The hotel is located in a commercial area. The Munich HBF is there along with the U-bahn and S-bahn. Various tram lines also run along the avenues in the hotel area. The old city with Marienplatz, is a 20 minute walk from the hotel. My room was just big enough for a solo traveler. There was a taxi waiting area in the back of the hotel. Where my room was located. The drivers were very loud with their conversations. From time to time it would disturb my sleep. After certain time it would quite down. The lobby staff were very pleasant and they all speak excellent english. Same thing in the cafeteria. Breakfast was not included so I had breakfast only once. Buffet breakfast that was great! Overall, I'm very happy with my stay. The location is a huge plus!

Very convenient to the train and walkable to the market (a 20 minute walk). Rooms are small efficient and clean. Fast check in. Just drop key in box and leave, no need to do an old school “check out”. If you’re looking for spacious luxury then this is not for you. If you need a clean safe place to sleep and shower then this is perfectly located!

Really loud outside with sketchy people, but easy to tune out when tired. Room small and lights not working, but they fixed on second day. Awesome location. Grocery is in train station (!) and street vendors close and bus to airport directly in front of motel (!). Price decent. Hofbrauhaus a 20 minute walk.

This place is a dump. The pictures and the description on the website are misleading, this hotel needs a tear down and rebuild the only thing it going for it is that it’s near the train station. The bathroom had mould and no A/C but at least they supplied a fan. The best part…old school key for the room and only one key.

Loved the location of the hotel, as it was close to the train station and a fantastic German restaurant. Rooms were clean, but small and quite warm for the early fall weather. Staff was friendly and helpful and breakfast was great. We had a room facing the road, so it was a bit noisy when trains, traffic and people passed by. Overall, it was a good stay and I would recommend staying here if you want a location close to the train and a wonderful restaurant.

Good location, very clean but family rooms are on the top floor. Very hot and no air-conditioning also the lift doesn't go all the way to the top floor.
The beds were very comfortable but the room was dated.

AC barely worked, which was a bummer. It wasn’t terribly hot when we were there, so we survived. But if it had been hotter we would have been miserable. Staff was really great, and we were able to store our luggage easily in the luggage room. Bring a lock if you want to make sure it’s safe because other guests can access it.

Great location straight opposite the HBF station.
Room was on the top floor, if you have mobility problems let them know as the lift only goes up to the 6th floor and then you have to access the 7th by stairs. Room clean and comfortable bed just very warm room (you get a fan for that). Didn’t help that the family next door let their child into the corridor at 6am in the morning and they were banging the door constantly. Wi-Fi very hit and miss, kept going off.
Didn’t have breakfast as plenty of shops nearby and you can get coffee etc.

This hotel is located right next to the main-train-station - so you can hear the trains and the traffic around. However it is very convenient and our room was clean and spacious. It is an easy 10min walk to the Stachus and the city-center with lots of restaurants and shops.

At first I got a room with a defective TV and a bathroom with intense smell of cigarette smoke. After mentioning the issues, the staff immediately provided me with a new room. This one was completely fine.

Nice room. Only issue was parking. There is a frequently used bus stop in front of the hotel so you are not even able to park briefly in order to check in and find where the parking is located. Very busy area.

Did not like anything at this property. The front desk staff was unfriendly, except for one older woman. The room was not as shown. So small, there was no water no coffee. it was so loud, even with closed windows, horns, yelling screaming outside loud traffic, constant noise.There was no free water or coffee anywhere. We stayed 2 nights and were promised a free drink if we did. not have maid service. We were told that did not apply to us. Only one good thing: The room was clean.

I was pleasantly surprised with this hotel so close to the train station. My room was small, but enough for one person who is traveling. It had a desk and an easy chair and modern bathroom. Good heating ( since it was winter) and an excellent breakfast for 14 euros. Helpful front desk staff. All in all I would stay here again.

This hotel is right across from the main train station (Hauptbahnhof) in Munich.
Such places are often not good value for money. The Sure Best Western was really good. We got the very spacious and clean Superior room. It had a desk with chair and a couch to sit on with room to spare. It cost 20 euros less than the place next door which was cramped and shabby.

This hotel is ok for a short stay we are a family of 4 and we had a family room which was great it accommodated us with enough room for our 4 large suitcases however the family rooms are on level 7 and the lift goes to level 6 then you walk up 2 flights of stares with luggage it is a bit of a task.
The wifi did not work well in the evening as it cut out.

Rooms were serviced daily and were clean
The area and people around the hotel is rough and can be a bit confronting at night however we did not have any issues.
The train station across the road is a huge bonus when travelling to additional countries.

Absolutely horrific bathroom setup. The shower could not about pouring water all over the bathroom floor so everything was soaked. The beds were extremely stiff. Outside the noise was unbearable, people yelling and cars honking all throughout the night.

Room was large and clean but bathroom needs an upgrade as the door was falling off the hinge and the grab bar in the bath tub was loose. We asked for a room that was accessible by lift - Was given a room on the 7th floor where you have to get the lift to the 6th floor then walk up stairs. One of our party had a bad knee which was explained to the man at check in but he said we had to take the room and they may be able to move us the next day. We heard nothing back.
The staff at reception were very rude to anyone we heard them talking to. Really there was no useful customer service which is a shame for a Best Western hotel. Would not stay here again.

Stayed in a cozy bedroom suite on Level 7. Note lift access is only available to level 6. Had to climb the stairs with the heavy luggage.
Further windows are not sound proof as stated.
Finally shower over bath is poorly designed. Very narrow bath to stand in and limited height of shower head

It was a basic one night stop over very convenient to the train station. Excellent for the Airport as a Lufthansa bus goes from outside the hotel every 20 minutes 24 hrs a day. €12 euros per person.
The hotel offered no hot drinks between 3pm and our departure at 6am . Poor

Location very close to train station (a little too close if you have a street facing room and don't like the sound of trams)

Room was serviceable for an overnight stay, no tea/coffee making facilities. Has a small air cooler, but no instructions in the room on how to operate anything.
WiFi in room.

No restaurant on site, but loads of options nearby.

Nice hotel. Renovated room with a comfortable bed. No AC in my room but the windows open gave you a good breeze. There is a really good Brauhaus next door. Convenient right in front of the train station and with the Lufthansa bus at the door. Only down side was the no AC and the room configuration which was a bit weird.
