This is a great location, especially for arriving by train! It’s easily walkable to the station- 15 minutes. The old town was about a 15 minute walk as well. So easy! The staff was very friendly, especially the young man who greeted us, offered umbrellas for a rainy evening, and chatted with us before we left. Housekeeping was phenomenal here in that they even swept the room each day. We loved our stay!

Friendly staff. Big, clean room with A/C and modern bathrooms. Bed was OK but a little bit more hard than I like. Vending machine style parking is available under the hotel for compact to midsize cars...check in first, and they'll park it for you. I was happy that they allow pets, since my small dog travels with me. Very close to Bahnhof, metro, and Theresienweise for Oktoberfest...but also easy to get to the Altstadt. Perfect for a quick stay. Breakfast offered but I didn't try it, so can't speak on it. There are cafes/bakeries very close.

The property is on the edge of town that we didn’t feel comfortable walking in after dark, but no one bothered us. We confirmed occupancy for 2 adults and 1 child age 8. We had to pay extra per night for them to pull the bed out and provide bedding. The WiFi did not perform well at all. The woman at the front desk when we checked in was quite short spoken and grumpy. We stayed 3 nights and the room was clean with comfy beds and pillows

This hotel was a God send. We have been traveling in Germany for a month and have found it next to impossible to find decently priced hotels with AC after a heat wave here. The room here was not only clean but even comfortable, from the bed to the air temp. We were so grateful as we had an excursion daily and it’s not fun to come back to the hotel sweaty and have a hot room to get back to. Not only that but our room has a fridge and the toilet was separate from the shower. Really nice layout, super spacious. Area is close to train station, just walking distance. Also close to the main square where all our bus tours were from. Staff at the hotel were friendly and helped with any requests we had! The only complaint we had was one morning we opened the door and someone was there just standing there and one of the nights we heard people talking loudly at 2 am. Aside from this, we had a marvelous 5 days in Munich thanks to hotel Relaxa!

The toilet had a frosted glass door but the shower had a clear glass door so was visible to everyone else in the room which wasn't ideal for my teenager. The room looked out to the street and was VERY noisy. We couldn't close the window due to the hot weather so had to get ear plugs, which only made a slight difference.

The Relexa Hotel is located 10 minutes walk from Karltor and Karl’s Platz, and 15 minutes walk from Marien Platz. Parking was conveniently located beneath the hotel. We received a welcome drink and found the staff to be friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable although a little plain however the bathroom was excellent. The neighbourhood was below the standard of the hotel.

The room I had was what in the US we would consider a Queen size bed, they gave two twin size comforters for the bed though. All the main centers for tourist were near by a 10-15 minute walk to many things. I was able to walk a block from the main train station to the hotel.

Area was sooooo loud that my apple watch \"loud noises can permanently impact your hearing\" alarm went off constantly in the middle of the night. A/C did not work. She replied you have to book it the day before all guests are told that when the arrive. If I had of been told I wouldn’t have been asking. Do you speak English. Abruptly of course. Free drink on arrival. Went to get our free drink bar doesn’t operate anymore. See what I can find. Get back late after our concert there were at least 6 people in the bar. Shame nice clean place.

Pretty good price and room, but the bed was a little soft and saggy such that you could feel the indention of where people had slept, especially from the mid back through thigh area. Replace worn mattresses, please! The bathroom was modern, but the design allowed for little privacy. There needs to be a door between the main bedroom and the bath area. The shower door is clear glass so that a guest laying in bed directly sees all shower activity. I don't think this is nice, or sexy, even with the one you love. It's not a good idea. The opaque door to the actual toilet area is \"kind of\" private, but not really. I don't like that either, unless there is an outer door to the whole bathroom area. USB plugs would be helpful. A coffee maker would be appreciated.

The Relexa Hotel was wonderful! Extremely close to the metro which was super convenient and close to Munichs old town. The hotel was very welcoming and accommodating; we were able to check-in early as requested since we would we arriving very early in the morning, they also gave us the option to leave our luggage there in case the room was not ready for our arrival. I stay at the Relaxa Hotel a few times per year, usually 3-4 visits and it’s my trusted hotel in Munich. For starts The staff are friendly and attentive. Second the hotel is modern and up to date so the result are modern, well appointed rooms with practical features like modern safes and big showers as opposed to bath tubs. Lastly the location close to the Central Station is superb too. You are just two blocks to a the main transit hub and only one block away from

We paid for premium, but were put in a small room with no amenities, a small living space, and a bathroom that did not even have a shower curtain (so water splashed everywhere, even wetting the toilet paper)! Since I paid well in advance, the hotel refused to put me in the room category I paid for. Management was very defensive of their actions and were very confrontational.

It's close to Octoberfest ground. We could see the parade from the room window. Can walk to both main railway and central bus stations. Rooms and beds are on the small side, but decor relatively new. Only complaint is my friend (staying in another room) got bitten by sand flies or bed bugs.

We were put into a stark disabled standard room when we paid for a premium room. The hotel refused to move us to a premium room claiming that the disabled room was the same size, so they claimed that they met their obligation. Big ugly bathroom with open air shower, which drenched the entire bathroom including toilet paper, with water flowing past the sink. Horrible!!!

Parking. When we arrived we were charged a fee for parking. When we wanted to take out the car a few outs later we were told that the parking space will most likely not be available. In addition the parking garage will be closed be 8:30 pm and only open in the morning again. Hair dryer was broken too.

The Relexa is a beautiful, modern, & super clean hotel with friendly, professional staff and a very nice breakfast cafe ( for a small charge ). Conveniently located two blocks from main train & metro station or a reasonable walk to the historic city center in Marienplatz. Close to many restaurants & shopping. We will stay here again!

This was our second time at this hotel in the last two years. The staff are welcoming, friendly and accommodating throughout the hotel. We stayed several days over the course of two weeks in May-June 2019 so we experienced the hotel extensively as our home base. The rooms are very nice. If you're not travelling as a couple the bathroom privacy may be an issue as they're not closed off from the room. Breakfast variety and service was very good. Valet parking is available but limited depending on how many guests require parking and the size of the vehicle. Public parking is available nearby. Easy walk to main train station and public transport anywhere. We would return to the relax a hotel.

The hotel is quite new and clean. Very conveniently located, only 5 min walk from the main train station.
The biggest let down is the sound insulation isn't great and the road noise was significant enough to disturb my sleep. However, a pair of ear plugs fixed the problem.
Also the hotel did not come with in room complimentary coffee. As I'm a coffee addict it was a bit inconvenient that I have to go out to buy a coffee.

Amazing. Great location just a few minutes walk to Hauptbahnhof, the fest platz where Oktoberfest or the Fruhlingsfest (Spring fest) is, and just a few minutes walk in to the Marienplatz or Karlsplatz (Stachus) where the shopping walkways are and all the famous things in the city center of Munich. Best showers in Germany!
