The hotel is about a 5 minute walk from the main Ubahn station which offers a train every couple of minutes to various locations and into the hear of Munich. We had dinner and drinks and the food was decent and the service was great. We used the sauna one evening which was very nice (but much warmer than anticipated).

Just stayed here for 2 nights during Oktoberfest. The service was excellent. We ate at the small bar/restaurant one night and it's a small menu but was great. There aren't a lot of restaurants in the area but the metro is just down the road so it was easy to get around and felt safe. There's also a Lidl (grocery store) and liquor store a short walk from the hotel. It was reasonably priced for the middle of Oktoberfest and excellent. Would stay here again!

Amenities out of commission- false advertising!

The steam was not functioning. The pool was out of commission. And the sauna was only open after 17:00. And on the second day, they didn’t even turn it on properly, so I had to run up to the front-desk and ask for it.
Unless this hotel invests some money into renovating its amenities, they should not advertise them.
Furthermore the bathtub in my room had black mold. I didn’t dare to use it.

Sehr saubere Zimmer, toller Zimmerservice.
Leider waren im Frühstücksraum die Bänke und Stühle von den vorangegangenen Gästen täglich noch voller Krümel, das war unschön! Die heißen Speisen waren leider selten warm bis heiß. Insgesamt war das Frühstück aber gut und reichhaltig, wenn auch mit 21 € etwas überteuert.
Bei der Abreise musste ich allerdings feststellen, dass ein dazugebuchtes Frühstück doppelt berechnet wurde. Allgemein herrschte bei dem gesamten Personal scheinbar Unklarheit darüber, wie man zugebuchtes Frühstück überhaupt abrechnet. Die Lage des Hotels ist gut, in wenigen Minuten ist man an der Bus- und/oder U-Bahn-Station. Die Innenstadt ist von dort innerhalb von ca. 20 min erreichbar.

A pleasant hotel, a short walk from the U Bahn network. There is not much in terms of local ammenities but you can be in the centre of Munich within 25/30 minutes.

The small bar area has seating and a TV showing live sport and a good selection of drink available.

Clean, beds were very comfortable, convenient to the subway, only about a 7 minute walk. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Wasn’t crazy about the shower, you had to lift your leg over the tub and pull yourself into the shower. Water pressure wasn’t great and the tub was narrow, AC in the room did not work well but overall it was very good.

Great hotel. Good location, close to two underground stations and buses for easy access to Munich city centre. A few small shops and restaurants close by.

Room was a decent size, and comfortable. Plenty of space for suitcases, and to still room to walk around the room.

The only thing I didn’t like the parking lot they should have their own parking lot garage but when I arrived they said is under construction and I should looking in all streets to find spot it’s too difficult when you have to get back late night and have to looking around for parking spot. Overall the room very clean and house keeping very kind cleaning and changing towels and sheets every morning. They have amazing breakfast.

Everything was ok not that bad, the place is good and clean and the house keeps people are kind and very helpful. I didn’t rate for full star because I had an issue and the one of the staff her name is Alma was so mean. Because I booked through Expedia and it says the do have parking for 20E per night, when we arrived they said our parking lot under construction which means there’s no parking and they said you can park off street, and we checked when we arrived and there’s not spot at all , I told them there’s not parking and not spot that we can park our car, she said wait till night and there will be spot available. I told her I can’t I have two children with me and we tired because we drove for Swiss to Munich. I decided to cancel my booking and I contact the costumer service and they to cancel and refund my money, Expedia’s costumer service called the hotel and spoke with Alma which she refused to refund the money she was so mean and I explained to her it’s not my fault I’m okay to stay but the problem is where I can leave the car and it’s not our own car we rented from Swiss. Alma was really mean and didn’t help us at all. Which this is the only thing made sad , and stayed form 5:15 pm till 9:30 pm to find spot far away from the hotel to parked the car which was difficult day with all that problem. The person his name Mohammed one of their staff who works at night shift was very very kind and nice he’s very helpful and nice.

We have stayed here before and it is always an easy walk to the Uban and shopping. We were however disappointed in the water temperature of the shower as it wasn't consistent it went from warm, cold and super-hot never stayed at consistent temperature (we did have them check it) during a shower.

Without notice the car park was out of use. The offered alternative was to park on the street - two blocks away. Reception was shambolic (they had two rooms for me, my colleague who booked separately was down as a no-show), told me I couldn't have an iron and board brought to my room, but there was one anyway. Shower/bath mixer broken so shower pressure was awful, and water was tepid. At departure they couldn't provide my colleague with an invoice. Breakfast room was packed but tables were cleaned really slowly making it worse.
At least the bar service and food were good.

This was a good hotel. A few points though. Consider the pool as a iced or plunge pool rather than a swimming pool. The breakfast team forgot to turn on the water baths for the hot food. Otherwise location great and overal good for the price

I booked in this hotel becausw I had to self-quarantine myself due to Covid-19 and they promised room service on their website.
Arriving there, I learned that they had stopped the service due to Covid-19. This is ok, but please keep your website up to date so your guests don't depend on it.
The room was otherwise ok for the price.

The property was conveniently located near the U-bahn (Machtlfinger Strasse) and had street parking and paid covered parking. The breakfast was bountiful and delicious; it was well worth the price. Room service was nice and tasty as well,
We were disappointed to learn there were no amenities in which to cook your own food, not even a shared microwave in the lobby/bar.
The parking garage was meant to have hydraulically raised/lowered platforms to store more vehicles... but that seems to have been out of service for years and some of the platforms could not be used as the platforms were stuck in a half-raised state. This seriously reduces the amount of parking spaces. The spots themselves are tight because of all the metal railings surrounding each double parking space (for two cars). Also, because of this system, if you park on the side furthest from the reception door, you must walk all the way around the garage because there are no aisle ways through the platforms. This is not worth 13 EUR per day in my opinion.

In our family room (4 persons) the air condition didn't work at all. We asked to change the room and we'd got 2 double rooms with air condition, but very weak. The room was clean and comfortable, but there is no refrigirator or mini bar at all. Wifi was very good.

This is a decent hotel in a relatively quiet neighborhood in Munich. Nice to have a balcony. Couldn't take a shower in the morning because a water line broke and it was being repaired. When I complained to the front desk, they were apologetic and offered to let me shower in another room but I declined since I had to get to my next destination. They also offered anything I wanted out of the 'food to go' refrigerator. I grabbed a chef salad and a soda and was on my way. This was very nice of them.

The only negative was that my room did not have a safe. Or at least I couldn't find it.

Thanks to a plane delay and closed rental car office, we didn’t get to the hotel until 1:30 in the morning. We were tired and frustrated but were greeted by kind staff who quickly got us in our rooms. We had dinner in the restaurant and it was reasonably priced and very good. A market was only a block away. Great location.

Some of the staff were extremely helpful and provided excellent service, while some fell a bit short from forgetting we asked for towels more than once, not being able to keep with our credit card for incidentals, to simply forgetting us waiting to checkin! But again most were very nice and welcoming.
I’m not sure how many rooms are updated, but be aware ours wasn’t and the walls had cracks. A bit dusty as well.
The grounds are nice and we liked being in a neighborhood close to a playground, train and local groceries walking distance. No restaurants close by, but on sight restaurant with ok food.

Clean hotel, nice staff, short walk to the subway and to quaint restaurants.

It turned super hot (30 C) very quickly in Munich and their air conditioning was broken. I question if it was broken or if they just hadn't turned it on yet. The room was stifling hot at night and when we opened the window we were bit by mosquitos all night because there was no screen.

Otherwise it was a good stay.
