COMPLETE FRAUD. Do not buy the insurance AIG, either. They will not reimburse you. Disapointed in Travelocity, the hotel and AIG.

Positiv: sehr nettes Personal an der Rezeption und beim Frühstück.

Was ich ändern würde wäre der Name des Listings da es sich hier nicht um ein Design Hotel handelt.

Die Lage ist auch etwas speziell da die Gegend eher an Istanbul erinnert als an München. Das ist nicht negativ da die Kebaps dann schon sehr gut sind.

Fazit: wenn der Name des Hotels im Listing geändert wird und man weiss dass es sich hier um ein solides 3-Sterne Haus handelt kann ich es empfehlen.

The room was not cleaned, the fridge still had food spills inside, there was black mold in the shower and I saw multiple bugs and insects in both the bed area and bathroom. The hotel also does not have air conditioning. When I approached the front desk about the lack of cleanliness and no ac, they said there was nothing they could do. I do not recommend this hotel.

Lesson learned confirm the conversation I just had

When we arrived I asked if we could add a day to our reservation. I was told we could and off we went. The next day after spending time out in the city we stopped by to grab something from our room before heading back out only to find all of our stuff in garbage bags in the lobby. Also the room was ridiculously warm with a broken fan.

The check in was very good. We arrive early and the guy in the reception done everything to give us a room. Well done for the service.
The only thing the room didn't had was air conditioning. Instead was a fan and did come handy,because thru the night the room was too hot.at least for me.
Overall good value. The location not far from old town.

The hotel was very close to the train station which was very handy.
Slight hot in the rooms but we managed with the fan provided.
We would have loved to have excess to hot water in room but workable.
Check In was short and simple, which helped after a long travel.
The smell of smoke is in the hotel even when smoking was not allowed in rooms. Mostly in communal areas.
The lighting in the rooms can be better as as we found it dull.
Is surrounded with some good eateries and attractions.

It is a comfortable (enough) stay, right by the station. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the shower was good too. I had breakfast for 15 euros with a variety of options including hot ones. Service was cordial and efficient. That is all I needed before I could catch my train in the morning.

Big people don't fit in the bathroom

We liked the condition and layout of the room. Our major issue involved the bathroom which was far too small. One practically had to step out to pull up one's underwear. Also the water temperature and pressure were unreliable. It was difficult to shower in the tiny shower cabinet. When I dropped the soap, I had to kneel down to recover it.
