Don’t have many positives about our stay. Only positive is the bed was comfortable and the two women staff members that were interacted with were kind.
Not the cleanest, room wasn’t ready till an hour after check in, issues with our keys, & an extremely rude individual at the front desk who we had multiple negative/frustrating/ unprofessional interactions with. Can’t recommend this hotel.

But no fridge in the room, hairdryer did not work, and parking fee is 22 euro per day. No complimentary Coffee available in the lobby, but in the room. But there are no to go cups in the room. 😅

The bed Spring I was feeling on my back in the sofa bed and was hurting my back , called the property @ midnight that bed is not suitable for sleeping . The first response was they don’t have any room like what I booked, I hung up with reception. Slept on floor , terrible experience. In the morning we checked out and I strongly told front desk that don’t give this room to anyone else unless they fix or put new mattress.

Good location near the Narkets and S Bhan, U Bhan station. And also close to public State park which is good for walk.
Parking garage is also enough and the entrance is not narrow

Liked the easy access to public (train) transportation. Did not like the deferred maintenance. Many little things needed taking care of. Mostly though the air-conditioning was set too warm with very limited ability to control.

This hotel claimed that I had made a reservation with them, when in fact I had not. I was unable to prove that to their satisfaction, so I went ahead and stayed at the hotel.
When I checked in, I recalled exactly why I did not make a reservation and it was because the only single room they had available was for a handicap person.

The staff at the hotel is not to blame only their manager and online service department.

Also I found silver fish, which is an insect that lives in the sewer system, running along the baseboard of my room.

Horrible and sweaty experience

First off the hotel did not have internet the day we arrived, they blamed it on a power outage, but the second day the internet was very slow. The worse part was the air conditioning. I complained from the moment we received the room but they did not fix the issue. Our room temperature was always between 26.5-27 degress Celsius (or about 78-79 degress F) and they told us that the temperature was the same for everyone and that they do not follow USA parameters where we want our rooms freezing per their interpretation. We could not sleep the two nights since at 79 degrees we could not stop from sweating. I also wanted them to reimburse me for the second night of stay so i could go elsewhere and they told me they did not have the authority to do so unless the manager agreed (who by the way never arrived to give approval). Would never stay here again.

Very good value for the money

Easy parking, convenient location while not right in the busiest area, nice breakfast, small but very clean gym and sauna. Checkout was a bit unorganized, I was second in line at the front desk but somehow they managed to serve 4 people before me, I felt a bit invisible. Nevertheless, I would stay here again, the overall experience was good.

I was given a special needs people room, when I asked why, I was given two answers, that I reserved this room and all rooms are booked. Once I entered the room I wanted to use the toilet, I found it dirty, check the photo. I wanted ro use the Ironsteam I found it in a terrible condition. The bed was very small the sleeping pillow was very small, no fridge. They offered free bottle of water. Once I reported in the morning the supervisor told me we will handle this. After full day of meetings I went to the room at 5:30 PM I found the toilet still dirty. I went back to the receiption the supervisor told me she ordered the cleaning department to clean the room. I showed her the photo she was shocked. I also showed her the dirt on the Ironsteam. I was given a better room, which has a fridge that was not working at all. The sleeping quality was good in both rooms. The reason behind beinyso upset is that the room was for special needs people. I have paid 400 USD for two nights not including breakfast and I had a zero star service. Rhe supervisor gave me a nice bar of German chocolate and a free bar drink, which I was unable to accept and left them in the room.

The hotel was conveniently located in a mostly residential area near a very nice park. It was easy to find taxis and access to public transport was good. The staff were generally attentive but very inexperienced (the bar ran out of white wine!).The hotel was clean but I found a cockroach in my room. The front desk staff tried to tell me it was not a cockroach but I lived in NY City and I know a roach when I see one. It was lighter brown with a flat body. I asked them to exterminate and confirm this to me in writing they did nothing. I had some pressing business in the area and no time to relocate. I left hoping no roaches came with me in my luggage.

I found the hotel to be clean, with good facilities and helpful staff.

My German is pretty bad so I was glad to find that the staff were very comfortable speaking English.

The buffet breakfast was nice with a good choice of food. FYI, the hotel staff clear up your used plates etc. from the table (I mention this because I was at first looking around for a place to put my dirty plates). You are also asked for your room number when you arrive at the breakfast, so don't forget it like I did.

It's pretty handy for public transport, but if you like walking that's quite practical too. It took me about an hour to walk into the city centre, seeing some nice streets along the way (although the busy traffic made the walk a bit less pleasant).

Okay so let me start by saying the room was not clean. There was hair in the bedsing prior to our arrival. Not to mention blood stains on the sheet. The beds are spring beds that are beyond uncomfortable. On 2 pillows are provided and no extra pillows are available. Went down to reception and asked for room to be changed and was advised no rooms and thats the only one. Was giving the option to leave and told i would have to deal with hotels.com for refund. This is extremely disappointing as it was my 1st year wedding anniversary.

We stayed here for Oktoberfest! Great location. We took the u6 subway and only took us about 15 minutes to get there. The first day we walked and got breakfast on the way. The hotel was comfortable and great for us. At first they couldn’t find our hotel reservations but hotels.com was super and called them to sort it out! The front desk was excellent and let us store our luggage there before we checked into our room and after we checked out!

While this was a perfectly nice hotel, I am disappointed in their pricing, where 2 people (my wife and I) staying in a room with 2 single beds (1 double bed, since we had to push the beds together) requires an extra charge, since the base rate covers just 1 person. They were even upfront about this pricing, but I thought it was a mistake, since I have never seen pricing like this after staying in hundreds of hotels in my life. If it was 3 or 4 people staying in 1 room, I could understand the extra charge, but 2 people in 1 hotel room?! When I asked about this, they said it is because with 2 of us in the room, we use more water and 2 sets of sheets (instead of 1) have to be washed. Maybe this is how all hotels will be in the future, such as when airlines first starting charging for every little thing, but it is still disappointing to see Holiday Inn leading the way with nickel-and-dime pricing like this.

This hotel was my ideal base for my stay in Munich.
The location of the hotel to great public transport links made getting around a complete breeze!
In the local area there are great supermarkets, many local shops, cafes, restaurants and a superb beer garden all within easy walking distance of the hotel.
The hotel was very clean and well maintained and housekeeping staff added their own twist with inspiring anecdotal messages!
My room was of a good standard with plenty room and storage space, the decor was clean and contemporary in the National colours too no less!
Extras like a room safe, air conditioning and a fridge made a world of difference given the great weather I had!
The bathroom was a generous size with a great walk-in shower as opposed to small compact cubicles!
I can`t praise the reception staff enough for all the help I received: from sorting out my wi-fi issues so promptly, printing out my football tickets and also just answering any queries I had.
I would happily stay here again and would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing stay or just a good base to explore the city and surrounding areas.
