Stayed as a family of 4 (2 teenagers). Excellent hotel - we were in a club room which was ideal for us with bonus of a small kitchen area and fridge in room. Bakery downstairs for breakfast croissants/rolls. 5 mins walk to nearest u-bahn with easy access to city centre. Aldi near the u-bahn station for supplies. Staff all helpful and liked the quirkiness of the bar area. Definitely recommend staying here.

We loved our stay at Cocoon Theresienwiese in Munich. The Club House room was perfect for our family of four and had everything we needed to self cater. There’s a supermarket around the corner and it’s only a short train ride into Munich.

This is the perfect location. We came for Oktoberfest and it was less than 5 minute walk, convenient to get to any transportation and nearby shops. This hotel is across the street from Theresienwiese, the Octoberfest fairgrounds. We arrived the first day of Octoberfest and needed an upgrade to a bigger room. The staff bent over backwards to accommodate our request, even though it was a super busy weekend! We got a bigger room and it was perfect. The room was clean, the hotel was clean and they even provided a free beer upon check-in!

Nice Property but Poor Service

Great room for a family of 5. Absolutely terrible service. There is staff after 10 pm. We requested cleaning and they didn't come for 2 days. Another day we requested cleaning they only left 4 towels and 4 blankets for our family of 5 - this was a big problem because we didn't return to our room until after 10pm and no one was on staff to help us. The washing machine costs €4 and the dryer costs €4, therefore a load of laundry costs €8 - and to add insult to injury, they didn't have enough laundry detergent and we had to go to Aldi to buy our own. Another time we requested toilet paper and tissues but they never brought them. This place has a lot of promise, but the management is absent and the employees don't seem to care or are incompetent.

Go now before Octoberfest

Amazing hotel that has recently opened. Located directly opposite what will be Octoberfest and so centrally located to also getting into the centre, few stops away and the airport about 30 mins away on the train. Hotel has bikes on offer - but we lime biked/scooted into the centre with ease. There are lots of independent restaurants and bars nearby. Gardens to explore. Cafe at the bottom of the hotel that services great food too.
The staff are great, really helpful and accomodating.
Loved our room. Spacious, clean and quite with eco features that didn't compromise on the efficiency or aesthetics.
Roof top appears to have just opened, with amazing views of Munich but bar isn't open yet. Staff let you go up with food and drink. Will be an incredible space when fully up and running.
Glad we visited when we did I anticipate there will be huge demand and substantial price hike soon enough.

My husband and I traveled for the champions final. Train station 7-8 min walk from property. Scooters and bikes always available. Place super clean. Lenny the guy at the lobby was super helpful and extremely nice. He helped arrange transportation and everything we needed he helped us right away. Lenny made our stay even better. There is a rischat (cafe) on the bottom floor they are open from 6 or 7 am until 8 I believe. Super convenient. It is a new hotel so everything is pristine. You have to request housekeeping if you need/want it. They have free water during your stay. WiFi super fast. Our room was the one with no balcony to the garden. It had a full kitchen with pots and pans. Just as reference from the hotel to Marienplatz 10 min scooter/bike ride. 12 min by car and public transport 17 min after you get to station. Pretty safe area. Overall all good. Thank you Lenny.

The setup is based on zero / minimal staff. Upon self check in- my room seemed fine but there were coffee capsules missing and a dirty mug (not mine) in the dishwasher.

The day after - when i asked for room cleaning at 2pm, they said no as it was beyond cut-off time.

The rooms were €550 per night.

This was a great hotel and the room we had with the bunks was perfect for our family of three. Our son had his own little private area. Beds were comfortable.

Nice little kitchenette. They had a single use coffee machine with some coffee for the morning. Having a fridge was very nice. If you need to cook they had a little induction cooktop, cooking and eating items you need, sink and a dishwasher.

The community hub was a great little place to hang out and have a cocktail. Loved the hanging chairs, so comfy to relax in.

Bus stop right outside was convenient if using public transportation. My son loved the electric scooters to get around, but also have bikes as well.

The room is new, clean and functional. Comes with a kitchen and equipped with everything you needed. I'm there for 3 days business trip and I could walk to my office within 1 min! I love the bakery downstairs too. Staff are nice and friendly. The check in and out is super easy. I'll stay again.

This place is not ready for people to stay. Check in was confusing and not marked well. Some random guy with street clothes checks you in on a laptop over behind the ferns. Bathrooms don't have locks. It was like going through a janitors closet to get to your room as there was 5 ft bins throughout the hallway. The black square next to the door is not for the room key. The rooms where really nice. Over priced

Hosts were very attentive. Easy walk to the U-Bahn. Park right across the street - brilliant at festival times. Close enough to enjoy the city centre, far enough to enjoy a chill-out moment. Great breakfast at Reichardt on the ground floor. All-in-all, would stay here again :)

Absolutely fantastic stay at Cocoon Theresienwiese! From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful, making me feel right at home. The room was spotless, cozy, and designed with a perfect balance of comfort and style. The mattress was a dream—one of the most comfortable I’ve ever slept on! Everything was well thought out, from the warm ambiance to the small details that made the stay so enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be back!

清潔だけでなく本当に過ごしやすかったです。駅から10分ほどですが(気持ちは7分ほど)ホテルの目の前にバスが来るので電車よりバスでよく移動してました。下にはパン屋さんがあって、施設も綺麗、スタッフも素晴らしいおもてなしでした！ありがとうございました！

Jag reste med två barn och vi tyckte alla jättemycket om hotellet. Bra läge, fräscha stora rum (Garden house with terrace) lyx med kökvrå och Nespresso-maskin och supermysig lounge.
Finns dessutom ett stort lyxigt coworking space som vi dock inte nyttjade.
Läget är perfekt med gångavstånd till centrum och bussen utanför dörren.

Enda vi saknade var att det inte finns frukost, men på nedervåningen finns ett café, dock rätt dyrt, så vi fixade hotellfrukost på rummet istället 😊
