The room was modern and clean. Parking was secure and felt safe. The bar is well stocked with a friendly team. The reception staff are attentive and helpful. The Sauna and gym are clean but no changing room. The attendant for the gym/sauna was unnecessarily disrespectful.

Unique Hotel for Exploring Around Munich

It was pretty clean most days. Sometimes they didn’t empty bathroom waste basket, clean toilet well and didn’t leave toilet paper or tissue when out. Beds were not comfortable. TV had limited channels and no ability to cast or stream. Desk people were very polite and helpful. The decor was unique. The burger restaurant was acceptable. Convenient to a regular bus route, small grocers and a couple restaurants. We enjoyed our stay overall.

It was a great location for Oktoberfest, and the taxi's were quick and easy to access. The front desk was amazing. I know these are american nuiances but an easier access to ice would be great and maybe a handwash or sanitzer in the washroom.

We stayed at NYX for three nights. Couldn't fault it. The staff were friendly and helpful, the breakfast buffet was excellent, so many options. The restaurant which was described as \"just burgers\" was really good. Loads of choice including a whole page each for vegans and vegetarians. The room was clean and stylishly decorated. The decor in the whole hotel felt very cool and trendy. A great value option for visiting Munich.

The NYX in Munich was excellent. Very clean. The room was spacious and comfortable. It was a little out of the city but with an underground station close by it wasn’t difficult to travel there.

No common microave for guest. When i ask the restaurant if we can reheat our packed rice she said they are not allowed to do so! Really ?even for just 2 minutes! We stayed with alot of hotels and this is the first we encountered unhelpful staff!

Rooms weren't clean, smelled like cigarette. Shower was clogged when we first arrived. Informed reception in the morning but it didn't get fixed. Issue persists and flooded the toilet after shower, we were then told there wasn't any technician as it was the weekend. Luckily a cleaner came to unclog it at the end!
Lack of water fountain, unable to fill from sink.. breakfast staff refused to fill up our water bottles, but filled for others.
Overall not a very pleasant experience here.

The hotels itself was nice but beds are super uncomfortable. I think sleeping on the floor would’ve been more comfortable. Staff wasn’t very attentive and they don’t “clean” your room. They only come in and do the bed. They left all our coffee cups dirty. Never had new cups. Never had new toiletries and had to call for them to put some soap in the bathroom because we ran out and no one notice. Their robot for drinks didn’t seem to work for us and instead of finding a solution the guy at the lobby said “you can go to the hotel that’s in front and have a drink there”. Cero hospitality.

Parking was not ready for us, we had to find the parking by yourself around the hotel late evening, although it has been in price we paid. The service / receptionist was not interested in this problem, she recommended to us to find it whereever it will be possible.

Great hotel, clean and modern, stylish design. Underground secure paid parking with lift direct to reception. Good selection for breakfast. Room with coffee machine. The hotel converted its cinema to conference room, thus it’s no longer available. The location is pretty far from everything. There are sex-explicit pictures hanging right at the lobby area. Other than that, the room is clean and comfortable.

The hotel building itself was stylish and very unique. The entire building, room included, was extremely neat. We did not have a chance to take advantage of the spa/fitness center but that was a great plus. The bathroom was clean, bed comfortable and room fantastic. The coffee was not the best within the room, but that’s easily rectified. I highly recommend this hotel.

Was looking forward to staying at NYX by Leonardo. Truly disappointed.Terrible stay with absolutely worst ever Wifi (breaks in every 5mins). No daily toiltries replenishment. Already reported to reception but still no reaction. Also, no floor mat. Far from city. Won't be staying with any of NYX hotel. And definitely advised friends of this worst ever experience

The hotel facilities were modern and clean and staff were friendly. The coffee maker in the room was quite dirty however and the internet was poor, it kept cutting out every 1-2 mins and when I asked the staff about it they said it was due to everyone using it however this the case every time over our three day stay. The only other thing was that we asked for a double bed and it was two beds placed together with seperate blankets and bit very comfortable. Overall an okay stay.

