Our apartment was clean and spacious, but dated. Wallpaper was ripped in multiple places, bathroom doors have water damage, safe was broken.
Reception staff was always polite and helpful.
This hotel is close to the center, but not the best neighborhood to stay with a family. There are casinos and a strip club on the block.

The room was great. I loved everything about it. the 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, the kitchen. The location was also good. Short walk from central station and from Marienplatz. I would definitely stay there again and recommend it to my friends. My only complaint is the dishes in the dishwasher were not clean from the previous occupants and there was a used towel on the top shelf of the closet that was left there.

The room was quite dirty and outdated. The bed was very sunken in. The neighborhood is also quite bad, bunch of strip clubs on the whole street. Breakfast was fine for being included, the scrambled eggs were VERY bad. Staff was nice and helpful though

Nothing wrong my room or the property itself. But it’s important to note this property closes reception desk at 12am and if you’re booking through third party website like Expedia, it’s not communicated up front! You have to scroll through the property details to find it. That caused a major issue for me as someone who typically sees check in as 24hrs. And

Nice, but bring your ovn kitchen ware.

The bed were great. It is close to all kind of food stores. The kitchen missed things to actually make a meal. Eg a knife, a bowl, plates that could contain mere than a roll. We asked the reception and the answer was that there might have been a knife, but somebody took and that was not their problem.

The bed was comfortable, the breakfast was good, but the best was having air conditioning during very warm Munich nights. Unfortunately the breakfast room had poor air circulation and no AC, but breakfast was only a small part of my day.

Good value for the money. Had nice cold A/C and a refrigerator in the room which more expensive hotels didn't have. Room had some wear, but bedding was clean and it was quiet at night. Staff was friendly and courteous.

Close to the train station so it was convenient, but not really the best neighborhood to walk around for dining or entertainment. Good budget option.

Perfect location

Great location.Friendly staff. Only about 8min walking for the munich hbh and about the same to the stachus. The only think i didnt like the window from the bathroom to the room. It was frosted but if you are using the bathroom in the night or earlier morning you will wake up the rest of the family ...i would stay there again

Room was not good. We were in Munich for one night so it was ok, but wouldn't stay at this hotel for longer trips.

Staff was excellent. Very accommodating. Offered to make fresh gluten free bread in the morning. Staff was very nice and made the stay even if the room was not the best to stay in.

Small, but clean room and bathroom. No showergel at day 1 and 2 but after leaving the empty container in the zink it was finally changed. Service: one morning very loud music from the kitchen could be heard in the breakfast room and when we asked if volume could be lowered or if the door could be closed the answer where that they would ask…so thinking more on the staff than guests. When checking out I had to wait for the receptionist finishing her conversation with her colleague about there tax situation…but after that she was very helpful.

the date was booked in error to help a friend's uncle who did not speak german nor english much and was in there a few weeks ago. The link sent to me had altered the date, and I wrote to expedia and the hotel to explain the error and had no response. They had stayed one night and wanted another. Within 2 hours I wrote and asked for a change of date and explained the date had moved to october when sharing a link. Such a shame neither hotel nor expedia able to assist as normally so good. This was to help a friend's uncle and a human conversation would have helped.

Not only did the house cleaning not clean anything but our personal items were gone through and stolen. Over $1,000 in cash and new bose headphones. Location was nice but that is the only redeeming quality of this property. Traveled all over the world and never had my own room robbed.. absolutly unacceptable

About 20 mins walk from the station. Walking distrance ot all major sites in Munich old town. Spacious room as we booked a suite. Property is not well maintained, and is dusty. Room is functional, ok for overnight stay. Checked-in counter is located in a small corner on L2. Overall feel is like a dorm/motel. Not worth the price paid, maybe this is Munich!

Property is closed to central train station but be cautious with surrounding area. Hotel is dated and needs some updating/ renovation. Stench in the bathroom is a concern. Hotel Staff are professional in dealing with guests and buffet breakfast is okay.
Stayed for 5 days including a day extension just for convenience with busy excursion schedules. Unfortunately I cannot recommend this hotel.

The hotel is dated and walking distance from the central station but be cautious with the surrounding area. The room is small and the bathroom smells with no towels when I checked in have to asked desk staff for it. Windows were kept open I guess a trick to reduce/eliminate smell in the room.
Booked a king sized bed was given a double bed and moved to a different room for a day extension despite requesting to stay in my room to compensate for not providing the right booking.
I requested for my room to be cleaned the following day especially the bathroom was flooded with water after taking a shower but was not done.
There’s few options for breakfast but good enough for me.
The staff are polite/ helpful and professional. Kiyana (not sure about her name) daytime receptionist was very helpful.
Overall unfortunately I can’t recommend this hotel. Hotel needs updating.

