Clean room, easy walk to train, and very welcoming staff. We drove to Munich and dropped our rental car about a ten minute walk away. We were able to walk a few minutes to the train toward the central station and Oktoberfest celebration. I requested an iron and the overnight gentleman working at the concierge desk was so helpful. I accidentally spilled water in the lobby and he wouldn’t let me help clean it up. He was absolutely so kind and forgiving. The clerks at check in and checkout were lovely as well.

I found the room to be \"like new\" in every respect, including all the features in the bathroom.
\"Comfort\" loses a star for having duvets that were a little on the small side, and of course for not providing any kettle or mini-fridge.
I did not opt for the breakfast, knowing that there was an excellent food supermarket on the ground floor of the same building, from which milk, juice, snacks etc. could be obtained.
The room was prepaid and check-in was very smooth, use of the key-card ditto, and checkout was merely returning the key card and thanking the desk clerk.

Be careful at check in I was double charged & it was impossible to get the receptionist to deal with the issue , when I proved their error . The refund was made the following day but to a long time to be credited to my bank .

The hotel itself was brilliant, just what we were looking for and only a short walk from the nearest S Bahn stop, the REWE downstairs was also very useful.
Only gripe was noise pollution if we were being picky, the street outside was noisy pretty much 24 hours a day.

new hotel, but disappointing
shampoo in shower empty for 2 days! dirty towels placed back on rack for 3 days!, had to go to reception at night to get soap and towels!, no personal hygiene bags after first day?, german TV only !??, no english TV, hard narrow beds, no change of beds for 5 days, etc etc. We stay in many 3 star hotels, this was a disappointment. Post rules !!, ie: no bedclothes changed for 7 days, etc. Would have been nice to have paper cups in bath. There is no safe in room, so one has to take all monies, passports, valuables with one every day, not very safe!

The hotel has only recently open so everything in best condition. It is located away from city centre but only a short distance from the nearest S - Bahn station but it is not very clearly sign posted so easy to walk past and miss. The area is quiet with most rooms facing the rear.

Das erste Zimmer das für uns reserviert wurde, war nicht Mal aufgeräumt vom Vorgänger. Haben dann Gott sei Dank ein anderes bekommen. Das WLAN war eine Katastrophe und Handyempfang hätte man auch nur wenn man das Fenster geöffnet hat.

Viele Insekten im Raum. Wenig freundlich beim Check in, bei Fragen bezüglich der Parkplätze vor dem Hotel keine Antwort bekommen nur „keine ahnung“ Jeden Tag wurde der Fahrstuhl repariert sehr schlecht wenn das Zimmer im vierten Stock ist. Wenn die Tür vom Nachbarn zu gegangen ist hat das ganze Zimmer gewackelt. Klima auf 18 grad gestellt ist aber bei 21 stehen geblieben der Raum wurde nicht kälter.

Bei unserem Aufenthalt gab es dazu noch einen Ausfall der Heizungsanlage- und Klimaanlage, so dass wir kein warmes Wasser hatten und die Raumtemperatur unter 15 Grad lag, als wir nachts nach Hause gekommen sind

После всех сложностей в начале заселения (не работал кондиционер, сломаны лампы, другие проблемы), сотрудник ресепшена поменял номер, уладил проблемы. Это конечно стоило много времени и сил и немного омрачило впечатления. Гостинца новая, все сделано, чтобы сэкономить расходы на содержание, все по минимуму, но практично и все нужное есть, кроме стула, чтобы поработать за компьютером. Номер выходил во двор, вид на паркинг. В общем было спокойно, электричку почти не слышно. Единственное в первую ночь в воскресенье в 3.45 соседи включили громко музыку и громко разговаривали еще 2 часа. Сотрудник на респшене вряд ли чтото предпринял, потому что после жалобы разговоры продолжались. Во вторую ночь было тоже самое, но без музыки. Так что зявленные шумоизолирующие стены заставляют сомневаться в их качестве. А так все хорошо, чисто, приятные сотрудники, удобное расположение вблизи станции для тех, кто без машины, прямо внизу рядом с гостиницей магазин Реве.

We ordered a room for two adults and one child (5 years) over expedia. They hadn´t an extra bed for the child and told me that they don´t have any extra bedding for children up to 14 years! It´s uncool to have an almost adult child in your bed. Also smaller kids don´t sleep quietly when they are on vacation so I couldn´t sleep because our child was \"rotating\" in the bed. Apart from that the people working there were really nice and the room was very clean.

Die Zimmer sind geräumig und sehr sauber, auch das Bad hat eine angenehme Größe. Man ist nahe am S-Bahn-Bahnhof, wodurch man schnell in der Innenstadt ist. Allerdings hört man auch die Züge von den Zimmern aus bei offenem Fenster. Wer hier empfindlich ist, sollte das bedenken. Ansonsten ist die Umgebung sehr ruhig! Im gleichen Haus ist ein Rewe, bei dem man super Verpflegung für den Tag oder Snacks für den Abend kaufen kann. Das Personal war sehr freundlich! Kleiner Minuspunkt war, dass das W-Lan nicht funktioniert hat, was aber wohl eine Umstellung der Router geschuldet war und temporär sein sollte.

Das einzige, was mir nicht gefallen hat, ist die Hellhörigkeit. Da die Fernseher (die meiner Meinung nach ruhig kleiner sein könnten) an der Wand angebracht sind, überträgt sich der Ton auch ins nachbarzimmer. So mussten wir am Sonntag ab 6:30 das Programm des Zimmernachbarn mithören. Wir wollten aber eigentlich ausschlafen :(