The rooms are little chic rooms with soft lighting that emits from the back of the television whenever you enter the room. The walk-in shower is a great feature as most hotels have high tubs. The staff were very friendly and accommodating as we requested several room toiletries that arrived within two minutes. They greeted us whenever we left or returned from our travels outside of Munich. Bus is located outside and easy to access the Harras station. Restaurants are limited but, we found the Hans im Gluck burger restaurant tasty with veggie and carnivore options. Being outside of town, it's very quiet so, a nice getaway from the bustle of town. There is a bio-market very close to the hotel to acquire room snacks and water. A lidl is also on the same side of the hotel for cheaper snack options.

The only downsides to the hotel are few but I'll list them for posterity. The air conditioning unit only goes down to 18.5C which, is not cold for hot German summers. My wife developed a nasal issue.
The food options are limited outside of the Augustiner brewhouse that's a ten minutes walk or the Hans burger shop. Restaurants don't look great, so we opted for the market snacks.
We didn't receive any body wash in our room but, we aren't sure if this was unintentional or a standard.

We stayed at NYX hotel in Munich for 5 nights.
The hotel is located well, 10 mins from underground and not in a crowded area. There was always parking in the street.

Room was comfortable, some trouble with the Wi-Fi in the 4th floor. Lobby is cozy and the hotel itself has a very good vibe (and a pink elevator)!

They stole my 100 Euro deposit for no reason. The restaurant has no English menu or waiters. The breakfast fee is 18 Euro per person which is hilarious because what 7-year-old kid is going to 18 Euro worth of food? If you love to get scammed this place is for you. Not even close to the city center. Uber will cost you 15-20 Euro every time to take you to somewhere in the city.

Wonderful stay of a weekend!

Our stay was nice! Late check in was very convenient, breakfast was delicious, and the room was clean and a decent size. The local area wasn’t much, but the tram is a 8-10 min walk and it’s an 11 min ride to Marienplatz.

I had a change of plans though and I tried to cancel one night two weeks before we left but they would not refund my money. I also purchased hotel protection thinking that would help with these situations but it was a waste of money.

Novel, modern hotel, disappointingly only sells burgers in the restaurant, but sister hotel across the street has a better choice, just awful service - I guess you cant have everything! Bar is trying too hard to be novel with a great selection of unusual drinks and a poor selection or regular beers, gins and other spirits. Great beer garden round the corner though, so if you want to go out and be German that's the place - take cash to the beer garden - the hotel staff will tell you it takes card, but only in the restaurant not the beer garden. So great hotel if you are happy to eat out of an evening or like bugers.

Poor room service: no empty paper basket, only one small tube of shower bath for two days, no coffee capsules on the second day.

I enjoyed everything: it's distance from centretown Munich wasn't too far, but the area of the hotel wasn't too busy, so driving was easy.

I loved the design of the hotel. The room was cool too, though could be updated in design, the massive photo prints aren’t the best look but everything else was beautiful. Comfy beds and coffee machine was a nice touch. Burger restaurant downstairs was epic! Especially the sauces. Staff were mostly super friendly and helpful.

The hotel looked brand new and was very clean. The main downside was it seems to be more setup as a bar with a hotel, instead of a hotel with a bar. The room was very comfortable, but the restaurant was very limited - only selling burgers. The only other problem is noise. The room was very soundproofed (the bar was loud 4 floors up but you couldn’t hear any music in the room at all) BUT the rooms are interconnecting and you can hear everything in the other room. All I could hear all night was the person in the room next door talking on the phone until 2AM!

Oktoberfest stay

NYX was a nice hotel to stay for Oktoberfest very convenient to the train. We added on breakfast everyday for our week stay. Good choice. The room was much roomier than expected.
The disappointment were the beds being very hard and housekeeping would make our beds but didn’t clear away the garbage, refresh enough towels or add toilet paper. We had to call down several times.