The hotel itself was just fine. Mainly it was nice and clean, staff were friendly and I felt safe in the hotel. The room was easy to hear outside noise and people in the hallway. The area coming to the hotel from the train station was sketchy. We basically walked through the red light district/ adult entertainment area to get to the hotel. We were able to find an alternative route the following day. The breakfast was good and it was clean!

The place is a basement and not insulated from noises from the above floor. There were literally footsteps and furniture moving noises late at night and early morning.
The host was terrible. Not only the made us check in late because of something broken in the room and needed to be fixed, they denied to make it up for us and provide late check out.

However, the area is a bit sketchy and very noisy, and the rooms not soundproof in a noticable way. It perhaps speaks to cultural differences that a hair dryer was provided but not a kettle or other means of making tea/coffee.

The stay in the hotel was, generally speaking, quite good. The staff at the reception was very friendly and the room was very clean. I really appreciated that soap and shampoo was only offered by means of eco-friendly dispensers. The mattress from my room should be replaced though, since it was hollow on its right side.

I stayed in a one-person room, which is unusual in my experience. The room is very small, but somehow doesn't feel so. Admittedly, I only had a backpack with me, so trying to open a suitcase in there might have been a challenge. The soap dispensers in the bathroom are very unusual, took me a minute to realize you just have to squeeze the bottle itself.
Otherwise, a perfect cozy room with everything a solo traveler might need: closet, safe, comfortable bed, work table, excellent shower and so on, The complimentary breakfast was great, with plenty of selection even for a vegetarian like myself. Check-in and checkout were very fast and orderly. Wi-fi worked fine in my room, didn't try it in public areas.
The location is also almost perfect - just a few minute walk away from the old city and from the central station.
I say ALMOST perfect only because something in that area, possibly tree polen, gave me a huge allergic reaction (never been allergic to anything before), requiring medical assistance, so the whole trip was all but ruined, but I don't believe that the hotel had anything to do with it - it started after I left the hotel anyway.

Hotel is good and front staff is pleasant but parking difficult and not on site. If you are driving a car be warned it is not easy or on site. They have a parking garage for you to use a short walk away. The block around the apartment is heavily congested took 45 min to go around the block to get to front of hotel and get our key for access to parking garage and almost another 40 min to go around again.

A group of us booked three rooms.
These were all paid for in advance and booked separately on different days. We checked in online before we arrived and even emailed the hotel to let them know at what time we'd be there. When we arrived we were told that all three of our rooms had been given to somebody who had arrived earlier that day. They said there was nothing they could do about it. They told us to find another hotel.

Excellent location for Oktoberfest and seeing the sights around town! The hotel was immaculately clean and service was also top notch. Beds were comfortable, though the pillows could be better, and we slept well. Air con worked REALLY well and was a major reason for booking the room. The only thing we would fix is that the doors were dragging on the floor in some areas of our room, which left large scratches, but that was a very minor flaw for is.We would absolutely book here again!

Our suit was perfect for us, we made a few simple meals in the kitchen, the beds were comfortable, location good. Only thing is it was in a noisy area and you needed to keep the windows closed at night.

Great small room for one!

The place was nice and clean, fairly new. The only thing the room was very small barely enough for one person, but the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was big enough, clean and having everything you need. The breakfast was great, clean with a variety of foods, very pleasant. I will stay there again next time. I believe A/C was listed, but there was none, so in the summer it could be a little hot. The window opens to a courtyard that is not the best view.

Comfy and great location

The family suite was very spacious and comfortable! Each area has its own temperature control which we loved and was also in the heart of the city, So we walked everywhere.
I entered with a different customer and check in was a little confusing as to how to enter the building and find reception, but the manager Stephanie was very friendly and helpful. parking was also a bit confusing because there seems to be only one stall for on site.
The property was clean and comfortable, I would definitely stay here again.

Location was good, but it’s not in the best neighborhood, which we knew before booking but were lured by the price. I reserved a room with 2 beds, but upon checkin was told none were available…this made for uncomfortable sleeping arrangements. My other complaint was with our shower, which leaked terribly and flooded the bathroom. There was no seal at the bottom of the shower door. Rooms at the front of the hotel get all the street noise, so would suggest you ask for one at the back.
